  1. Here's the LXF file for what I did, it still has the problem with the baseplate, I got sidetracked making another police interceptor http://www.mediafire.com/?7pb752h244giq8n
  2. V-LV-41C EDIT: Here's the LDD file. http://www.mediafire.com/?c5t6f7lrf7fhprv I changed the color of some of the pieces so it's fully exportable to bricklink. --- Cranked out another before I pass out, totally worth the sleep deprivation. For the post-apocalyptic Aussie in all of us. Made this 1 stud longer than the Barracuda and I like it a lot more. Will probably refine the 'Cuda a little more... More images and notes at my Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/drnightmare/ Also, yes the car is inclined because of the bigger wheel but it still won't drag if you move it :)

  4. Yesssss all hail 8-wide :D I improved the rear, now it's a lot nicer I think. (redesigned the rear window, flipped the big purple tile, changed trans red tiles to trans red grills) Also added the LDD file to the first post. It still could maybe use some refining on the inside, but I think it's solid as is.
  5. So have any of you built an ornament with those bricks? Seems like that's what they're for, not just a parts pack lol...
  6. V-LV-46F & V-LV-51F Old UPDATE 8/21/2012 Finally brickbuilt enough of it to take pictures, it just needs some refinement on the inside, otherwise it's done. Also removed all the glass and tried this new way with the levers. I like it both ways but with the levers the windshield now starts properly about a stud back from before. Lots more pictures: Edit - Here's the link to the LDD file: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?k4olqssjxm4393c Had a wild hair up my bum, had to make this before I went to sleep today -Seats 3 minifigres; 2 in front and 1 in the backseat without legs lol -Doors open -Trunk space -Adjustable steering wheel -Managed to almost completely close the glass on the car OLD VERSION MOOOOOPAAAAARRRRR! :D
  7. Arwen is hiding in the barrel, we can't have her getting roughed up, Liv Tyler is a national treasure!
  8. Sweet surly Boromir, you've arrived! The spider looks okay, needs some finish work though to get rid of the blockiness. The rest of the sets, meh, they're okay, can't see too much from those hazy pics. I'm hoping TLG releases more prototype pictures of these sets since they always seem to go wild designing them before they have to turn it down a few notches. They look like drawings to me, not photos. I don't know, again, pics are hazy. Artist was too busy to draw weapons? lol
  9. The colors definitely make it look like a video game model, good stuff. If it had a darker color scheme it would super sinister I think, like some kind of shadow moth
  10. I think you're right, I might need to lower the base in the middle, then the figures would fit perfectly. Thank you very much, I would love to see more pictures, possibly even some with the car partially disassembled? I'm not very experienced building vehicles like this so I'm learning many things from your models.
  11. So I got antsy and made this in LDD, here's the result. -Made some mods to the interior, not sure how you had it. I added a 1x2 tile in the middle of the dashboard that can be a screen or dials and buttons. Changed the seat design too. -Modified the inverted slopes in back (used cheese wedges and 2-studded brick instead) -Got rid of the 2x4 black plate holding the roof, replaced it with a more compact rail plate. http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/8394/policecarmods.jpg This thing was such a pain to make, I now admire 7-wide car builders even more now haha. Let me know if I did something wrong, there were some things that had to be fudged: 1) There is juuuuuuust enough space to fit the minifigs comfortably upright in the car, even with some headgear, but the roof will be slightly ajar. And I mean like a millimeter or two so it won't even be noticeable, you can totally fudge it. I love this car, thanks for sharing EROL! 2) The rear is very unstable, the only thing connecting it to the car is the trunk's cover and a tile inside. I think I messed up here. 3) It's not possible to attach the black curved slopes in back the way I built it, you need to fudge it again and force the slope behind the wheel well. At least I added trunk space. Normally I would share the LDD file but since this isn't my original design I won't be doing it for this model.
  12. That's not irony, but ROFL anyway xD
  13. I like the extra engine detail under the Interceptor's hood, stuff like that makes models shine.
  14. I like the old guy leering at the beach goers, he must be papparazzi
  15. They're the perfect size! Never understood why people like the 4-wide cars, blegh. (no harm meant 4-widers ) EROL, can you share the building instructions for these beauties? Or at least just the parts list? I'd love to have the cop cars on display chasing my Punisher's battle van!
  16. Nice figures, the bowtie on the penguin is clever. I think there's definitely enough light, the pictures are just very overexposed (which is good if you want to white out the background but it affects the models when they're a light color too). I think you could stand to lower the ISO setting all the way since you don't need it with that much light. That would get rid of the "noise" in the shadows too. Also maybe try not pointing the light directly at the models, instead bounce the light off a piece of paper or something to get softer lighting. I don't know if that's what you meant when you brought up the light, but figured it'd help anyway
  17. 9475 is the sexy Boromir/Faramir battle pack which includes them, a ton of weapons, and alternate bare-chested torsos.
  18. Infiltrated! - Space Police comic http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=63610
  19. Now in glorious black and white! -Elite Beat Agents is an awesome game. -Made with a mouse because no one wants to give a tablet -Large size due to the letters looking ugly if it were any smaller. It's just 400kb, won't kill you! :)
  20. Lol, that looks like you could just bend the tab down to get the right angle. Of course, that would probably put a stress mark there.
  21. Masterful execution here, unbeatable technique, 10 stars!
  22. This HAS to win. Come on, a dummy, a beret, and a croissant, that's three awesome things right there!
  23. Can't... stop... laughing hysterically xD
  24. Oh boy, could there maybe be a little bit of water, and some moss, and dare I dream, a bush too!?
  25. I may just build a vv since they seem so popular Thanksss, I like the fig too, time to paint some goggles Just saw the speeder contest for Star Wars, oh well lol
