  1. Could be, although wasn't there a report that James Earl Jones won't be in Episode VII?
  2. Where I live at, there is a toy store which name is 'Toy Store' (haha) and they had a huge sale over Christmas. Monday was the last day for the sale, so I decided I'd pop in and see what to buy, although my intent was to get all the Guardians sets anyway!
  3. Got all three Guardians Of The Galaxy sets on Monday past, with four extra Starblaster Showdowns (they were priced at £12.99) Very happy with my little collection of the Nova Corps, which Lego seriously should have put into more sets!
  4. Aside from part time employment and education, I try to spend my free time wisely. I enjoy building model planes and military vehicles, and I usually buy a few models every two or three weeks to give myself something to do when I'm bored. I've also been doing drawings of scaled sheds for my family's garden, which I find quite enjoyable. We need a new greenhouse and garden shed, and my brother asked if I could come up with a few ideas! Since examinations are coming up shortly, I'll have to cut out time from my other hobbies (photography, cycling, drawing, animation etc) to study, which I haven't started yet, which I probably should get around to doing!
  5. I own the 2009 Clone Wars version, and thought I didn't need this. I was wrong. I think this AAT is in perfect scale with the 2007 MTT, which I unfortunately don't have, but have MOC'ed something of the same size. Many thanks for the review Phil Slender!
  6. I hope the summer wave, remains a summer wave! If Lego really want to make a big profit, I can see them releasing a TFA wave around the time of release, the same as The Hobbit line, but more closer to the release of the film. We should all know that Hasbro will do it, so why not Lego?
  7. I too am waiting for the new sets to hit the shelves. One of my friends works in the local toy store, and he told me they aren't expecting any 2015 sets at all until February. This was most displeasing news :(
  8. Haven't got any Lego for Christmas in five years, all I get is clothes and money from relatives :) Not complaining though, I am a little short on clothes lately haha! Plan on stopping by the toy shop after work on Monday to pick up all of the GOTG sets; need to increase my Nova Corps by just one :)
  9. Love the chaotic atmosphere here! The giant alien worm is also amazing; it reminds me of the Metal Bugs from Jak 3!
  10. Another Echo Base set? I would rather a Cloud City remake any day. With all these Hoth sets being released, Lego could probably do a whole theme dedicated to Hoth, separate from the Star Wars theme :)
  11. My brother suggested to use the upcoming Arrow headpiece, but I don't think its the most fitting if Im honest! As for the torso, I looked at my Hydra Henchman figure, but realised it also wouldn't work.
  12. Has anyone thought of making a purist Inertia? The clone of Bart Allen?
  13. I hope that the new Flash Speeder comes with a Naboo Royal Gaurd or two. I found those guys pretty cool, and their design is quite simple as well! This 'Imperial Assault Carrier' has me really thinking. I'm more than positive that it is supposed to be a Rebels set, and if so I will miss it. Since its labled under classic, what could it be?
  14. Amazing. Simply amazing. Could easily pass as a Lego mould!
  15. Cheers for the review! In my own opinion, I like the new face expressions the Stormies give us. I should probably bricklink these when they become availible!
  16. Thanks J2G! My opinion on the Tusken has changed; I want a full Tusken camp of them! The Skyhopper Pilot is neat too! I can see it being added to the Rebel Alliance easily!
  17. What can I say? You never fail to deliver! My favourite out of this batch would have to be Darth Malak! Did you design the custom face/torso/leg print?
  18. It could be a prop model, that could have been animated against a blue screen using stop-motion, then edited in. Thats my best bet on it!
  19. For me, Star Wars, City and Creator. Star Wars got me out of my dark ages, and I have began buying City and Creator to bulk up my collection.
  20. Just got my calendar today! Yes, a little late, but I did that last year, but by buying two as they seemed to be cheaper during the 24 day period. At least I had a little bit of fun by opening nine doors at once, pretty 'wizard' if I may say so myself :)
  21. I agree with you on the AAT, and I'm sure the majority here as well. Even with a poor figure, the design of the AAT is just awful, thats why that particular MF set was the only one I didn't get multiples of. The Phase II Clone Trooper is fantastic, and its a shame it wasn't included in a battlepack, where it would be more easier to aquire them in bulk.
  22. I agree that there is no amazing factor to them, other than the included Minifigure, but I grew to like the CTT, probably because I have 13 of them. Saying that, I have one of them displayed, and the rest I have scraped as parts. I find they are way overpriced, but much more better than the Planets series!
  23. Cool! I won prize C, with my first Jawa! :) Thank you very much CopMike for this Raffle, what a journey its been! I'll contact you tomarrow about it. G'luck to everyone else!
  24. Nice and simple design! I like it!
