Brilliant, exactly what I was hoping to see! Love Billy, and always regretted not being able to afford to see in concert a few years ago. You should send the photo to him, see what the response is.

Seasonal products on November 2018 calendar
sunhuntin replied to wooster's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Brickfinder has revealed on Facebook a LEGO giftbox shown on the Chinese calendar. it opens out to show a scene inside and has two minifigs. I assume it is for November, but not sure how it is being marketed. Here it is on Brickset https://brickset.com/sets/40292-1/Christmas-Gift-Box -

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
sunhuntin replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
The witch from that 3-pack is used on S@H to advertise all their new Halloween sets: NBC brickheadz, Ghostbuster brickheadz and GB firestation. She got me all hopeful there were new specific sets, but alas. -
Brilliant!! So many easter eggs. I love the brick built raccoon and Luxo Jr, also the ball. Might have to borrow that idea. Lego should hire you as a set designer.
-
Great idea for a set, and the first image made me remember the scene in the film immediately. Well done!
-
Marvel was bought by Disney, so comes under their umbrella now, the same as Star Wars .

Glad you are pleased with your set, I was a bit worried due to the quantity that something might be "off" somehow. Glad I didn't pay too much more than others. The close time was around 3am my time, and we were doing 12 hour days at work, so needed the sleep. Once both that and the Bricktober sets have arrived at the Jauce warehouse, I will get them sent here. Cannot wait!!

I got it for Y4099, having placed an autobid of Y6000. Really pleased with that, just wish I had followed the others to see how much they went for. Jauce doesn't appear to have the ability to view closed auctions.

Thanks to you posting this comment, I looked on Jauce, a site which allows those not in Japan to access the auctions there. I was able to get 2 Bricktober sets, and one of the Diagon sets, for very fair prices. Now i have to wait for them to arrive in the warehouse and get them sent to me. I had not even thought to use Jauce for this before your post, so many many thanks! :) I normally use it for Plarail items.

sunhuntin replied to Bricked1980's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Wow, thats awesome that the paper got behind you like that. Hopefully the support count will jump up. I have already supported, and going to have a try of your mini build if I have all the parts. Keep up the great work. [ps: of your new images, I like the first one best]- 65 replies

Do we know what the other seasonal freebie is this year? The firestation is up on S@H for VIPs, and I nearly hit pay, but then remembered about the freebies. Not that interested in the carousel thingy with the train.
-
What's the bet next year will be a police station? At least the recent City advent calendars would have a place to fit into, finally.

I ordered two of the 2018 Ollivanders from an ebay seller, along with two of the Jurassic World baby dinosaurs and Merryweather fairy from the Princess range. All are legit Lego as far as I can tell. I just dismantled Olli, and the parts all have Lego stamped into them, except I cant quite make it out on the hair piece.

Just in case I missed it, has there been any more info on the Bricktober pack at all? I will reserve judgement on the stickers until I see them, but if they are all interior, I may leave them off.

It is similar here in New Zealand, and I am sure in Australia. Jayjays, a clothing store, regularly has new HP shirts and other merchanidise available. Another store, The Warehouse [similar to Walmart on a not so huge scale] has recently put together a dedicated HP stand with the Lego sets, clothing, pjs, books, dvds and other merchandise. All of it is selling well. I literally bought the last hoodie at my store a few weeks back, and they haven't been restocked yet. And the online stores are just mind blowing with what they have. I could easily go broke very quickly! I would imagine Aussie is doing even more than this, with their larger department stores and variety in store types.

I found one within the last 10 on the left column from a fresh box. Then the box I ordered arrived, and it was the last one on the left. I had read it was 5th from the back, so went straight to #5, and it was either Neville or Jacob.

No, but I plan on biting the bullet and grabbing him on ebay. Given how many spare wands everyone will end up with, building him a wand shop seems like a logical step.

Standard retail pricing of the CMF is $5.99NZD here. The store I am hoping to buy from has permanent lower than retail pricing on Lego, and theirs are $5.

Thanks, @Jern92. Didn't think to search for FB as opposed to HP. Have now ordered them. Still no Hermione BH though. Nothing on shelf at my store, but my friend on the service desk said he would get a case of the CMF put aside for me to pick up tomorrow, as they had only come in today. I told him I would be checking the tape. lol. edit: just bought the Express from Toyworld. expensive there, but I figure it won't be available anywhere else.
