    Ramadhan is an Islamic month, it’s a special month where every muslims are fasting. It already started about 2 weeks ago so maybe it’s a little late to celebrate it but it’s not a problem right?     You can simply do that using Rebrickable. Just go to the set you want to change the color, then there's a "Switch Colors" button. Sadly, you need to use the Pro plan.

    Did you put your model above the horizon/building plane? If not, try to fix it using (CTRL+A), then pick the model and then place it again (could be on same place), so it should be above the horizon/building plane.
