[MOC/MOD] Overlord transformation & Samukai update
DuckBricks replied to Exetrius's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Love the Samukai update! Agreed, he was impossible to pose with any longer or even bulkier weapon. Time to do this to my own Samukai(s)... -
Of course, they may just be re-using vehicles from different themes for it, and it has nothing to do the Ninjago...
-
Dragon people that can mind control the ninja's elemental dragons and the Ultra Dragon (which is now basically irrelevant :/) perhaps?
-
This theme was really fun,

Sorry to be "that guy," but doesn't this belong in Culture and Multimedia?

Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread

Hrm... There's something off with that animation... First of all, the sword is clearly made from Lego, but it may just be a shift in animation style for the weapons, which usually look nothing like the Lego counterparts. To some extent, even the Stiix boat appears to be somewhat built with bricks... What's perplexing is the DB isn't, but its jet trails are static, making it seem like either an unfinished animation or a product animation...- 4,591 replies

Great find! I downloaded the background with Inspect Element as usual... Thanks!

There appears to be a "Creating Chima" article to be released in the near future, as shown as coming soon in the Explore page on the Lego site. It showcases one piece of concept art and I can't wait to see the rest!

DuckBricks replied to Lance's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
I got them, I'll reupload them when I get the chance... Be sure to download them, though... I'm going to be Penkid now and ask you in all seriousness to please put your post in spoilers... thanks!- 4,591 replies

Oh, right. Forgot about that, thanks.

I think the head wrap is unique, as it has no symbol... Although the no symbol Lloyd may have appeared in a UK magazine, it's at least new for the States!
-
I got fooled as well... Good one Pugnat... Anyway, I agree with One Very Agile Cat in that the mix of metals, trans colors, and solid colors while retaining a solid colorscheme is exactly what makes the new sets so compelling in my opinion in terms of color...

Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread
DuckBricks replied to Lance's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
I agree about the new intro, it's really sweet! FIngers crossed that the music will be updated at a later point to reflect the Fold's new song, although it seems modified already... They've done it before when the Ninja Roll soundtrack was the After the Blackout soundtrack when Curtis Cheung uploaded it, but by the time Lego uploaded it on their YouTube channel they had changed the background to "Ninja Roll" to reflect the Fold's new music. However, for some reason Zane is the only one who doesn't display his elemental powers during the clips... Hope he doesn't get downgraded yet again. (Does this count as spoilers? It's just speculation, so I'll leave it out here) Also, I may have an explanation for the Grundal...- 4,591 replies

Apologies, I'll edit my original post to reflect that. Nevermind, seems like I was right... Use
then
without the spaces- 4,591 replies

Agreed. If any German users or German-speaking users would care to give us plot synopses, that would be quite nice (in spoilers of course, for Penkid )- 4,591 replies

Who is your Favorite Ninjago protagonist?
DuckBricks replied to DuckBricks's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I believe someone asked Lego on their Facebook page if Skylor got her powers back, and they said yes (to my knowledge)... -
True...

Who is your Favorite Ninjago protagonist?
DuckBricks replied to DuckBricks's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I was tempted to make her a primary character, but she only was really featured in one season, so... Anyway, thanks for inspiring these polls! -
Or the link is just not active yet Lego has made some mistakes before, with the supposed Lego Racers game advertised on 200(9?) Racers kits that never came to fruition. I agree with TheLastToaOfLight in that it may have been a working title for lego Dimensions that slipped out, seeing all the media-related mistakes Lego has been making lately...

I agree about Onua. What I personally would enjoy is if Lego introduces a whole new team with new elements in a few years. I get that they stuck with the original elements and characters this time around, but Toa of Iron, Magnetism, and the like would be appreciated. This may or may not happen though, as Okoto is already set up with the six main elements.

Definitely; you can even see the boat. And the ghost with solid legs clinging to the Morro Dragon chain is Possessed Lloyd

Also because Master_Data didn't make this poll, I figured that I should make this about your favorite Ninjago vehicle.
