Yup. I got the email at 9, didn't see it was on sale till like 10am. Already sold out. Kinda mad. Makes me think they had like a left over stock they are just trying to get rid off essentially. Perhaps when Lego does their promotion in the UK, TRU will get more of him and some of us will at least get 1. Also, not giving me a date when it would go on sale is very annoying, unless I missed it.

REVIEW: Minifigure Wedding Favour Set (40165)
Tech Artist replied to Zusammengebaut's topic in Special LEGO Themes
It is: http://www.brickowl.com/catalog/lego-the-penguin-minifigure-595095 Also I agree on the dress. It's just a plain white slope. Very boring and looks really bad on the figure as it's just a white void essentially.- 3 replies

Disney Collectible Minifigures Series 1 Discussion
Tech Artist replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
More then that, I think these are going to sell really well not only to AFOLs but also just normal families because it's Disney and I think a lot of little girls are going to want their favorite Disney princesses as Minifigures. Put a display out of them at the Lego store while they are there buying other things and that will increase sales quite quickly once those little girls see them and beg their parents for em. Which if that is the case makes me wonder if they'll make it easier again by doing the pre-felt bags like they did at my store for Series 15 or just opening the bags and selling them as is to people who want guaranteed characters.- 4,155 replies

https://easter.lego....e-de/comingsoon Using Google Translate, all I can decipher is this: Top Quote: Take me with you Bottom: Join us and be creative Quote from site: "Soon! The LEGO® Easter Creative station Easter is almost here - and also the LEGO® Easter Creative Station . From 29.02 . there is here fun games , activities and prizes to win ." Grammar might not be right.

My bad. I edited that part out of my comment. Has anyone made any off brand Lego Angry Birds Figures that are like the original game?

The sets look alright but given they are modeling them directly off the movie I honestly don't see myself buying these unless they have some unique parts and even then I'll probably Bricklink them instead.

Eurobricks Mega Building LEGO CMFs Contest 2016
Tech Artist replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one who would go down that path. I've been looking at the entry thread every time there is a new entry and just waiting to see someone post a Left Shark entry. Looking forward to seeing your entry! -

Finally got all my pieces and my entry submitted! Thanks for coming up with this fun contest. Whether I win or lose I had fun making my entry. Good luck to everyone! -
Here is my entry for Shark Suit Guy. My theme and title for this is: Left Shark Left shark is off stage waiting to make his nervous debut. He didn't practice last night, forgot all his moves, and has been a nervous wreck all day. 2 Images with Minifigure in the Vignette Left Shark Left and Right Shark

Eurobricks Mega Building LEGO CMFs Contest 2016

I don't know if I'll win. I'd like to but in the end win or lose I had fun. I did exactly what I set out to do when I bought my series 15 characters. I may expand on my entry in the future to a bigger version of it. I finished my entry as I finally received all my parts! Taking pictures tomorrow. :) -
That is awesome. Love the attention to detail! That is an interesting store front. Looks almost like it is closed yet open at the same time.

Your not saying that this will be a keychain right? I really hope not.

Moved this from the topic I made which didn't show up in any search I did before making that topic: Can anyone here shed some light on this for me. It seems like Lego is re-releasing Chicken Suit Guy from CMF Series 9 for Easter. UK/EU Lego stores seem to have a promo where if you spend £15 you get the Chicken Suit Guy for free. Lego Store Calendar for UK/EU: http://cache.lego.co...wsletter_uk.pdf No Chicken Suit Guy on Lego Store US Calendar: http://www.thebrickf...motions-events/ This Toys R Us promo seems to indicate that they will be offering him for $5.99: http://www.toysrus.c...rentPage=family Can anyone tell me the legitimacy of this?

This is amazing! I love all the little details. I have a question. Is this the Lego Store in Copenhagen? I tried to compare your creation to a map of Copenhagen on Google(shown in bottom right corner) to see if I could find it.

Where'd you buy from online? -
Lego also may have been looking at the not only playability but also ways for people to easily customize this without having any real tinkering. All the exposed studs are easy spots for kids to place Minifigs, more bricks, ect. Plus as you mentioned, the exposed studs are insantantly recognizable as Lego.

That baby is tiny. A lot smaller then pictures led me to believe. Also, does anyone know or could guess the display size of the Fun in the Park set? I want to get a big green base plate to display it on. Also this set seems like a great pack for any city scene. A couple of these would add a lot to any city.

The entries I am seeing in this are amazing. Still waiting on my pieces to arrive and realized recently I may have to wait longer as I forgot to order a piece which will complete on of my items. I really need a more diverse parts collection. :(
