The prequel (Scorpion King II) was terrible - I should've known in the first 5 minutes.

The best Ackbar jokes are the ones with the line merely implied rather than stated.

It sounded like he said "don't get khaki" - great fashion advice from Anakin Skywalker. I thought the scenery on this episode was fantastic, the colours and detail were awesome. There was also this "Disney moment" when the little bug things huddled together. I got drawn in to this episode, and I wasn't expecting a "to be continued..." -
Looks like punching his chin to me!

I forgot about that extremely obvious one (that we've been speculating from the very start)! I honestly didn't think they'd do a good enough job with it to actually make it a good climax, I wasn't really happy with the transpiring of Anakin's fall in ep3 - it seemed too sudden & drastic to be realistic to me. But then again much of PT had script/dialogue issues... Ahsoka Tano's fate: Death or Dishonour? -

Yeah, from a certain point of view. So true, and I'd say we/they got what was deserved! Yeah, I'm not sure what they'll do with ending the show. It's highly possible they'll intermingle this and the other Clone Wars cartoon timeline. You'd think there would be some sort of exciting climax, and I wouldn't be surprised at all if the Palpatine "kidnapping" and Coruscant invasion was rewritten. (Whether it should really be done or not.) If they're feeling non-nasty, they may even re-animate it without changing the story... But then again the world ends next year so we won't get to that point anyway -

It could be that it raises the "violence scale" and this show is already "pushing it" with the PG rating! Or since they don't need it for lightsabre wounds they've just been avoiding using it to save the effort of creating something for 1 scene? edit: double post... -
those two are awesome - excellent interpretation of the scene too!

I believe he means 10c is better return for your money than what you should expect to get on average.

Kingdoms sets too, please! -
Movie marathon... 100 Million BC (terrible movie*, but very entertaining to watch in a group ); Scott Pilgrim Vs The World (quite funny & clever at times); Taken (very interesting and brutal); Aliens (seen it a zillion times ). *I understand some people enjoy movies by The Asylum... and pay money to watch them. I don't know if I could do that!

Star Wars: The Clone Wars: season 3 discussion
Artanis I replied to Corvus's topic in Culture & Multimedia
True in a way - but this is meant to be discussion on season 3 of this TV show, not a place to CONTINUALLY say "TCW is balls because EU (The Definitive Source Of Everything ) says this:..." and "George Lucas & TLG are ruining my life by getting it so wrong again & again" which is the impression I'm getting from a few posters, of which Fallenangel is but one. Either they're deliberately exaggerating without using enough smileys, or they put far too much weight on trivial things, and make the forum a negative read far more than it should be. Does that make sense & seem reasonable? You don't have to like everything, but why get so hung up on something that isn't real - and ruin the mood for everyone else? Please note I am not referring to posts like "I didn't like the way..." but more "these people ought to be shot for..." & "how dare George..." etc. PM me people if you really wish to take this further. Thanks for your useful input & making this topic worth reading, it's a good point. ...again: thank you, & I agree. -

Whinge whinge hate hate. (NB I have added "emphasis"... )Dude, it's FICTION. Meanwhile back in reality thousands of people have just lost EVERYTHING. Get a grip or some perspective or whatever it is you require to stop being so repeatedly & aggressively negative about things that really don't matter. So what if a model is 200m too long, a character has too many arms or George Lucas wants to pulp the EU books? Your life still goes on doesn't it? And if you don't like this TV show, don't watch it! I wouldn't -

Thanks for reminding me about last night's dream of my X taunting me that she had Lunar Command... neither of those games were released here physically, but may have appeared on S@H I don't know, I rarely look there.

Shame it was funny, then.

Freak me sideways, that's a lot of pearl gold... I'll be keenly watching progress. I sadly assume that there won't be a golden condor however.

Definitely not. I hate the helmets, they're big, ugly and bulky. Phase 1 helmets are smooth & sleek. As far as minifigs go, the major noticeable difference between phase 1 & 2 clones is going to be helmets, as the armour is just going to be printed on the torso. -
It's a step in the right direction. My King's Castle instructions last year were an absolute mess, and most new sets I've bought in the last few years have had curved, creased or crumpled instruction booklets. No problems back in the 80s & 90s... Wow, I've been knighted, how pleasant. I can has rank!

But apparently you can do this and more!

Pity, because if you had both you could build a hybrid and actually call her Layla.

Crownies=most boring Castle faction?

I can see how the skeletaurs ( ) work, it requires a skeleton with pose-able arms, 2 extra feet, 4 extra arms (clips same orientation) a minifig hand (for the tail), 4 of these , 4 bull horns, a 2x4 plate, 2 2x2 round plates, 1 of these , 2 of these . And a "stud breastplate". edit: I forgot 2 of these I think I will leave some of the other creatures alone... they don't quite look as simple... -
You haven't heard of it? The theme was quite well-known I thought, although 1978 is a while ago so I imagine it would've missed some people's radar. Full album version. There was a radio version, it was on many instrumental compilations over the years... Sorry to get a bit off topic again...
