Good looking Ice Planet 2002 build. I see a bit of classic space in there with the multiple wings too. Interesting way of creating a rover as well. The tracked option would be good on snow.

Nice wedge design. The colors are good, and the shields for landing pads are great.

Well designed. It has the right scheme for Blacktron. Small and agile, but the scooter option is a great addition.

[MOCs] The adventures of Ned, a FebRovery story
Feuer Zug replied to the Inventor's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I love your take on Febrovery this year. The facial expressions tell so much. The reporter is a fun addition as well, with the wrong style of helmet. Even the TV rover is fun. -
Quite the design. Having the rover double as the land mobility system (landing gear too?) is ingenious. Overall, a solid build with great play features. Even Duplo based engines!

Interesting design. That's a big squid and a nasty drill.

Grazi. The stone was added in the waterfall to give it contrast. Otherwise, it would have been a solid sheet of tiles with nothing to make it interesting.

WIP Portland's Union Station (Or)(will be 2 year project)
Feuer Zug replied to Barduck's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Excellent progress. I can see the lower level looks much like the reference pictures. -
Well done. The colors are interesting, but work for the rooms. I do like the simplicity, yet counter changed visual of the balconies and walls of the front facade.

Simply gorgeous. All the detail work in the scenery and building is superb. I see many techniques used on the roof and building that aren't easy to do, especially at such a scale. Great job.

Impressive. You not only built the station as a modular, but found a use for the PAB tan ingot pieces. All together, a fine MOC. Kudos.

The light bricks are not sealed units. A small Phillips screw holds the two parts together and allows access to the battery.

I think you are right about tunnels. That is part of the magic. Or looking through it when a locomotive with a headlamp rolls in. I do enjoy having fun with the scenery. At shows, we often put Easter eggs around to get the audience to take a closer look. Danke. You have seen the waterfall before. I was still working on all the modules, but felt I could use two for the scene in GBW.

We're not offended in this forum if you 3-D print, use third party parts, or modify pieces. I think even the Kragle is allowed for some. The 4000 class 4-8-8-4 model looks pretty good. Even at 1:48, that's a monster locomotive. Interesting how the motors are attached. Good work on all the electrical wiring. Adding lights, smoke, and sound is impressive. You have quite the layout as well.

Nailed the Ice Planet 2002 scheme. That is quite a large ship. Looks great.
-
Interesting shape. From the first picture, the top view, I was expecting a sleek fighter like craft. I was presently surprised. Good M-Tron ship.

It's about perfect for a rustic cabin. I thought it would be a great addition to the scenery.
-
Fine B unit you've built. Lots of power in those motors.
-
Nice build. Glad you could make more to go with your trains.

Grazi. I do enjoy the variety it brings to my layout. Thanks. I've seen so many monochromatic tunnels, often made of LURPS and BURPS, I wanted a mix. I still use the prefab pieces, but cover them where I can. The cabin is an older creator set I placed directly on the tunnel, while the castle is there to provide another visual. Thank you. The tunnel looks cosy from the ends, but as seen, is fairly open inside.

I think some of the stuff from the 1950's would work. Maybe the F-4D Skyray, F-7 Cutlass, F-11 Tiger, or F-86 Sabre.
