.Ive been looking also for a cheap one to pop up, how can you go past a set with 22 minifigs in it . Amazon.fr looks like a good deal, im just waiting for my tax check to come and I will making a large Lego purchase. I checked it out but the price is $429.99 euro which = almost $600 Aus. How did you get it so cheap? What is your secret or what am I doing wrong?

The scam I found was posted on the net in Feb this year, and Im sure some people have already fallen into the trap. I know its not sales news but we need to look out each other. Those minifig displays sound alright, I would like to see a price though. Im going to check out Toys r us on the weekend and see what I can find.

Now I know where you get all those elements to make those MOC's My best deal would have to be the torso off Boba fett with printed arms from cloud city 10123 for $10.50 including shipping off eBay. The fig came with black head, helmet and rocket and sand green legs. Just need to find the printed legs and I will have a $150 fig.

I like to be open with it. Every now and then you will find someone who also like Lego as a kid and you can get talking. I like to tell everyone I know so I can try and pick up some great Lego deals, as friends and family always do cheaper prices. If its your hobby and passion you will want to talk about Lego so how can you not let poeple know. My partner is sick of Lego. She is very understanding but I bore her really quickly when I come and tell her about Lego news of mad deals I see and I want to spend money on them. At least she understands and lets me and our son have a hobby.

I use Brickset, I have two accounts one for my LSW and one for my other themed sets. I havent played with the new Advanced section tough.

I find alot of mu SW minifigs are tight until my son gets his hands on them . Im sure its from environental reason and not being played with. I agree on tight is better, my son goes crasy when they have loose arms and hands as they cant be posed or hold items. He stops playing with minifigs that are loose. BTW I spoke to Austrlaian Lego repesentative and I asked him about Lego made in China and he said that there are no element facories in China. Facories in China are the pakaging manufacturing facilities only. All elements are made in Denmark and Mexico. So PBS quallity is not the issue.

I would have to agree with the Doc and say NO. I would like the choice to put them on and then when you do put the stickers on it adds to the building exeriance. I will still vote for printed over stickers but a least with stickers you can decide if you want them or take them off to use in a MOC. Ist a quick easy cheap way to get more details into Lego elements.

Yeah must be a scam as I have now found the same ad on 4 diffrent classifyed sites. I knew it had to too good to be true . O well everyone knows about this scam now so dont be stung, you have been warned. Thanks guys for the help

Nice Steampunk randition of the battle of hoth. Great little builds, and ove th eflames on the downed T-47's. Maybe all that heat and steam will melt that cold planet .

The Australian Brick Expo was held August 6th & 7th in Canberra. I missed the show but have found a link in a Australian forum My link if you want to check it out. Some very nice MOC's including a busy city street with trains, large Western scene, colorful light up casino, space port plus more. Its worth a look but this is the only images I have seen so far of the event.

WOW the minifig alone would cost $200 . Id say maybe 5 - 7 figs not 19. Try to keep the fig count down. It sounds like the deathstar set wich retailed for $450 or close to that. Sound like a nice set though.

I love the officers hats, they look awsome and have to agree on the fat arm. MOre great work.

I just noticed today that the old Star Wars ARC set has halved in price since the new one came out last year. Old sets and parts lost value if used again, but better for Lego consumers to get there hands on more parts with out having to fork out for it. If your a collector for investment its bad news but if you like to build its good news
