I had an issue like this not long ago. My PAB order never showed on the Shop @ Home order status listing for my account, and after several emails back and forth with customer service nothign really came from it. I did get informed of when my order shipped and they gave me a (non-working) tracking number when I asked for one, but in the end, it was the oddest thing that the PAB order status was non-existant in my order records. My order was placed 4/1, shipped 4/4 and received on 4/19. Apparently the longest part of the shipping time is the processing through customs which is very weird since I have ordered items for other countries and they have arrived in way less time than the PAB orders. US Customs must think that these orders from TLG must be of no importance, or something that has to be over-processed.

Even though I have selected the option to "remember me", every time I close the browser window and try to view the forums again, I have to re-sign in. Is this normal?

Question for those who would know more than I do about the PR, but what's the story as to why there is such a large space under the stairs on the front of the building?

That is interesting to think about. I would love to see pictures of a set up like that.

So, after building this set, I started looking at how other people have displayed it with the other modulars, and it got me thinking about the window in the kitchen that is on the side of the building. This is the first set that has windows on a side that is normally hidden by another building, so does that mean that the next set, or a future set could have an open side or a courtyard that the PR kitchen window looks upon? How are you with the other modular displaying the PR in relation to that side window?

So, after putting the set together, my wife asks me, is there a restroom for any of the floors. That got me wondering if anyone had MOD'd their PR to have a restroom? Or any other way other than just a 2x build for that matter.

Just got the PC earlier this evening, and my daughter has already started the build. It was hard to stop her for bed, so I have a feeling it will be built before tomorrow afternoon.

Rick, I was hoping it was something quick. The only real computer I have access to is my office computer and they don't like it when we download programs that are not on their approved list. Awesome rebuild, thought! It does insprire me to try to figure out what you did.

Is there anyway to show what you did with a picture or a screen cap of the step? I can't open LDDs and this would fix the issue my daughter has with the ice cream truck being taller than her people.

I don't know why it took me so long to regester here as I have been looking at the site for several months now, but I finally signed up. I only recently came ot of the dark ages and rediscovered Legos when my oldest child started to really understand wand love the little plastic bricks and a Lego Store opened here in St Louis. This rediscovery of my love of the little plastic brick has allowed me to start making MOCs that my oldest can play wth. Nothing complicated, but I hope to share them and get feedback on them.
