What the.... Im kindof happy, kindof weirded out. That mold looks like a costume or seomthing... It does not blend well with the rest of his body. It looks like someone cut out the head/chest of a small figure and placed it on a lego body. THIS WILL TAKE SOME GETTING USED TO. If you cover up the sides of his chest border he looks good x]

Dwalin's beard is made with helmets in mind, im pretty sure we won't be seeing figures with armor and beard, the beard would stick out too much or may be too thin to accomadate for the armor. Dwalin's beard is good because it's fairly generic and it's short so it shows offf the torso print. And would therefor be a good option for generic dwarves. If lego make Erebor dwarves I'm guessing they will reuse the gimli helmet mold, cause except for the face bit it's pretty similar in shape. However the bo5a dwarves are fom the iron hills and will have a different design.

Those ruins I've put on top of the thing. You can see Azog assult the guards there in the trailer, So I went ahead and assumed that was conencted to the rest of thranduils palce, since it was being guarded. (a clever creator could make it 2 sets and leave room for it to be connected.) Tauriel is in the set because she takes part in the interrogation scene with Tranduil, legolas and what I assume is Narzug.

I Like the gloves being same color as suit, it's a shame lego didn't follow through with the everything same color style. but luckily the legs are easily changed.

Like aquaman, they just throw non-batman heroes in batman sets. Almost as a treat. And they seem to have dicided now to use new 52 design on new heroes (green arrow, aqua man, flash) Supermn and wonder woman were propably deisgned before they set their mind on new 52. For batman they seem to want to make them their own style. with the exception being batman who gets alot of variation for obvious reasons.

He looks just like BTB, but only somewhat like 52 batman... If they wanted to make 52 batman they would have given him black gloves.. The fact that it's BTB's batmobile should also mean soemthing. As for official confirmation, no. But we don't need it.

No, it is 100% based on beware the batman tv show. It's just not completely accurate with it's color choises.

Lego likes to make their batmen grey with black underpants it seems just look at the tdkr batman from the set aswell. I wish lego would trust the sourcer material more especaily when they make so many batmen anyways. give us some real veriety. Thats not how it works. They have a demo in their booth people can play, wich I assume is there constantly

So excited for saturday, hope it they won't dissapoint with whatever they show us. And i hope they release official pictures right away, the star wars set they revealed today ahs only got that one bad picture online. "sketch" of what I'd want: minifigs: Thranduil, Azog, Narzug, Mirkwood guard(armor), Tauriel + Thorin or legolas

I want the entrance so it can be a showpiece. the inside of the lego set could have the throne and such.

If they make a Thranduil's realm set (is that really the common name for the.. structure?) I hope it includes the front rockface with the pillars and the bridge, SO that it's a set that looks good, and isnt just standalone things (barrel escape, mines of moria, goblin king). The star wars set didn't have a picture before today. It's a niccee week to be a lego fan, since sunday they have revealed atleast one set each day, and by the looks of it that will go on throughout upcoming sunday aswell! In 48 hours we should know whats going on with the hobbit atleast, Hopefully they will show off the biggest or next biggest set. and not some riddles in the dark equilient.

I recon we'll only see the minfigures that goes with the set. Would love to see more though! Waiting 2 more days is annoying, but is nice knowing they will show something for sure.

None of the future sets are displayed uintill tomorrow. FBTB is going I think.

The box is harder to get, but you can buy the bricks and build the model yourself. can't do that with a minifig.
