  1. Great review again Bricks Planet. This review has been added to the Set Review Index. You are correct. I changed it to Raft Raiders, which also matched the name of the Youtube video.
  2. That is a very large alchemy shop. The owner must be very successful. Did you use any alchemy equipment used in Elder Scrolls in the shop, like the mortar & pestle and alembic? I could see Oleon in BoBS widely using alchemy.
  3. My ad blocker blocked 28 ads on that site.
  4. I had learned too much about rigging after revamping the Ship Index. RTA LNA did a great job on the first edition of the sorted ship index, which made it a lot easier to work from.
  5. I was going to look more closely at to rigging to confirm, but it's obvious you know the difference between snow and brig rigs. Great work so far.
  6. I have tried paper and cloth sails. I would suggest trying artist canvas. The material is a form of painted cloth that is stronger than paper, holds its shape, and printing sail designs is possible. It's what I plan on using for my next permanently built ship.
  7. Custom sails have been made in the past, and some of them are posted in the Library of Sails. There are CAD remakes of classic-pirate sails, completely custom sails, and scans of the sails.
  8. I love the green lake effect. I like how the weirdo is actually the native after reading the text. Good job.
  9. This image was waaaay too big to be posted on EB. Images rarely should be more than 800x600. Please review our Site Guidelines.
  10. 90_Shelby, If you have further questions, you should check out the Buying Pirate Lego topic. EB members should not be setting up sales/trades outside the Buy/Sell/Trade/Finds Forum. As a reminder... ...so please don't encourage that type of behavior.
  11. Who are you talking to? Do you want a video of the Brick Bounty being built or do you want people to make a tutorial on how to make a MOC ship?
  12. It must have been some Pirate MOD that constantly lurks around here. Welcome to Oleon. You choose the best Empire.
  13. Merged all "Which Modular? Topics into one. A new topic doesn't need to be started when asking what modular you'd like to buy. Just ask in this topic.
  14. Additional islands will be discovered for colonization after the first two challenges if you'd like to join Oleon, Corrington, or Eslandola, or see if you could start another colony with the Sea Rats maybe? It's up to you.
  15. Welcome Captain Dee. I thought you'd join the wrong faction. I look forward to purchasing your goods.
  16. I took the liberty of adding those images to your first post. In the EB FAQ, there is a Flickr Tutorial that has been posted. If you have any further questions, feel free to send me a PM.
  17. I changed your images to links. They're too large to be posted on EB according to Site Guidelines. You usually don't need to go larger than 800x600. Feel free to add your images back into your post after they'd been down-sized.
  18. Thank you for the addition complements. Brown construction paper. She's still built. I hope to bring her as part of a WisLUG collaborative pirate display at Brickworld. She'll be the smallest ship in the WisLUG Fleet.
  19. I had moved this topic into the correct forum. There are a lot of great images of this MOC. Vincent Q, you should add these to your first post (or I could).
  20. Nice mansion and great way to introduce yourself. FYI: You'll want to use the BBCode that Flickr provides when sharing images instead of attaching images to your posts. And MOCs go in the Pirate MOC Forum.
  21. Thank you for the comments so far. Because it's red, and the Corries needed a ship for their intro topic. Me too. The ship took me three weeks to complete, and half that time was spent on getting the railing around the entire ship to look right. The line between cutter and sloop is pretty fuzzy. I may be mistaken, but I believe the primary difference is the number of jibs. Sloops have one, and cutters typically have two or three.
  22. Welcome to Eurobricks! Great way to start as an EB member, joining Oleon.
  23. The Corrington Naval Ship Swift I made this vessel for the Corrington Intro thread. Guns: 6 6-pounders Crew: 13 total crew, 6 able seamen, 4 marines, 2 officers, captain The Corrington shipwrights have designed a new type of vessel to handle escorts and patrols, the CNS Swift. This cutter is able to out maneuver and outrun any vessel it chooses. Only a couple able seamen are needed to run the sails with its smart rigging. This allows more crew to fight and for the cutter to maintain its maneuverability while in action. The streamlined hull means that there is little room for cargo, especially after provisions and munitions are considered.
  24. SkaforHire, Capt. Stabbin, and Scarst are co-leaders of Corrington. I do not have time (especially before June this year) to take on a full leadership role. I do hope to help out Sebius I & Yawgmoth when possible.
