  1. Very impressive. Highlight is the cargo bay with the little shuttles; great work!
  2. Wow, a serious thumbs up for the investigation you did in making this model; the end result is breathtaking. I guess building it would be rather expensive, but if you'd ever open-source the building instructions, I am sure some would consider building it. I'm one of them :-)
  3. Thanks for the support people, only 940 more votes until the first MOC
  4. Eek! Hadn't expected so much feedback on my collection! @ Huntleyfx: The Tatooine building still need to get photograped, I built them about 6 years ago. Th streets are mostly occupied with figs from the set, a few MOCs (this one and this one), and then a whole lot of custom figs from Arealight, and decals from Kamonian. Robby the Robot, Tom Servo, Crow T. Robot and even He-man walks on Tatooine :-) @ Ritz Brick Icon: that tan AT-AT is actually an AT-IC. You can find it here @jmagaletta: The AT-XT is over here, the AT-AR (I guess you mean that when you say 'light AT-ST' is over here @Legocrazy81: Thank you for your feedback. I never take apart my MOCs (well, apart from one dreadful Ewok village I once made), so I've built up quite a collection (this is a picture of two years ago): It does mean my rate of building is lower than others; I make about 2 to 3 MOCs per year...
  5. This is in 2004: This is in 2007: This is in 2011: I still have the old stuff, just no longer any place to put it...
  6. Hello all, Sorry to dig up this old topic, but I wanted to let everyone know that I have added this MOC to the LEGO Cuusoo website Feel free to visit the site, and of course, to vote In order to keep interest going, I've set myself the following goal if I get enough supporters for this project: 1000 supporters: I will make the Air Alderaan Starspeeder (red / white) 2000 supporters: I will make the Dantooine Express Starspeeder (red / white) 4000 supporters: I will make the Bespin Direct Starspeeder (orange / white) 6000 supporters: I will make the Star Tours Starspeeder (dark red / white) 8000 supporters: I will make the Tatooine Transit Starspeeder (blue / white) 10000 supporters: I will make the Naboo Spacelines Starspeeder (yellow / red) Thanks in advance for your help :-)
  7. I've never been more joyeous over a minifig than when the first Stormtrooper minifig got launched (cost a fortune back then, as it came only in a TIE-fighter set). Ever since, various Star Wars minifigs came out, but it never gve me the same *wow* factor...
  8. B-wing will be UCS, so I reckon no minifigs will be in it...
  9. I'd really like to have a Winter Celchu, just because LEGO doesn't have white female hair: And then i'd like an Ysanne Isard, as LEGO can these days make hair with white stripes (Harry Potter set) and she has unique two-coloured eyes (one red, one blue): Most other minifigs I can make myself (well, except for Jaxxon of course :-) )
  10. Nice :-) There's no such thing as too many white plain minifig torso's...
  11. Well, that was highly informative; up to now (+8 years) I always thought ACPin was French
  12. I really like the idea, yet I'm not convinced there would be a big market for a Rancor-only set; it would indeed require q droid pit in there to become 'playable'... I think it will be an exclusive as it will be hard to convice 100000+ stores to stock a LEGO Rancor set... All said, I do hope we'll get a LEGO Rancor one day though! If LEGO can make a Tauntaun, they can also do a Rancor :-)
  13. It's exactly what I expected, and I'm really happy with how it ended up to be. And as for the price... Star Wars LEGO is an expensive hobby, I'm afraid that's something we'll just have to live with...
  14. Cool, another appreciator of Ansel Hsiao's work (see http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=63436&st=0&p=1142171entry1142171 ). Nice rendition of the model
  15. Thanks for the pics of the parts list
  16. Thanks for the review; I'm more positive about this set than I was before... Could you maybe make a picture of the parts inventory for us parts junkies? Thanks :)
  17. Hoorah!! :-)
  18. I'm confident that without LEGO I would have bought a scale model of an X-wing one of these years, but not to the extend that I have these days with my ever growing SW-LEGO collection...
  19. Hé, isn't my AT-SE missing for January?
  20. Sooo... if TC14 is the 4th promo figure, what will Darth Maul's role be this promotion year? TLG must have made more than 200 units of that one for sure; but for when?
  21. Wow, ten years is a long, long time... I don't even have room for all my sets today, let alone in ten years' time! I do doubt whether LEGO will continue to release 25 sets pe year ofthis theme; that is a lot...
  22. Well, I'm not convinced of the crab droid, but I did add the other vehicles. The vehicle next to the UCS snowspdder on the bottom shelf isPre Vizla's Mandalorian Fighter by the way
  23. Hello all, I uploaded the photo to Flickr, and noted all the various vehicles in the picture. For those interested, click here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/hjr-holland/6845932345/in/photostream WKR, HJR
