A LEGO reality show... a good idea or a bad one?
Slurpifier replied to XAxles's topic in General LEGO Discussion
It was speculated here that it could be placed in the US. I disagree with this. I personally think it will take place in either Dennmark or the UK, with contestants from all around. I maybe the only one here that thinks this, but I could see this being a kids-based show. -
The question is; will we see more miniseries based sets? I really hope we do!

Instant buy for me as well! Highlight of the wave!

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 13 Rumours and Discussion

Hmmm, this seens iffy. Lego releasing an Army Man? If true, and I hope it is, we could see a new helmet mould for it. -
Saw 'The Neverending Story' yesterday, man does it bring back those childhood memories, and it also being an 80's film is another reason to love it! 8.5/10 This film is one of those fantasy films that are added to my collection of mystical fantasy films, along with 'Legend', 'Krull' etc

Lovely work here! Its got the nice compact iconic look! I used to MOC tanks, artillary units and planes from WWII years ago, its about time I break the box, and start again!

Cool! Is it possible to give it a green and black colour scheme? I think that would look good. -
Lego Batman spinoff will replace The LEGO Movie 2 in 2017

This is quite interesting. Im all for it! -
Lego could've gave the womp rat an orange rat mould with printed features. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting a fancy new womp rat mould.

I wouldn't mind more battlepacks in the summer wave, although a few people would argue. One can never have enough soldiers to fill out their barracks (except the Death Star Gunners battlepack)

Lovin' the motorcycles! I'll probably pick up a few of the Swamp Police sets, as I haven't bought any Lego Police material in years!

I thought the premiere was pretty good! Far better than the Clone War premiere. No doubt that this is meant to be a kids show. Im 'patiently' awaiting the next episode to come out.

I think its rumored to be around £50/$50, which is a bit steep for me.

Its interesting that there is belt printing on the Geonosis troopers hip piece, but on none of the other battlepack figures. I still think that there could've been better battlepacks than the Geonosis one, but then its nice to get a little variation here and there.

To be honest here, Lego could have improved the Stormtrooper design quite a bit. Fixing up the eyes and changing the toros would've been ideal. Maybe they were working from early material, maybe they weren't. I'll most likely bricklink the new OT Stormtrooper in bulk this year, unless Lego can include a few in the Summer line, which is debatable.

May as well add a little more. One of the more 'poorer' winter waves in the past few years. My opinion for this reason is due to the Rebels tv series launching. A very cheap wave for me and others I suppose.

I agree. The Tusken Raider is just odd. It nearly seems like a Hasbro action figure head on a minifigure torso. My personal favourite is the Shadow Troopers Bp and the Senate Commando's Bp. Quite annoyed about the ITT, but then again, I'm whining over bits of plastic :)

Oh my, thanks!!!

Just a thought; is it possible there could be another wave in 2016?

Saw this on Flickr earlier, lovely creation! Im liking the way the figures are posed to their movie counterparts! -
Im finding the majority of what pops on the internet to be false. Im still finding it hard to believe the chrome trooper, and the sleekified Stormtrooper (if thats their name in these new films)

I think (from poor knowledge) that the Danish wore redcoats, with no epaulettes (at least the grenadiers I think) I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I was wrong.
