  1. Awesome stuff! Minifig posing is amazingly done. Lots of cool details all around, the head in a jar is my favourite
  2. Absolutely gorgeous! The building looks amazing and the waterfall is just stunning. Very impressive stuff
  3. Friend of mine gave me 75112 General Grievous because I was complaining about all shops having the battle figures except the one I want. It’s awesome!
  4. Your rock bases are always excellent! The little wood chopping area is a nice addition too. I wonder why there is a baguette frozen in the water though
  5. Have to admit I’m happy I didn’t read the first book of the series first (started with Small Gods), rest of the series is a lot better imho. Doesn’t mean I don’t like Rincewind and the Luggage though, they made up for it afterwards. Love the little tongue of the Luggage, suits it sir!
  6. Superb! Love the fact you used different bricks to show part of the rocks are wet
  7. Great posing!
  8. Little tree, little dude, big box
  9. Nice one! Love the little bullhead!
  10. Thanks! Thanks for the compliment! Was fun to build, tried a different technique this time for the rocks.
  11. Every other week the weapon smith passes through the town and sets up his cart next to the old dwarf statue. 'It’s about time he replaces his teddybear with a weapon, don’t you agree? What would be suitable for the little one, sir?' by Puvel The Hurn, on Flickr
  12. Cool inn! Nice rock work at the bottom too
  13. That’s great! Love the diversity of the houses
  14. Ooh that is a neat little castle!
  15. Lovely scene! And I know realise I’ve been using their shields upside down Having the sun at the top and the pyramid at the bottom makes a lot more sense indeed! Silly me
  16. Thanks! The torsos are from Dwalin the Dwarf Thanks! Had just tiles at first, but that was too smooth. Thanks!
  17. Lovely house and it fits in nicely with the pavement! I’m also happy to know the little one gets some ice cream out of this
  18. Thanks! Was fun to build! Thanks! My first proper snow scene so happy to know it looks like one Hehe, I have a couple of days off work and my girlfriend doesn’t so have lots of time for reading and building Thanks! Thanks! Was fun to find good combos for them Thanks!
  19. Thanks! My fence phase had someone patrolling it so the gate needed the intersection
  20. That is a beautiful build! Daddylonglegs explanation why is spot on.
  21. Winters in Mitgardia aren’t exactly known to be mild but this one was even more extreme than usual. The winds were ice cold and were heavy with snow, even the river was a transformed into a slow moving sludge. Going on patrol in this kind of weather isn’t for the faint of heart. A report came back of a short encounter with an Algus scout. Eyewitnesses claim he appeared out of nowhere and then disappeared into a blizzard as soon as he was spotted. The leader of the patrol gave us this description: ‘He was a creature of winter’s pale. Everything about him was cold and sharp and white. Except his eyes. They were black like a goat’s but with no iris. His eyes were like his sword, and neither one reflected the light of the fire or the setting sun. He relaxed when he saw me. He dropped the tip of his sword and smiled with perfect ivory teeth. It was the expression a nightmare wore. It may have been the first time in my life I was ever truly afraid.’* *Quote from The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss by Puvel The Hurn, on Flickr
  22. Thanks! Paths are fun to make, working on a snow one now. Thanks! Practicing vegetation was part of my goal here so glad to know it looks good Thanks! Tried to avoid having it look just like a big brown wall. Thanks! Doubted for a while between white and grey horns but figured grey ones would be of an older beast and that’s more impressive Thanks! Happy the foliage is appreciated Thanks! Made it just with masonry bricks at first, glad I changed that. Compliments on everything so, thanks! Hehe thanks! Wanted to fix that when I first noticed it but then I thought it’s a only little gate for a small fence so it’s actually better that way.
