I'd say: 1. I think it means being devoted to collecting Lego and staying active in the fan community. 2. It helps me relax and it helps me see things differently. 3. Probably Superheroes. I also like the Avatar: The Last Airbender theme since the ship is so fun to MOD and the theme in general had great potential. And then too course Bionicle. Some of the bigger models were very well built and the storyline was fantastic.

[MOC Free Build] 2013 Star Wars Battle Pack Mix (75000+75001)
Godtshep replied to CEMORDIN's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Good work! I agree with you about the Battle Packs... Although 75001 is a decent representation of the vehicle from SWTOR. -
I agree that Braniac would be awesome, and he could come in a £12 set with Green Lantern or Cyborg.

I think a Batmobile based on 'The Batman' would be better. But an AK one would be interesting. I'd actually live to see a set with Clayface and Hush, since they're both old friends of Bruce Wayne, so why not, right?

I have a few ideas: Batplane Includes Night wing with leg-brace, Onyx, Batman, Red Hood and possibly Black Mask. Would include a small wall build and a Batplane model based on the Graphic Novel 'Batman: Under the Hood.' Would cost £25-£30. Attack of Amazo Includes Nightwing with leg-brace, Batman, Mr. Freeze and Green Arrow. Would include a few shipping crates, a block of ice and an Amazo Big-Fig. Would cost about £30. Killer Croc's sewer lair Includes Batman, Killer Croc and a Police guard. Would include a small sewer playset (sort of like the POTC Isla De La Muerta set.) Would cost about £20 Green Lantern VS. Sinestro. Includes GL, Sinestro and a small structure Would cost about £12 Spider-Man: Attack of Green Goblin. Includes Gwen Stacy, Harry Osborn, Green Goblin (classic), Spider-man and a civilian. Features the Queensbord bridge and a small car (Much like the 2003 set, only this time it's based on the comics.) Would cost about £55.

Congratulations!

Great! I always thought the Lake-Town guards, while good figures, didn't look very intimidating.

Great work! And welcome to EB!

Cool models!

Great MOC! A more fixated colour scheme would be good, though.

As with my last few Super Hero polls, what do you think are the best and worst Super Heroes figures? As for my opinion, I think I'd say the new Green Goblin for least favourite-the head is decent (and you gotta love the olive green) but the outfit just looks like a 1920's bathing suit with silver plating on top in my opinion. And I don't really like the upcoming Wolverine or Magneto, as the colour scheme on Wolverine looks a bit weird in my opinion, however the overall amount of detail is good, and I appreciate that. Not sure which one my favourite is... Oh wait... HULK!!! -Lady Godtshep.

Perhaps use two 1X2 upside-down cheese slopes in light bley.

I think the Marvel sets need stronger marketing. I understand that Lego's main audience is children, however children still have opinions on these sets- a 10-year-old won't suddenly think the Spider-Trike is cool 'just because it has Spider-Man in it'. And instead of making loads of vehicles, why not make the X-Mansion? Loads of fans have been demanding an X-Mansion, and I guess it would sell extremely well. And I too dislike the Comic-Con exclusives. And I can't really see how they're good for marketing either. As for DC, though, I am impressed by this year's line up. The £12 set has a good part count, showing that TLG is learning from it's mistakes in these £12 sets and the Batcopter is cool and has great figures. The Riddler chase is much better in person-the Batmobile almost has a 'Tumbler' look to it and the dragster is decent too. The Steamroller is a good model, but the cab is too open in my opinion, and I don't like the Bat-Jet. Overall, though, this year looks like a pretty good one for Superheroes sets. I hope next year will be just as good.

Beautiful! I love the usage of PQ parts on the wings!

Nice MOC! Only the dark orange half-arch should be made light bley.

What is your least favourite Super Heroes set and why?
Godtshep replied to Godtshep's topic in LEGO Licensed
Yes, that is possible. The reasons for the Stagecoach Escape are made clear in the Brick Show's review. -
Five set's Lego should've made for Indiana Jones

Yes, a temple for the Holy Grail would be great! It could be like the £40 Prince of Persia set! -
What is your least favourite Super Heroes set and why?
Godtshep replied to Godtshep's topic in LEGO Licensed
I was originally going to get Electro separately, however he should run you about £10 on his own! If I see the set with a discount, I'll get it. I agree the MJ and Power Man figures are great! I like the set, but the new motorcycle is better. And I think the new Cap is better as well! -
With the release of the Spider-Trike vs. Electro, many fans have been overwhelmed to see a minifigure of Electro. However the main build in the set has garnered a substantial amount of negative publicity. So, for those of us who do not plan to build the set once we get it, what would you say would be a good alternate build for the set? You may use up to 2 copies of the set (the vehicle alone should not cost a lot) and perhaps use a couple of other parts (nothing too rare please) Hope to see some great builds! -Godtshep.

(MOC) Larry's Airbourne Coffee Attack Cart
Godtshep replied to Sir Brickalot's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Great MOC! I love Larry too! -
I too wish for a remake of this set... Perhaps I could make a MOC. Does anyone know why this set was never released? Was the whole 'Cage match' theme seem a bit too dark for TLG?
