Rebels is on atm, due to me not watching it, I have it recording. I heard the pictures are coming soon? That is something to look forward to.

Loving these! Many thanks J2J! I too was surprised that the Blue Coats (French soldiers?) have white epaulettes, but I think it works very nicely! All the minifigures are spot on! Especially loving the torso print on the pirates!

Mark IV is my favourite here! Glad to see a few more WWI mocs here and there.

What a response from the wife

I agree with the above statement. The variation between Stormtroopers gets irritating after a while. I was trying to army build back in 2011, I managed to get 9 regulars, but then the updated 2012 variant came out. I only managed to get 7 of this variant, and it was even more annoying that they updated it this year (although, the 2014 variant is gorgeous) I wish Lego would sometines stop updating figures every two years.

Are we expecting images this Thursday or Friday? Im not so desperate, but its one of those things that can turn your day from bad to good!

Western parts needed for a western LEGO film.
Slurpifier replied to Brickelodeon's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I myself pondered the same question. A couple of weeks ago I managed to pick up the whole Lone Ranger line (picking up six cavalry army builder sets) I also managed to bricklink many pieces and minifigures that I needed. If your local toy stores don't have any Western based sets, I would consider bricklinking many minifigures and parts. -
I honestly can't wait to see the pictures (take your time just2good) but I can't wait even more for the sets! Having practically not bothered with the 2009 Pirate line at all, and giving away most of my 90s Pirates (and classic space) sets to my cousins, I'm hoping we get a 2nd wave with Red Coats or the Spanish Armada. One can dream, right?

I'd imagine more updated Stormies. Its a real shame to us TFOL's and AFOL's, but if they sell well with the kids, theres no other reason to deny it. Heck, if my young cousin turns out to like the Rebels show, I'll probably buy him a few ITT's. He loves Stormtroopers, but I'd say he really wouldn't care what he got.

Double-decker couch is probably the best of the bunch here! Has Benny's double-sided expression include a classic smiley face? I couldn't really tell due to quality issues on my phone. -
I hope we get a Blue Coat ship! Do any of you think we will get battle packs like they had for Castle 2013? I hope so. I even hope we get another wave, with Red Coats!

Im still awaiting the first episode to air :( My hopes have been raised with the positive comments on it!

Final set? You definite its not Brick Bounty?

REVIEW: The Battle of the Five Armies
Slurpifier replied to ZCerberus's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Nice review! I'm now pretty convinced to get this set when they land in the UK! -
I myself like the wall! Good use of the SNOT technique!

Very interesting. Looks a little to 'shiny' to me.

I too can foresee a third wave this year. Obviously for marketing reasons.
-
Its good! The first speeder has a nice used Star Wars feel to it!

Time for my voice. I'd be surprised if Rebels got to season three. My worry is, soon as Episode VII kicks in, the production of Rebels will slow down. Why? Disney will want to make as much money as possible for marketing reasons, thus shifting their focus on the Sequel Trilogy.
