After seeing him in 360 degrees, I can agree that he looks a lot better... I'll go as far to say he may be one of the best CCBS sets we've gotten so far, second to Witch Doctor... -
Saberwing's Bionicle and CCBS MOC thread.
DuckBricks replied to Saberwing40k's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Approved! Updated Galidor sets in CCBS or Gen 1 Bionicle parts should totally be a thing... I'm gonna try Ooni in CCBS! -

Agreed on the oliphaunt part, but I don't see another DeLorean coming as they already have one... And perhaps we could change that to oliphaunt-riding NINDROIDS ;)

What was the worst construction set?
DuckBricks replied to Bigger Fish's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Completely agree, it happened with almost all the "mutant" sets, except maybe the Barraki, although some of the Barrkai were literally stick-thin (Ehlek, I'm looking at you with that Technic beam for a torso. No, the back armor/spikes don't count as a body...) Hah! So true... Agreed. The leg for a head attachment piece was awful, and the only thing going for him was that black Kopaka blade. I never liked those 90 degree bent Agori arms, and it made me so irritated every time Lego used custom, bendable versions to emulate movement in the stop actions. -
Anyone know if this set is rare?I
DuckBricks replied to Trainmaster247's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Ebay or Amazon are not very good representations of what the actual value for Lego is... I suggest Bricklink, where you can find the actual value of a set... -
Star Wars Constraction 2015 Discussion
DuckBricks replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Ah, the tan is just great , though. Might pick him up just for that, despite the fact that Greivous reminds me just slightly of the shady CCBS builds of some the superhero constraction figs, esp like Cap. America.... -
...? I don't want to be off topic, but I didn't post it there.... And anyway, it's not about who posted it, it's just about sharing the news to the community. No hard feelings.

Star Wars Constraction 2015 Discussion
DuckBricks replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Huh, that's intersting. Hopefully we'll see more pics soon. Greivous seems to use the same piece used for the Bionicle skull warriors.... -
Oh, I wasn't implying you made it, I was just wondering where you got it from... I'm not too proficient with social media, so I didn't find it on Facebook, but I found it on Tumblr. Thanks!

Oh, that's sweet! But where are the DC villains? (Also the little image editor in me can't help but notice where the image for the smoke in the foreground cuts off abruptly...) ;) He sure does to me as well, although its unlikely. Also, remember everyone assumed the picture of the "evil space cowboy" last week was Vortech? This looks nothing like him... Unless he has different outfits... Say, I just checked the Dimensions Facebook page, and can't find the villains poster... Where is it from?

Which set is the one you enjoyed building the most?
DuckBricks replied to BlackVagrant's topic in Community
I'm gonna have to go with the 2015 Bionicles, mostly because I had the originals next to me while I built the whole team, and it was simply mind-blowing to see how far we've gone. (As for functions, though, the Cole's jet from Ninjago is just so fun, as well as Drillex's vehicle from UA. I just LOVE functions....) -
Comic: Ultra Agents: The Gathering Storm

Quite the compelling story! I want to know more! Oh, and the pneumonic for ULTRA is great! -
LEGO 1x6 and 1x8 bricks with NAMES
DuckBricks replied to LEGO Historian's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Any chance of giving the names or locations of such flea markets? I'm traveling to Billund this summer on the excuse of a business trip, and I may have a few days free... Thanks! -
What? That's both scary and awesome! I would want that to happen to me!

Popcorn, but not buttery or salty, as butter and salt get everywhere, at least when I build...

Nice MOD! -
Oh! Now that would be hilarious!

Yup, sorry if there was any misunderstanding. What Penkid said. Anyway, upon further examination, the image appears to be a poster on a wall of some sort... Perhaps a Lego employee took this picture?
-
Nice! Source?

I think that should be rephrased to "why are these annoying kids so much more resourceful in finding these stuff than us adults???" ;)

Probably the main reason that Lego didn't incoude Friends, City, or even Elves is that Lego Dimensions is a conflict-based action game. True, I can see the Elves being able to fight and even some City citizens using their (handbags? Coffee mugs?) to whack people, and a City world expansion pack would be great, but conflict isn't the main driving factor of those themes. Ninjago, Oz, Lego Movie, Super Heroes, and even BTTF to an extent are way more centered around conflict than City, Friends, or Elves. (Although Andrea with a special guitar attack like Marty would be sweet...... And I'm not even going to imagine how awesome the Elves powers would be in game)

Or it could be a Skreamer from Ninjago... Thanks so much!!
