Ugh...I feel stupid. I was going to see Ant-Man this afternoon and thought it be fun to bring ol mini Lang with me. I know, doesn't sound too smart, right? Well, the pockets of the pants I wore, it's damn near impossible without a lot of effort to get stuff out, so I figured he was safe. Nope! I go to take him out to show who I smuggled into the theatre with us & there he was...helmet less. If anyone has a spare I'd be eternally grateful. If you want a Kingdoms Target Practice or Alien Conquest polybag for trade or a few extra dollars, send me a message. Help! S.O.S!

An idea for a statue could be using the fountain build from 10184 Town Plan as the base and adding a statue to the middle instead of the gold 2x2 gold bricks. As a side note, using the "big" LEGO bricks from 76039 Ant-Man Final Battle makes for some fun public art.

The SDCC trailer for Deadpool, albeit blurry as all hell, was good. Colossus looks pretty rad. I'm ready.

That BvS trailer has done its job flawlessly! I am stoked after seeing that trailer. I enjoyed what there was in the SS trailer as well. It was more like a character introduction than a full on trailer, but what I saw, I'm excited for.

From time to time I've wondered about this. Is leaving sets together okay? Example would be the Modulars. I have all of them & once I put them together, thats how they stayed. 10182 Cafe Corner has been together for 8 years now. I'm not overly concerned about things(clutch power and such), more curious than anything.

LEGO in Film & TV: Index of Appearances

Lip Sync Battle between Batman & Unikitty. Second round performance they go all out with props and such. Arnett did Everything is Awesome dressed as Emmett with large bricks on stage. -
I think the name of GotG sequel is great & fitting. Thinking back now, the tape he opened at the end(albeit he waited 20+ years) wasVol. 2. Maybe that was our first hint. Or, a coincidence. Probably that.

This is just amazing. All the little details are great. The way you made the living room table is pretty crafty. Shaking maracas is one hell of a workout too. I really like the display set up when theyre connected as well.

So awesome! Bravo sir. What fantastic little action lacked scenes. All the different movements, Caps shield & Mjolnir especially, are well planned & executed. Can't wait for more.

You have a great start going, especially with the residential facade. Even as it stands right now, it has the look & feel of a lot of what you see there.

Mega Man would be good, especially as Ultra Builds. I'd much rather have minifigures but it'd be hard I imagine to make sets to go with the figs. Those new Star Wars Ultra Builds look fantastic & I could see Mega Man and such done great that way.

Well, after seeing Jurassic World...75916 Dilophosaurus Ambush definitely doesn't fit. It would fit more with Park, as there was an actual ambush-of sorts-in the first. Also, 75918 T-Rex Tracker...no. That huge vehicle, generic vet with torch. Obviously the torch is replacing the flare used to lure the T Rex. But, as said above, TLG needs to spread things out. Got Gray in one, the T Rex in the other...so, yeah.

Jurassic World- it was AH-mazing! It had the same feel as Jurassic Park, the suspense, the lurking dinosaur. Was hoping for a cameo from one or more of the big 3 from the original or a "clever girl"...

Trade is done. Forgot to edit...sorry for the delay.

Breaking up by theme, making lots, would make it a bit less of a hassle also.

Not to mention it brought about the birth, in my opinion, of the FPS genre. That game on N64 was such a blast to play. All the fun cheats you could use. And, something sorely lacking in today's gaming world, the advantage and pure delight of mocking your friends when you mercilessly kill them & rub it in their face...TO their face. This movie was my introduction into the Bond world, so it definitely holds a special place.

I agree. It's like a never ending cycle with DC fans(comic fans in general, really...Fantastic Four). First it was with Ben Affleck as Batman ruining the movie, now it's a few tattoos. I get being a bit disgruntled about character designs, I'm guilty of it as well. But, I'm not saying the movie will be bad because of it.

Very nice! In the second picture, the awning part above the windows, using the 1x1 studs, great detail. It took me a second to even realize how you got that look with the little spaces. The drawn curtains are a nice touch as well.

I had an interesting one recently. On a stationary bike, I noticed another bike had a 5 digit code on it and immediately wondered if that corresponds to a LEGO set.

Great looking ground floor. Could you get a straight shot from the front? I've been tinkering with a floor to make it tower over other buildings in my town and you have some cool ideas there. -
Good ol' Mad Max: Fury Road. The mastermind behind those cars deserves an Emmy, those were amazing. It was pedal to the metal, beginning to end. Great flick.

All the hub bub over the tattoos is quite funny. Aside from the face ones, which I agree are a bit too much...aren't very big & hopefully won't be too noticeable because of Leto's portrayal. But people complaining that the whole movie will suck & all that...I say, "HA HA HA!" Tattoos aside, I think they did a bang up job capturing the Joker, assuming they're going with the New 52 version. He looks downright creepy in some of those shots.
