I still love them, at 37. I’m sure I’m an outier, but I’d rather look at pages in a catalog than a website any day.

Nice. I’m glad to see plain Phase 1 troooers back in action... And, while I like them for what they are, finally getting non Clone Wars Ki Adi Mundi is more than welcomed. Speaking of which... 75182 Republic Fighter Tank 75173 Luke’s Landspeeder and because they had a few CMF 18, grabbed one...the dragon.

Very cool & congratulations!

That was great! Another action packed video. Awesome work filming these. I must say though, looking at your other new, the Black Panther/Kilmonger fight is my favorite. Although this one comes close.

Can someone more knowledgeable help me out. Because I like to make lists, I have a list of Iron Man armors. In adding the latest which seems to be “Bleeding Edge” I’m seeing Model 37, which I already had listed as “Hammerhead.” Then I see one saying it’s 38...which is also listed as “Igor.” What Mk distinction is the Bleeding Edge armor?

Hmm...luckily the facade is versatile & the exploded window makes it easy to switch windows(in case you stickered the window). Since the schwarma meat is there, you could make it a butcher shop. CMF’s have already supplied us with an owner as well.

Is it common to find a plastic bag torn open in a new set?
Vindicare replied to nana's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I’ll echo about missing parts/minifigures. I bought, what looked to be, a sealed 70909 Batcave Break-In. But all the minifigs & penguins were gone. The seals looked fine, I cut them open same as always. But upon closer inspection, they taped over them, misaligning ever so slightly. -
Ready Player One. As a book adaptation, it was very disappointing, as it was very little(read microscopic) like the book. As a movie without any prior knowledge of the book, it’s a great movie.

Seeing the polybag(s) of the Ultimate...that thing is awesome! I hope Target gets/has them. May have to go hunting tomorrow. -

How did you come out of your Dark Ages?
Vindicare replied to LegoModularFan's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Similarly, but much earlier, Modulars brought me back as well. Cafe Corner & Market Street. I do not remember what drew me to check their website, but boy am I glad I did. My wallet, on the other hand, is not so happy.- 62 replies

I stick to pretty much Modulars & Superheroes these days. I’m a set collector, so my sorting habits are quite different from your usual AFOL. I have some sets on display, which gets rotated whenever I feel like a change. And I have a tabletown set up as well.

There’s so many...the ones at the top are Marvel/DC, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Tolkien...those usuals. Then there’s a few outliers, one big one being Red Rising, which I was somewhat saddened to see it’s not going to be a movie series & instead be a TV series. Maze Runner, The 5th Wave. Anime, I’m a huge Dragonball Z fan. Bleach, Trigun, & Sword Art Online are all favorites.

I saw one on Instagram...I think it was padbricks, he added a row of bricks to the Sanctum side(I believe it’s next to the PS) and it’s height was pretty equal. It looked quite good.

76108 Sanctum Sanctorum Showdown- 2 Stones down. I can feel the power surge! This one was a bit of a shouldn’t have done it, but did anyways. It was only 5%...lame, but it was the last one. So I figure a few bucks saved...

I buy some action figures every now & again of comic or Star Wars characters. Funko Pops! as well. But I pretty much focus on LEGO.

I checked mine today, no signs of clearances to be had. I should’ve asked, but didn’t... Going back in a day or so to check again. They did have all the Infinity War sets, so hopefully that clearance comes soon. As bad as that sounds...I love going into that store, even just to window shop. But, if I can get those sets for cheaper, I’ll be somewhat happy.

Just hear to say wow, that Infinity Stone piece is tiny! Glad they give us four.

LEGO in Film & TV: Index of Appearances
Vindicare replied to Izzy's topic in General LEGO Discussion
This counts right? On the morning news(which was parodied in Ninjago Movie) GMA, they had Sebastian Stan, Karen Gillan, & Paul Bettany on. They had toy boxes for them. Stan got the Sanctum Sanctorum(pretend the drool emoticon is here) set, lucky duck! Bettany got the Corvus Glaive set. Then they gave Gillan last years Milano....wah wah wah. -
Most of my sets ends up in plastic containers. I’m 36 & I still have a blast building sets. I recently built 70921 Harley Quinn Cannonball Attack. Despite initially not liking the truck, I ended up loving it once I built it. The same went for the whole theme. I also have a decent sized city layout that has the Modulars, some City, Superheroes, Harry Potter, and others in it. Then I do have some display space where I rotate stuff every few months. That way, I can enjoy builds over & over again.
