  1. Wonderful designs! The minifig-sized bay is cool as well, but I prefer the microscale versions, because you have to be a talented MOCer to build it to loke like yours. Really clever. Once again I wished I could do it similarly. On microspace maintenance bay I can't figure out how you placed the tan 1x2 plates with handle on top of each other. They look like they are all placed on step further out from the top to the buttom, but how the *** did you do it?
  2. Correct, it IS a custom. Here's the list of chromed parts originally made from TLG and the part shown ist not part of the list. If it's not completely made by other brands, it is a chromed Lego piece, but I cannot distinguish from what theme it could be made.
  3. I have to give this topic a little push! Very well made, Spencer_R! Looking at the first picture I wasn't sure how big this actually is, but I'm nevertheless deeply impressed about the filigree structure you were able to achieve. For a setting of buildings that doesn't even exist! A wonderful MOC indeed! And then looking at the beautiful collection of skyscrapers, my jaw dropped one step further downwards. All is the same scale! I'd really love to see all this in reality. I added your BS-folder to my favourites.
  4. Brilliant idea and very clever transferred! I had to look twice how you did it... but I won't tell, so other members still can think themselves!
  5. I have no idea what this might be... YEP!
  6. Wow - now Rufus is taking over! RIGHT and RIGHT Well done! Please tell me it took you more than 60 seconds to get the "5".
  7. Ok, here's a wider cut-ot from the original: Sometimes the solution comes like a flash... I'll leave the "6" open for further suggestions and head over to ... which is even harder than 6. Hint: again very small and it might not be what it looks like.
  8. - and they are a great source of inspiration as well!
  9. Huh? No idea anyone?
  10. Mmmh, quite busy today. Sorry for the late no. 6:
  11. right! So it's: Christian 2 Etzel 1 Bonaparte 1 Rufus 1/2 Dfenz 1/2
  12. While I was expecting you and Rufus to write something like that , why didn't I think of Paypal myself? Yes, you can!
  13. Err, Cwetqo - what about adding a poll to this topic? I think it's time to raise our hand and make it visible that this set is a letdown.
  14. Now something to relax:
  15. If you don't mind I'd prefer EUROs. That counts for all other eventees. If that causes problems, DKK are fine, too.
  16. *DING!* ... and well done, Etzel! Half a point for Dfenz and Rufus being very close behind.
  17. Thank you for the review, Cwetqo! As a (holographical) doctor, I eagerly awaited the hospital, but once again, TLC blew it! Maybe a nice play set for our youngsters with ambulance and heli, but nothing an AFOL would have waited for. Okay, there is one good thing about this set: The new doctor's torso! If only it would be like it was meant to.
  18. No ideas? Okay, more hints: - The number shown is (obviously) NOT part of the set number. - the number is ca. 1,5 mm high. Okay- it's not small, it's very small! - and located on a decal that sticks on part x143, which is dark bluish gray.
  19. No wonder! Look at the colors and the details that appear at the edges. It's a small number, btw.
  20. Mmmmmmh. Where have I seen that one before?
  21. Absolutely right! Making it +1 for Christian. Stay tuned for a brain-twister with no. 8.
  22. Same counts for me! Strong competitor with Alex though.
  23. Very well done, Legostein! Such an extraordinary collection of simple beauties...
  24. Anybody, who needs more than 5 seconds to find out where this number is from, gets a big *BOOOOO*
