I like the "Arc reactors" on the legs. The lack of them in the official set is one of the few things that bothered me. They should be there like we saw in the trailer. I know it may seems strange but that bothers me far more than the "scale issue"

I can't tell by the pic but are the Hulkbuster's arms "holding" or try to grab the nearby action figures? I'm just curious

Perhaps it's the Hulk to be "down scaled" Seriously, the scale is a constant problem. The vehicles are never in scale. Any starship is very off scale, for example. The current Hulkbuster looks very badass in my opinion. Of course everyone who want to modify it is free, and encouraged, to do it. Just a little note: I'm sure if it was shorter we would have read a lot of complains about being overpriced for what we got etc lol I'm talking about the internet in general not about members here on EB, of course

I don't remember the US prices (I live in Europe ) but unless you want to maximize the numbers of sets (in the case you can buy 2-3 sets with the cost of the UltraCopter) I think it' a very interesting combo. Another nice sets (I don't have it yet but I heard a lot of good things on it) is the "Stealth Patrol". Personally I really like the UltraCopter: nice details, cool functions and it also comes with AntiMatter on his "speeder"

In the top right corner I have the Minifigure version, in "comic style". I, of course, have the European box so I can confirm that The Hulkbuster looks very cool but the Quinjet is going to be my favorite set of this wave and the nice thing is the set gives us even two additional vehicles Am I the only one who likes the current scale of the Hulkbuster? Beside is it so much off scale? I mean we only watched a trailer and most of the times angle and pose do influence our perception of sizes. Just my thought

You really like dungeons, it seems lol Btw I have more kings than "citizens". It was expected with 2 full boxes. If I only could find my old Castle sets and Minifigures. They are missing but I know they should be in some old box. I collected so many things since I was very, very young the place where I keep all those old boxes looks like the "warehouse" from Raiders of the Lost Ark, well a smaller version

They also come in a set that is not expensive, so it can be a great source of pieces for MOCs Personally I wouldn't "lower" the Hulkbuster too much. It really seems to be taller than Hulk and the current set is indeed amazing

Can we include it in the "cool design" part hehe? Btw I personally like that set a lot. I also built the Ultra Copter and it's amazing: most UA sets are indeed superb ones

I had a very frantic day so I hadn't the chance to even give a detailed look at the boxes but I'm quite sure they have the Minfigures. Are you talking about the "yellow area" on the box where they show the Minfigures included in the set? In that case they show the Minifigures, if it is some sort of "Easter egg" in the "box art" than I have to give a better look

Personally I think the Minifigures are indeed worth but I'm also Minfigures collector I'd go for the "box+ Minifigures". Given the difference it would be better to get the complete package. Not to mention the fact when you buy the "box" version you can sure there is nothing important missing and in the rare case it does you can have a replacement for free

I'll build the set very soon but from what I saw I don't have issues with the Hulkbuster's size. Even if it is a bit off scale it still looks a very nice set, in my opinion. Beside like you said the Hulkbusters really looks "twice the size of the Hulk" so the inaccuracy is not that bad

I got my new Avengers sets just 10 minutes ago. Now I have to decided if I'm going to buy the Hydra Fortress too That looks a very nice idea. Captain America's "mask headpiece" has been always a little problematic: it does look strange most of the times. I know it may be uneasy to make the mask look perfect in "Minifigure form" so I think I'll give him a headpiece without mask too

I have the set and I can confirm it's a nice one: cool design, interesting Minifigures and a good "cost per brick" value

Do you use a custom headpiece or you simply use a headpiece without "mask"? Just curious

This one of the reasons I decided to not get the Helicarrier, not the only one but one of many

Well in fact it's is irritating. For that price I too expect "totally exclusive" Minifigures. On a side note, Supergirl also comes with the annoying hairpiece that prevents the headpiece's movement. I bought the Brainiac set because a very special friend is a Supergirl fan and I want to make a little diorama for her but I'm thinking to change hairpiece with the "blond hairpiece" from the research institute. Still long, blond hair

Usually they restock faster than they say on site. Here in Europe they say restock time it's just a couple of days. I suppose they have more stocks on their way to the warehouses

Well as long as they plan to restock it is not "sold out" and if you place an order they will send you one when it's back in stock, of course

I agree with you on that point. Variety is always welcome. It seems certain themes are specific characters-centric. Iron Man in the Avengers sets and Batman in the DC sets, for example. Let's hope we'll see more Marvel characters in future sets

Thinking positive: with all the Iron Man duplicates we can build our own version of the Iron Legion. I know armors should look different but it's better than nothing

I suppose it's just "backordered". It is happening everywhere but luckily restock time seems very short: about 3 days according to what I read on Lego shop site
