Happy birthday, my dear friend! Now please add your favourite drink to the first order in Billund. Can't wait to meet you again!
-
Can someone answer this question? I would like to get both minifigs, but I'm living outside "Gods own country" ...
-
As I'm still waiting for ideas to fill my interior of the CC, your Espresso machine definitely is a must-have! And I believe I will copy (with a few modifications) the tiled floor as well. Thank you so much for the pics (and animation! ).

Well done, indeed! I'm loving those blockbuddies. I saved all the files to my PC and changed my Avatar as well. This is truly "imagination".

I saw this over at 1000steine.de. Great! I used to make my own collection, but now I see I have to catch up! And thanks for the FigBits linkt too, Copmike.

Is there a PAB Wall in Munich, Germany?
Holodoc replied to mephistopheles's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Absolutely seconded. One week old information doesn't sound bad though. Is there a better way to know what the contents of the PAB wall is? Besides calling the store? (++49 89 945 39 969) -
As we are getting closer: Any news about GOODIES? (Ze ultimate negotiator should take over now...) Will there be badges? Can I be of any help? Besides offering this set: in the trading post.

EB-event Billund 2012 trading post
Holodoc replied to Henning M.'s topic in LEGO Events and User Groups
Mmmh. Quiet around here. Maybe this makes you wake up again: The super rare and exclusive "airline-only promo" set. Available through TUI online shop at 16€ each. It's so rare, I couldn't figure out the set number... It event isn't listed (well, I didn't find it) on Brickset! It contains the car, the trailer and the glider as well as 2 minifigs. Like the last years I can order all you want and bring them to Billund. Besides that I still have two MISB sets to sell: 8281 Technic mini tractor and 7573 Battle of Alamut -
WOW - this makes me post in the SW-forum! I had to check first, if you're coming to the event after all. Luckily you are. So we're going to have some drinks on your matter, aren't we? Thank you for the work you put in EB. The rest will follow in Billund.

I would add: It's a nice thing to have if you are a "must-have-everything"-collector... Which I don't call myself. And for the Cuusoo idea: I had to vote "below average" - there are so many brilliant ideas on Cuusoo (see my sig ), why this? (You don't have to answer, I know the reason) Skip this one - next set please!

Architecture Contest: St. Paul's Catherdral
Holodoc replied to JackJonespaw's topic in Special LEGO Themes
A good start, but I don't see any sense in posting a baseplate with just a few bricks... Please don't continue this before your work is a lot further in progress. Thank you. And if any other member decides to build another copy of St. Paul's, your startup would not keep him/her from doing so and there is no rule about reserving landmarks. Besides that I'm eagerly awaiting your finished model. Great choice on the model! -
Architecture Contest: Ludwigskirche, Germany
Holodoc replied to Skalldyr's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I believe you can stop your poll now. And I like what I see! But it keeps me from building an own entry in the contest. Very well done. If you hadn't posted it, I would not have known it is on the 2€ coins. Thx for the info. -
First I have to apologize for being soo late on my own birthday thread. Actually I was quite busy organizing an event for my parish last weekend, so there wasn't much time left for spending it on the www. Thank you all for your nice and kind birthday wishes! This year I didn't get a bit of a brick at all, but I'm saving the funds I was able to raise for this. But for those who are interested, this is one thing I got: I love this game! Err, and by the way: Happy belated birthday, Athos!

Hi zfinion! Every time I look at your excellent LDD-works I ask myself: How did he do that? Do you us e a special final rendering, or what? Is it included to LDD? (Hopefully you haven't answered this question before). My models look so different from yours - and yours so much better! Don't let me die unknowing.

EB-event Billund 2012 trading post
Holodoc replied to Henning M.'s topic in LEGO Events and User Groups
Sorry for my very late reply on this topic - I'm quite time-short these days. This should have been my topic, by the way, but thanks for hijacking it, Henning (reason see above). I guess you are taking over with the countdown as well, then? Last Billund's experience leads to not offer any new sets bargains anymore, right? So I'll stop my behaviour from now on. But trading older ones and especially swapping parts (very good idea, Henning!) is fine by me. I still have 8421 for sale, but considering having it brought it up the last three years, I don't think anybody is going to take it? For swappable parts I have a nice minifig accessories bag I can bring to the event. Henninng, do you have a list of what you want to get rid of? Trade ON! -
Happy birthday, WF! Have a great day and enjoy these really cool brick-sweets LuxorV posted.
-
Happy birthday, Ras! ... wherever you are and whatever you have decided to put your time into. Is there still hope you are joining us in may?
-
Dang! I forgot to start my countdown beginning with 100... We are nearing the 70's already. So start dreaming. Get in your pants and sign in here!
-
Seconded. This is the third Architecture set I would like to call my own (after White House and Brandenburg Gate). The entire set screams: Make me the complete House of Parliaments!

Hindenburg scale model
Holodoc replied to Jeroen Ottens's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Awesome model, Jeroen! The model itself is great, but it even comes with a "detailed" interior. Absolutely fantastic! Where do you have it displayed? At home? Must be a huge room for it. Like DLuders wrote, it should hang in a museum! Call the Zeppelin-museum in Friedrichshafen/Germany. Thank you so much for sharing. -
Happy birthday Quarry and the others! Have a great days with your favourite toy.
