    First things first...how are we going to abbreviate this? PS is already taken. I love it. It feels like a more complete street as opposed to a building. I love the height & death differences & the height especially....it looks taller than TH(or equal too). It’s absolutely hilarious that they included a donut shop & that billboard. Great additions!

    I have that as well but the one in the Batmobile set is so much better & accurate. I’m hoping there’s enough room up there. But I always have that as a backup. I have no idea. It looks like a mace or something...those dog trainer suits are usually olive green or the like. Looks like he has those knit caps that pretty much every crook wears but the fishing pole is really puzzling.

    Totally. I thought it would look good next to AS-the donut shop next to the bakery side of AS. I bet they’d make for fun neighbors.

    Any guesses on what the guy in red is.... I sure hope there’s room on the roof for the Batsignal(from the Ultimate set)...but it doesn’t look like it.

    Granted I’m not sure how they got the idea of being a gallery, their description wasn’t far off. It was dominated by one building, the police dept, with a minor side building. I’m very excited. I love the buildings layout. And that the police department is only that....a police department. Having the other buildings makes for a better street view in my opinion. Looks like a coffee bar on one side...and is that really a donut shop?! That looks like it could be a pink ring above the awning. Oh man, I hope so! I do wish the steps were more pronounced though. They could’ve don’t cells down there.

    Action wise, it added a lot to the overall story & helped that eventual confrontation with Molly & Bellatrix. It never did make sense, a big group full of experienced wizards & witches standing there as it burnt to the ground...what?

    Ooh, yes! Mine is currently sitting on top of the Detectives Office. My contingent of GCPD officers are going to take over the station.

    Now we’re talking! That crest is amazing! But there’s no way I’m paying $500 for that...these would be so much more desirable if they were around $75-80.

    Definitely. I really enjoyed building his tow truck in the CG, including that fun play feature(gasp!). While people will be pushing & shoving their way into stores, I’ll be marveling at a YouTube video. I still can’t believe they’re revealing it this early. Are we being pranked?

    I agree. I was going to leave it there. As for police, they didn’t stop selling the sets, just advertise them. So, there’s no reason to not release & sell police sets. They released three “Elite” police sets in September of this year, well after their statement on police sets. This rumor may not even pan out, and we may be running around for nothing. Jabba’s Palace thing was a complete joke. They never should have bowed to that. However, I doubt that had anything to do with them not making the set since. The prior one was made in 2003, not a set they make very often.

    Yeah...that could very well just to get more eyes on the video. I see all kinds of unrelated hashtags on Instagram pictures. I imagine it’s no different on YouTube. Painting with a very broad brush, aren’t we? Let’s just disregard the mountains of good they do, and deserve recognition for, and only focus on the mole hill of perceived bad.

    Yeah, I went looking a bit more after posting. I don’t get much on the hashtag front, thanks to Instagram still censoring. But I did see on account a zero context picture with some random “code” that said police station build...not sure how that is more credible than what’s been said here about the Italian like building.

    Not quite. The way it’s described, one building dominates most of the baseplate, like the Bank. The one you posted has a more even distribution.

    60233 Donut Shop Opening- grabbed it at 40%, which was pretty nice as there was no way I was buying this for $90. There’s only a few parts I plan on using(still haven’t bothered building the crane in Capital City) in my town.

    There’s plenty of live/work buildings, with the living quarters above the business. The Bookshop is that, nothing random about it. As to who lives there, the shop owner makes the most sense. Exactly. There isn’t one LEGO set that has all the appropriate living amenities. It’s always been a pick & choose which rooms get put in a set. I don’t understand that sort of criticism.

    We’re just a bit hesitant(and can get moody) when stuff like this is thrown around, especially by a new person. It’s always a hectic time right about now as we’re hungry for information regarding this set.

    With the description of it being similar in space to the Brick Bank a gallery is the first thing to pop in my mind as well. It would be out of left field for sure, but very welcome from me. I would absolutely love an art gallery be the main focus of a Modular.

    I can’t see them switching. A big selling point is that they connect. If they went away from baseplates that wouldn’t work anymore...until next year at least. Well, that’s true. We all just assumed the road plates were being replaced. They could have both I suppose. I certainly hope so.
