There's a double "e" in Wookiee.

I've got nothing original to add :( Anyone who has already nominated the Sith Infiltrator v1 for its blockiness is dead on the money. The only redeeming feature of this set are the Sith probe droids. But I will say one thing in its favour - if it hadn't been so bad then the guys at LEGO Group wouldn't have done such a ban up job with the second version. Likewise I'll stick my tick mark on the Aldar Beedo "minifig", but I'm not going side with anyone who lists the freaky battledroid-armed, death-masked faced incarnation because the absolute worst one is the single-cast minifig that came with Watto's Junkyard. And if I could beg a second nomination I'd probably add Sebulba to the list as well.

I really like this. I mean, I really, really like this. It's a brilliant concept and a well put together vehicle. (Good photos too!) I especially like the construction of the feet, and the foot pads are inspired. My only suggestion would be to make the front blasters swivelly. And is there a way to encorporate a net launcher? I can see Palpatine's minions really getting into that particular piece of equipment. Top marks.

I'm beginning to think the same way as you.

I always thought the "Han Solo Affair" was homemade so I did some digging. It turns out it was created to launch a movie making competitionin 2002. There's more behind the scenes info here: http://www.spiteyourface.com/hansolo.php You can also download a HD version of The Han Solo Affair from the above website too. What is the story behind "Priceless"? I've never seen it/heard of it, it's not on the LEGO website but obviously uses original CG footage. When did it come out? Was it made by Treehouse Animation (Revenge of the Brick) or M2Films (Quest for R2-D2) perhaps? Shouldn't the ARC-170 (Clone Wars) be ARC-170 (Revenge of the Sith)?

I can get a set for KimT.

I'm glad you told me who she was. I thought it was Hannah Montana at first glace.

Want to put money on your statement? Quit your whining. You don't know anything about them and already you (and others) are moaning that you won't get a chance to own them. Why don't you all just show a little patience?

All, I'm interviewing LEGO, DK and LFL for BrickJournal and wondered if anyone has anything they'd like to ask them. Please PM/email or post in this thread if you do :) Thanks

Unless I've missed something in the Clone Wars cartoon (and it's possible because I haven't watched them all yet, but then again there were no "Rebels"during the Clone Wars anyway) there is no such thing as a Rebel Ice Cutter in any canon or non-canon source. There is no deleted scene with Luke firing at a pack of Wampas. You're thinking of the Wampa Pen: http://www.starwarz.com/tbone/index.php?ca...2_articleid=411 Wookiepedia is not run by Lucasfilm/Starwars.com. It's a fan run site. Sorry to post a series of "you are wrong" replies but I wanted to set the record straight.

Maybe it's got a Sith cloaking device.

They've been available in store for over a week up here in Cambridgeshire, priced 29.97.

Me too, and it's always because I've mixed parts or colours up. Go back through the instructions and find the pages where you could have used the remaining parts and see if you've put the wrong bricks in.

Just an FYI, I asked Jens Kronsvold if the Vader's TIE Fighter that came with the Death Star is a Midi-scale set and he said no. Don't let this deter you from your goal though. I just thought I'd get share piece of information.

Has anyone thought to weigh the Landspeeder that came in 4501 Mos Eisley Cantina? If the details on Amazon are correct you can work out how much weight will remain and from that figure out a rough brick count. That should give you some idea of what might be included, if anything.

Great review. Has anyone else noticed that the front of the box is different to the one KimT photo'd? This one has a Special Edition graphic on it.

Ah ha. If I visit http://eurobricks.com I am not logged in. It must be as you say, the login cookie is registered to www. Thanks for your help.

I have noticed that when I visit the EB frontpage it appears that I am not logged in to the forums, but when I take the forum link I am already logged in. Can anyone tell me why this is so?

Nice, but I think it's too beefed up. Scouting vehicles are supposed to be fleet and quiet. Maybe change the minifig and it's name. Otherwise it looks kick big behind.

Here you go:

That's a very nice, but simple, touch that really improves this vehicle. I wonder why LEGO Co never thought to do this.
-
Don't worry about the colour (which is fine IMO), this MOC is great. The second I saw the pics I was very impressed.

What do you think of this year's Comic Con set's?

I follow your logic, but the instructions would have been included in the individual sets anyway. So you are actually paying $38 just for the box. -

I think there are too many, they're overpriced and underproduced. I don't mind missing one event exclusive but having a hole in my collection where seven exclusives should be is beyond the pale. And if I was to get the whole set (which I have) then $350 is a stupid amount of money to be paying for 18 minifigs and two Mini sets. This has to be the highest price per brick ever. -
I managed to score a full set :)
