  1. A nice cannon? Well... This more what I think of it. Honestly: These battlepacks are all about the minifigs. And the only reason I buy them. The other parts that come with it are plain padding.
  2. Why not ask him on our event in may?
  3. Congrats guys for those really great entries! The winners were all wel deserved. And thank you, TheBrickster for hosting this little, mad contest. It came right at hand.
  4. Happy birthday, Miss Kyle! Any new Lego on the birthday table? Are we meeting again in Billund this year?
  5. A few days off the boards... Happy belated birthday, Kim!
  6. As I said in the topic, I really love woolie's entry. So no wonder where my vote went. Special mention: wondermonkey for another great shot and Vlai for his bunny-train. Nice (mad) idea.
  7. Please accept my sincerest apologies! (Its madness after all, no need to offer your RAW data) Very well done, woolie. I wish I would be able to do such fine arts as well.
  8. Hi everybody! Although I really, really love woolie's and wondermonkey's photos , I have to say they are not following the madness rules... Now that is really mad! Anyway, here's my entry: "When Joe saw the job advert saying "Ride the new ECO-MAERSK", he applied immediately. Well, this was not what he thought of..."
  9. As my Romans both have the two colored belt, it seems to be the standard printing.
  10. Happy birthday Captain whatever-color-hair! Hope to see you in Billund in may.
  11. Well said! Another money-saver.
  12. Looking at the rooftop you're right. But considering the overall height, the TH is significantly higher than the GG!
  13. Or Clinton manoeuvre? Err, wait - that would be another style... But for the set itself: - Has anyone noticed yet the brick build door at the main entrance? - What about the nice curved glass roof top? - and the light well leading down to the ground floor? - The fantastic assembly room? - ... I'm soooo drooling!
  14. YEP! But do you know more now? Shipping to Germany is of course faster than to the U.S.
  15. Aaaah - This is the spirit! Fingers crossed everything will work out.
  16. Happy birthday, Captain! And if you don't come back here, we'll visit you in Billund in May!
  17. Thank you for summarizing another great year of LEGO. Like others already stated this is a nice way to follow the great things you have missed. Keep on wrapping it up!
  18. Received mine today! Did I say you are the best? Yes I did. But I have to say it again: Copmike, you're the best!
  19. The topic is open again - great! Keep 'em coming!
  20. Darn! You beat me to it. If only there would be less work to do... Great work, Sjuip!
  21. No, I won't write about not reading the posts before you... I have given you a link in my post.
  22. How could I miss this? I know exactly what is the cheapest way: Send it inside Germany! And I won't ask you for the shipping price either.
  23. Thank you once again for the wonderful and detailed review, WhiteFang! The only thing making me wonder is that you forgot the Euro price on the list... What was the name of this site again? I'll add just a few words that come to my mind regarding this series: - it's definitely the best series so far! I'm not buying those figs if I don't like them, but in this case I want around 40 figs all in all! - is it forecasting more great issues? NO. Looking at the first picture of series 7 I can only state that "7" is going to be a letdown. For me of course. But I don't feel sorry at all. I understand it's hard to keep the level of series 6 and it's going to save me money. - 8 points out of 10 for the price? I said so last time and I'm going to repeat it: Poorer plastic than regular minifigs and 2,50€ per figure - very close to rip-off. 5/10 would have been my figures. - this is the first time I feel the urge to be able to buy the accessories by themselves. They are so great this time! But then again 2,50€ for a teddy or the steak? Nooo way! - my favourites: Cat. A: The surgeon!! (go figure) and the roman soldier Cat. B: The butcher and the sleepyhead Cat. C: The Statue of Liberty
  24. Near Cologne - that has to be close to my place then! Welcome to Eurobricks, dengdeng! Look around, it's a nice place here. I'm sure you'll find a niche of your interest. Whenever you have problems or questions, feel free to send ma a PM (although you can't do that before your 10th post). We're, too!
  25. Thank your for the review, montyofmusic! Now I would like to see the minifigs compared to the old batwing set 7782. I own that one and don't think the new one forces me to buy another yet very similar copy.
