Use "Hinge Tool (H)" to rotate parts. I usually just keep trying and trying to make a perfect loop and all connected. Maybe this tutorial by @Zero (Zblj) can help you out:

Don't copy and paste the address. But 'Copy Image Location' (Firefox) or 'Copy image address' (Chrome) and paste it here, the image will be automatically loaded up with the latest forum update. -
