Now that I see them, I wish I couldn't, it depresses me ;-) It's a gorgeous build, I especcially love the 'curve' in the building against the wall

Well, so far it seems the storehouse and the house have 'cleared' for phase two, so these will be the first ones to expand on. The 'redux' fence is nearly complete in the meantime, so that should be added somewhere in the comming week if I can find a missing piece I know I have *somewhere*. I really should start sorting out my old lego between 'buildable' bricks, and the other stuff I don't do anything with like wheel bases, fabuland parts etc... :-s and get some order in things first.

Horror Stories - Lego you bought off flea-bay and BL

I'm holding (brown brick build) wood here, but so far I haven't had any issues with BrickLink. Don't really use eBay for Lego though -
A very awesome looking building you build there, I love the tunnelling

Awesome build I really love the slopes of the building, no way I can do that!

My take on the House pathway -
At Walpurgis night, not all seems to be what it is... and what is that stone glowing in the witches cabin? Taking into account the pointers I received in the previous efforts to build the small phase one sets for Age of Mitgardia, I went bravely onwards and had a try at making the house set. I tried to make the sloped roofs `closed up` as pointed at with the storehouse, and add some `story` to the plate to make it not to bland. The idea is to make a witch in progress with some spell, while all kinds of foul creatures slowly start to appear to end hopefully with a sort of phase 3 `witches villa` full of not to cosy beasties. Also at current redoing and expanding my fence phase one with the tips I recieved, and the fact three big bags of shrubbery, tan bricks and brown bricks have just been delivered by that nice mr Postman.

The orange tree on fire is just awesome

Hmmm, a good idea for the bank. those smooth grey angle bricks, think that might work?
-
Not really, it just broke up the white. I'll be adding a path the next time I can bring up the brickbox!

Ow, that dog cart is a great idea!

That is a damn fine diorama if I say so
-
That should be do-able, I'll update some of them in the future (come on postman, ride that bike faster). I'm having trouble tbh with building on the small scales, I'll go for the better worked out so far one's first into two's (storehouse and barracks), which should give me the opportunity to try my hand at some things on a better groundplate

Age of Mitgardia (free-build-challenge)

Well, I`ve been a busy little bee the past week, but only got around taking pictures this afternoon, so here is a whole load of MoCs for the Mitgardia community build. Archery Phase One Walls Phase One Farm Phase One Stables Phase One -
"Sis, sis, are you sure about talking dady`s crossbow?" "Don`t worry beetroot, I have seen him use it an awful lot of times. I even heard him tell once how someone he knew had a nephew whom`s brother saw a friend shoot an apple of the head of young man." "Wow, that sounds so cool, can we try that? Can we sis? Please? Please?" "Sure, but we don`t have an apple... oh wait, here, take that carrot and hold it in front of you, then I`ll shoot the leaves from it. How hard can that be no, it is bigger then an apple after all." The final build so far, I just wanted to depict a simple archery target, nothing to fancy or special or advanced. Though I have an idea for a minifig going to end up either in archery school, or in jail...

Damn it`s cold... In this build, I wanted to try some icing on water, modest though to make it still look like a running stream for the horse to drink out. Later on, this is to evolve at first into a normal stable, then to evolve in a large one with walled emplacements and all, so I`m thinking now of a way to include both a river / stream running through it (hmmm, maybe I should look to Helm`s Deep to make it run under the walls) and the campfire.

Arme Joe had had enough of the adventuring life. His service for the clans and countless battles had cost him a marriage and a leg, and in the end the money he made out of it wasn`t worth the risk of endangering his life day after day. No, today the most risky thing he was going to do was to cut down some Iceblossom Weeds that had sprouted between his Rosalia Flowers, and daydream further about that large animal farm he hoped to one day possess. But until that day came, those flowers needed tending... Phase One of the farm is a villager with just a garden, so I went to build just that. I also included a part of his toolshed, and with the back open to allow access to the things inside. Now, for later builds, I`m going to enclose the buildings, but at these small scale mocs, putting down a brick block house seems like a sort of waste to me for now.

In the south of Mitgardia, the temperatures are a bit more lush then in the far northern regions. Unfortunatly, this comes with the drawback that it borders on Nocturnus, so brave Spearwives keep watch on any potentially nefast activities. The first phase of the walls, this was to be a fence. Inspired by the idea of linking Star Wars droid arms together, I build this small section to give it a go, only to transfer the actual armed fence to the later stage of another build, namely the farm 3 one.

I really love the water idea, I think I'm going "to borrow" it one of these days ;-)

That's a really nice build you have there, I adore the collapse effect. -
Thanks for the input, I`m defintily going to do that, but it`ll probably be then in phase 2, I`m about to build in this cabin into the next step
-
I`m going to try and remember to put a grave somewhere for Falco though in phase 2 *scribbles in his notebook*

Barrack Phase One Some other phase ones are `in the builds`, after those, slowly we`ll be expanding to the phase 2.
