  1. Nah, the UCS Falcon came out in 2007. We're definitely looking at 2008 for the DS Jeremy
  2. The Death Star is not out in June, or July. It's coming out much further down the line. Jeremy
  3. You forgot to add the stickers to the chest plates too. Jeremy
  4. I'm glad you all like the article (if not the minifigs) because I wrote it! These all come out on July 26th, when ALL the licensees release their first TCW assortments. Jeremy
  5. Nothing wrong with the Wookiee Attack - you can't blame LEGO because the scene got cut. And I love the Naboo Speeder. The Ultimate Lightsaber Duel on the otherhand is a weak set. I agree with Palim Jax, the first Slave I was great when it first came out but LEGO really raised the bar with the Jango Fett's Slave I. Jeremy
  6. I'd love to see a modular Death Star with sets for the main scenes. As part of the "Death Star" Essentials you could also pick up a corridor or other compartments, each coming with a minifig or two droids. I agree! Ever since the first LEGO Star Wars video game I've wanted to see Dexter's Diner as a set. That and a JEdi Council chamber with al lthe minifigs. Jeremy
  7. Well I suppose it is only fair, since they made a video game about LEGO. LEGO is within its license to produce anything from the movies and the Expanded Universe (EU), and since The Force Unleashed is part of the EU then it isn't lik they are dedicating a sub-line to the game. They're just making more EU sts. It's not a big deal. Jeremy
  8. I wouldn't discount the Death Star set you know. While it hasn't been confirmed yet there have been some strong rumours... If you count the Clone Wars feature length episode (showing from August 15th in the USA) as a Star Wars movie then you also have to include the two Ewoks films making the total count nine. And since no-one counts the Ewoks movies then I'm going to bet the that Clone Wars feature is going to fall into the same category. Jeremy
  9. Don't throw out your boxes because if you are a completionist you'll regret it. I chucked mine out when my loft started running out of space and in the last year I've had to hunt down every box from 1999 to 2002. I'm >almost< complete now thanks to Bricklink, where you can find most of the original boxes without having to buy new sets. Unfortuntely there aren't any Jabba's Palace boxes listed for sale on Bricklink at the moment but if you check out this link occasionally you might find them back up. Alternatively you could register on Bricklink and create a wanted list. That way you'll get an e-mail notification if any sellers list one.
  10. Klaus-Dieter is talking about the '08 CG Clone Wars shows while you are talking about the '05 animated Clone Wars shows. The new LEGO line is based on next year's Saturday series which has not yet been confirmed for European TV. But the show won't be out until Sept-Nov '08 so there is plenty of time... Jeremy
  11. Hi all In my own defense I know what is and what isn't correct on that list. It could be that all of it is correct or none of it is correct. Or maybe 50%. I can't say more I'm afraid Jeremy
  12. Thanks. I've been lurking for a while and in touch with JP for several years. Just never had cause to post before, but praise always brings out the ego in me ;) Jeremy
  13. Yes, it slides forward. Apart from the pivoting cannons it's the only piece of articulation. The blurb at LEGO says you can "Store the landing gear" but I don't see how.
  14. Thanks guys! That's the first time I've received positive feedback for my photography skills. This will encourage me to get our LEGO archives uptodate, as well as go back and reshoot all my old crappy images. (And yes, I did just join because of these comments!)
