Thanks for the links, Kim! I saw these links on Brickset also, but if I can support EB, I will click through here, of course. I wanted to ask the same question like Legoman. Just Star Wars? Pfffff.... Your offer would be fine!

Happy birthday, Hinkles! Your fans are awaiting you to party: Celebration ON!

Thanks for uploading these. Is this a narrow gauge train on the 4th photo? I didn't knew there were straight tracks existing.

I still have some 4-juniors minifigs laying around...

I saw your brilliant MOC when you posted it , but then happened what happens from time to time: I forgot about it! Like Stash pointed out already, almost all has been said, it IS indeed a wonderful MOC and I feel honoured being a part of the green side of EB once more. Every single vignette (Maneken Pis, the mower, the minirail, the spaceship) is a beauty of it's own, but all together make the real masterpiece. (Neo) Classic Space and fleshie heads (just like me) - excellent decision! What else do I have to say? (Note to myself: Never plan a MOC including green air tanks! >6$ - Jeeez!)

Chili's Restaurant 2.0 and Pet shop alternative model
Holodoc replied to brickcitydepot's topic in LEGO Town
Very well done, brickcitydepot! There are a lot of details I really, really like and that can't be found elsewhere: The giant chili, of course, the clever writing on the wall, the lovely detailed interior. It even has paintings on the wall! The air-conditioning on the roof is pure genious. I might copy that in a MOC of mine. And it comes in a very pleasing color sheme. Thank you for sharing your ideas. -
Same counts for me.

Excellent work - I thought of building something similar, too. If not the tracks were so f***** expensive! But there are no black straights...

YEP! Fantastic idea - I immediately signed up and voted for this small beauty! -
Seconded. I'm sure we will see a "new official architecture set found" topic, soon! Well done, Bayou!

What do you think of the LDD forum?
Holodoc replied to Superkalle's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
I just recently started to post in the regular LDD set topic. Maybe a bit too late, because I sometimes have a hard time to find the information I need: can I do this with LDD? where is that damn part? why doesn't this work? My fault or LDD's? and so on. The helpful people around here are really great, but I feel a bit like a annoying noob, asking all my questions that probably have been answered many times before. I would like to look for all that information myself without having to bother someone else - I just can't find the information. The search function at EB is clearly NO help. (But that is a general problem and should be solved elsewhere soon) Furthermore I'd like to have the regular LDD sets list sorted (by number within the subgroups)! Yes, I can search the set I'm looking for with my browser's search function, but a sorted list would definitely improve the list. Finally I agree with the previous posters: More pinned topics (see above). -
4554 - Metro Station Theme: Trains 9V The lxf-file. Errors: again the plates don't fit underneath the elevated platform BL part x53 (rail sign) isn't part of LDD, so isn't part 7026 (old white window). I used placeholders instead. BL part 4033 (bigger white and black window) also isn't part of LDD, I used part 6556 instead. all printed bricks are wrong. I used similar ones to indicate the printed parts. all stickers are missing is "gold metallic" the right color for chrome gold (BL color ID 21)? I didn't find it in Superkalle's color chart.

Thanks for the help, Superkalle! Is there a chance that 2493 is going to be part of a future extended palette? I mean it was a quite common part: Appeared over 23 years in 55 sets in 10 different colors... Maybe they simply forgot that brick (as well as the windows to put in it)? I found the goblet (named "cup" [way to easy to look for...]), in this case, in LDD you wouldn't have found it with the BL expression "goblet. The slope brick indeed is light grey, I was misguided by the dark grey printing on it. I updated my *cough* 10128-file accordingly. Building older sets makes me want to ask if we need a topic, where "lost" bricks can be listed. I mean, having built 2 sets made me stumble upon three parts, that are not on the LDD parts list (so far). So there should be a lot more.

Strike 2: 4513 - Grand Central Station - Theme: Trains / World City lxf-file Errors: The 4 2x2 plates and 2 2x4 plates won't attach underneath the elevated platform bricks. The wheel to turn the revolving door can't be placed underneath the round plate. The two elongated black roof parts don't attach to the roof closely enough I wasn't able to spot the right door frame in LDD. It should have been part 2493, door frame 1x4x5, but that part doesn't seem to be included in LDD. Strange. I used the smaller frame (1x4x4) instead and put a 1x4 brick on top of it. The goblet (BL part 2343) also isn't included in LDD. I used the "drinking glass" (LDD) (BL part 33061) instead. stickers are completely missing some printed parts are wrong, I used similar ones instead (envelope, cash point, faces, suits, etc.) some prints are missing.

EDIT (15.9.): I updated my first post with the new photo and lxf-file. @ Aanchir: I hear you. I don't plan to bother you again. I can imagine, that a helpful hand here can take all the sparetime you have. Still I'm grateful you helped out! EDIT: Done the green-change as well.

Thank you so much for helping me out here! I really appreciate it. I've updated my post above: - The lights indeed can be placed on the roof when the tools are rotated. Thanks for the info! - I used the wrong gray color. I'm really sorry for that, but I've changed the color in the picture as well as in the lxf-file. I still don't get the baseplate problem. In extended mode the fourth thumbnails shows "baseplate 16x32", but when I put it on the main window it looks like a "normal" plate. Here's what I mean: To the left the plate, to the right the baseplate: Image Both look like they are from the same height though. Still I cannot put the bricks on top of them. Or the baseplates underneath...

10128 - Train Level Crossing; Theme: Trains I put the set together using universal mode and then tried to switch to the extended mode. I wasn't able to put the two requiring baseplates underneath the set. There's only the dark bluish gray ones, not the older with green to both sides. And the 16x32 baseplate seems to be a "normal plate" instead of a base-plate. Furthermore LDD didn't allow me to put the "Brick, Modified 1 x 4 with Sloped Ends and Two Top Studs" (the flashlights on the car) on top of the roof. Anyone, who's got an idea how to solve both problems? Errors: These items are missing: Baseplate, Road 32 x 32 6-Stud Straight with Dark Gray Road, Yellow Dashed Lines and Storm Drains Pattern Baseplate 16 x 32 and for Crane Basket 2 x 3 x 2 with Non-Locking Hinge Fingers (which seems to be unavailable in extended mode, too) I used Crane Basket 2 x 3 x 2 with Locking Hinge Fingers Of course the printed tiles are not prensent as are the stickers. EDIT: The lxf-file. What is still missing: For all stickers look here. The torsos still are wrong but are the nearest thing to the original. So is the face of the orange coated worker See both minifigs here and here.

Happy belayed birthday, Bonaparte! Now that I had to stay away from the internet - job wise (advanced training) no access to the www - my favourite Belgian grew older once again. Van harte gefeliciteerd!

If you have a problem and no one else can help, maybe you can hire the A-team look at this topic, the EB-glossary.

Correct! So it's nice to see a good MOC from the Star Trek universe. Well done, Delta62! Now I finally can leave the Voyager for a day trip...

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Geburtstag, Chris!

You're right: The official train stations are way too small to represent a real station. If done it similarly with set 4513, the world city Grand Central Station. I guess you have bought two sets of 7997 to achieve this nice MOC? One thing though disturbs my eye: The green door! Neither the color nor the old fashioned style fits with the train station. Maybe some sliding doors like in the Family Home set 6754?
