  5. indeed, it is very slow and absolutely unneeded. the liftarm method from the first pics works better for playing, but i wanted them for a little bit more complex build. edit: an ldd screenshot from the steering system. unfortunately i have forgotten who has invented this steering geometry, but many thanks to him for this great idea k100 von efferman auf Flickr
  6. no, maybe i will yuse an hand powered compressor for the kingpin locking system. @tim similialr like this, only with the mLAs if you want i can make an ldd file
  7. the cab is more or less finished and there is a need to find a way to built the gasoline tanks with the rest of the parts
  8. thats the problem with C models if you use parts that are not included in the set, then it not more an C model. and there is absolutely no green connector in the 42008
  9. i must say that the low diversity of parts is not really funny. there are theoretical enough parts in green and red, but not much different parts. anyway currently it looks like this

  11. i want to try to build a proper C model of 42008. the goal is a Kenworth K100 and i hope the 08 delivers enough of the right parts. this is what i have at this time

  13. dear rm8, iam a chassis builder and the chassis of 9398 is imho not really interesting. it works, but for my idea absolutely not usable, maybe it will be a modified version of my little G chassis g63 von efferman auf Flickr
  14. david, my dirt grabbers are the 1.55" version and have the dimensions 78x 25mm and 43 mm inner diameter

  18. seeing all of the great reviews makes me want to get my hands on it. TLG, at which time do you are delivering mine? got all of the reviewers it earlier to make the reviews, or is the postal guy only extremely slow?
