Personally I'm hoping it's a tauntaun with a rider. I can't see it being right though but I equally can't see that a Chewbacca buildable figure would have 179 pieces.
-
When did that happen?
-
It won't be out before October.
-
I originally saw 75187 listed as 139 Swiss Francs at Rebelscum in a post entitled LEGO: New The Last Jedi Prices but when I checked back at the source of the price list it has dropped to 119 CHF.
-
UCS sets don't generally have the mainstream packaging art so it's likely to be a standalone graphic.
-
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?S=75094-1#T=S&O={} Good find. Similar weight too. Back calculating it suggests around 860 pieces.
-
How does that box size compare to other sets? Would it be fair to use a box to box comparison to estimate piece count?
-
Maybe, and I'm not doubting SVL's sources - just the language. "know" and "pretty likely it's true" aren't the same thing. "We're pretty certain that it will cost 99.99 EUR, is labeled as UCS and built in the same way they did R2." is a better way of putting it. Know is definitive.
-
We "know"?
-
Or maybe the set won't be as small as you read and will be large/detailed enough to be called a UCS set. If it's real it's not out before October.
-
So, censorship? I don't think anyone wants to end the conversation - they just want less clutter because all the conjecture is clogging up this thread.
-
Maybe it's time to spin off the chatter on the UCS Falcon into it's own dedicated thread?
-
I wanted to disagree and point out that posting a known faked image and making it clear it's a fake is a public service announcement and does have value, but then I considered the fact that a faked image is essentially a MOC and doesn't belong in a rumours section.
-
Glad someone quickly saw the obvious - far too much speculation going on. For me the give away clue was the filename: "Look how easy it is! _ CM4Sci _ Flickr.jpg" I can't comment on the piece count but there minifig count is out. There's only 7 plus one more coming and CM4Sci got one of the droids wrong.

You realise that you compounded the error by quoting the spoilers you suggested that people might object to? SMH

DK considers it Legends and they get their info from LEGO. Take that as you will.

Not in this thread, no.

You're absolutely right on all accounts. I could be guessing. I could know. This forum is full of vague hints. It's not worth betting on. The second edition is cheap. And spending a fiver on a book won't prevent you from buying the newest version when it comes out. -

Want to make a wager? And the Clone Wars. There's lots of Rebels and more Clone Wars sets, stacks of Prequel and Original Trilogy as well as TFA and RO sets. I'd hang on. At least for five or six months. But what do I know? -

I'm hearing rumours. Not sure it's about years but about sets per year and there've been a lot of sets in the intervening 4 to 5 years. -
June 1st in the US but May 1st if you live within distance of LEGOLAND Malaysia or one of the certified stores in Singapore. http://www.rebelscum.com/story/front/MYSG_News_LEGO_To_Release_Q1H2_Sets_Early_173492.asp

Cool, thanks. I checked it out - the group member met the The Freemaker Adventures producers who were building the sets he and took afew photos. Note of the build though.

The May calendar for LBS and LCS are being worked on now I have been reliably informed.

The Star Wars site that is both REBELlious and SCUM-like has the link.
