I like the blackcoats, they nice, what torso did you use for them? Or did you make them with a decal?

It's a torso - an old version of the lego fireman.

The other ones have been made with decals

PS. What are your plans for the harbor?

My plans for the harbor:

1) Based on my collaboration with LovesHouses I am adding custom houses to replace the PoTC tavern.

2) I am adding a lighthouse.

This is the work-in-progress:

I was happy to reuse a lot of a recent creator set.

However, my wife said that a lighthouse needs to be separated from the quay.

So, I need to work on this some more time.

MOCs are never done...

Nice harbor scene! I'm not too much of a fan when it comes to combining the fleshy minifigs with the classic yellow minifigs though. Other than that, it looks great.
