  1. Hm ... where are these high-quality pictures are coming from all of a sudden? Do we have one from the engine???
  2. This thread is getting more and more interesting ... as I previously said I think TLG and Porsche will go with orange color for this set. However I still have no idea which color TLG/Porsche could choose for the interior. Well it's all speculation still, but one thing I really think doesn't happen is that TLG throws in 2x panels, one all in orange, one all in silver, etc. or whatever - that will (yeah I don't know it, but I'm 100% certain) not happen. Also it would make no sense, TLG would charge us for something that's not necessary. ... and yes, I agree that the rear portion looks unfinished and not up to the rest of the cars' standards ... at least yet, hopefully TLG makes some tweaks before thei reveal the final look of the set. The rear really looks strange, why not use panels there as well?
  3. I meant that TLG will not release this set in different colors as GREG998 suggested. So in one set the Porsche will be orange, in another one white, in another one red, etc. - that will not happen!
  4. Nope, it will be one color, probably orange. Well, even if it's a sticker I hope that the LEGO version comes with a printed logo piece.
  5. yeah ... sure ... I don't believe the real Porsche 911 GT3 RS uses a sticker!!! for the logo. Even IF I want TLG to use a printed piece.
  6. Everyone knows that it will not be released with camo on it. I am pretty sure the color will be orange, as in the promo pictures for the real-life Porsche 911 GT3 RS. I believe the interior might be light-brownish or reddish??? But I hope that the Porsche logo will be a printed piece! Also you must have noticed that in the interior there's no stickers for the speedometer, etc. so far - hopefully those will be printed pieces too. I can't wait for the full reveal of this magnificant set, which I think (will definitely) could happen during the Geneva Motor Show in March. http://gtspirit.com/...-no-camouflage/ Makes me confident that TLG is setting up for a full reveal of 42056 with Porsche at this years Geneva Motor Show. Maybe first they show it in camouflage look and then they unveil the final look during press conference? That would be so awesome! This color will it be I think - looks simply great in orange. Also I noticed a transparent square part directly under the lights - new, better PF lights??? From what I see it's very likely.
  7. Is this rumor still believable or is there a definite NO for a Simpsons D2C set in 2016?
  8. It seems that you think the camouflage look will be final, but remember that's not the case.
  9. I believe the Maze set will be fully revealed during New York Toy Fair next weekend.
  10. I am confident that the tipper bed of the Arocs fits below the 2nd conveyer belt.
  11. For a premium, yeah almost D2C set as 42056 (16+) is, I'm really hoping for printed parts only, but I understand that it probably won't happen. Well I suppose this set won't use many stickers at all BUT for a crucial piece - the Porsche logo - I'm DEMANDING a printed piece, just like TLG did with the Mercedes Benz Arocs set last year, excellent! I think everyone agrees with that at least, the logo has to be a printed piece, there's no way around it!
  12. I will use the Arocs with the Bucket Wheel Excavator - the mining truck will be full in no time. Does anyone know if the Arocs will even fit below the 2nd conveyer belt?
  13. At this price point I ... and supposedly any other in here does NOT allow this set to come with any stickers at all. It has to be all printed pieces otherwise I'm very disappointed. Since this set ... or any Technic set is only available for roughly 2-3 years it shouldn't be that big of a problem for TLG to print all the pieces. They can do it with LEGO Ideas sets, so I don't get why this is any different? I simply hate stickers and for a set this expensive there are no stickers allowed!!! TLG listened to the community with the 2nd wave of 2016, but they have yet to ban sticker sheets forever! I don't remember any other toy producer which makes use of so many stickers. I hate it!
  14. Could this have something to do in regards to the lifting mechanism??? I suppose one of these could be at either side?
  15. The lifting mechanism is indeed intriguing, haven't even figured out how it COULD work, same goes for the steering-mechanism-switch. Very intriguing functions this set has to offer, I love it!
  16. No, I mean if the cabin has suspension - the real one does have, I don't mean the lifting feature. Also this picture shows the lever mechanism to switch between the three different steering methods better. Also do we have a rough idea how this will compare to the 8110 Unimog - size wise (length, width, height)? To me it looks around the same overall, the tyres will be bigger, right?
  17. Does this one have a cabin suspension, like the real-life Claas? From the demonstration videos I've seen I believe ... am very confident it has.
  18. I'm so much looking forward to this set - also great that the retail version does use "normal" bricks for the walls instead of the technic ones used in the submission. It will make it look a lot better. Can't wait for the reveal, I suppose it's happening by the end of February.
  19. I'm worried about the steering, from the demonstration videos it looks a bit uncomfortable to steer right behind the cabin. I just hope that steering NEVER ever again turns out being so horrible as with 8110 Unimog U400. All of a sudden I can hardly steer anymore, but I don't see what could be wrong, it's simply horrible and I have no idea how that survived test sessions. Back to 42054, I absolutely love that the cabin is minifig-scale. There's two knobs so you can sit a minifig in there
  20. Yeah ... if you say it like this it really means something completely different Yes, of course it will be a different car - let's keep our fingers crossed that there'll be one this year, I'm hoping for a Land Rover!
  21. I just thought because you said this ... P.s.:Creator expert vehicle in 1:8 scale will be something different.
  22. Do you know something we should know??? I'm hoping that TLG will release another Creator Expert D2C car sometime this year, but it worries me that we haven't heard any rumors yet. Maybe they pushed it back into 2017 in favor of 42056 Porsche 911 GT3 RS?
