  1. Consensus seems to be after seeing the side-by-side comparison that the new Falcon is the better one. Despite the front being too long & skinny, I agree. Definitely looks the better of the two.
  2. Probably as with last year, Toyworld will have Kingdoms for a month or more before anyone else has it... I believe it was in lieu of them not having an exclusive set?
  3. Peterab quoted the Aussie prices a couple of months ago, they are roughly 7/4 times the US prices. $10->$18, $20->$35, $40->$70 & $70->$120 I believe. No surprise that I bought them a lot cheaper from Bricklink.
  4. 313 battle droids, 112 super battle droids 313 battle droids, 112 super battle droids more than me!
  5. Baby oil and similar products were used in the past to slick back/down hair. Basically the same as gel, but totally in liquid form. (Therefore more messy)
  6. AKA Aussie: for my "AKA ...WHOOSH!.." comment earlier + being blatantly Australian... OI! Dubbed by the Giver of Titles, I Scream Clone.
  7. ...one appeared over Big Ben...
  8. I thought that may be it. Ironically last night I folded out the right aerial dish thing and it didn't come off. I didn't want to try the left side this time... The last 3 (smallest) sets arrived yesterday, so I now have all 7 built. As soon as I get time I'll take snaps of them all together (without stickers) then I'll put the stickers on (grrrrrrr) and snap them again. I have to say, the Tripod set has the most more interesting/notable parts of the 7 sets. But I don't understand a comment I read earlier about its legs not articulating at all. Mine do...
  9. How cute. That haunting feeling...
  10. Awesome, now I know where to hold it for swooshing...haha. Definitely buying that ship! Thanks for sharing.
  11. Not me. However the things that fold out in the rear section - the left one is fine, but the right one comes off EVERY TIME I fold it in or out.
  12. They look great, and well done on the posability - but these photos are MASSIVE... something like 3x the maximum width allowed on the forum, they take forever to load. They look reminiscent of the mid 80s Transformers
  13. I think it's a combination of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing, and running out of stock. It seems that US customer service ran out of the metallic packs, and until they are restocked from Denmark all they can send out are the old style coins. In addition to that, I'd say some of the staff are also unaware of the new pack's existence.
  14. By my calculations of Lego prices in recent years Aussie price tends to be roughly 7/4 of US price. This puts the Republic Frigate at @$200... but if Ewok Attack is $50 (double $25 US price), then twice $120 is $240. Sucks. Even with 30% off it would be cheaper to order from overseas.
  15. Looks like the 7957 has two mini speeders detach. I intend to get this set - if it sucks I don't care, I'm after the figures anyway & it's not an expensive set. (As SW sets go.)
  16. It's not just your dragons that look awesome, but the scenery is amazing too! The first one with the Night Fury is my favourite - it looks just like the scene.
  17. I couldn't click more than one per column either, but it didn't make too much difference to my answers. I like short surveys...
  18. Politics, religion & football. Never talk about them unless you want to risk the end of the relationship!
  19. Yep, working horses tend to have them to keep them looking straight ahead. Especially clydesdales - the fluffy footed ones. I received the MVR yesterday but haven't had the chance to look at it yet. I will probably agree with you anyway.
