filip skywalker Posted March 20, 2010 (edited) Proudly presenting the Astraeus-Class Battlecruiser! The Astraeus-class battlecruiser is armed with 6 laser beam emitters, two ion cannons and two graviton beam emitters, capable of increasing the gravity of a planet/star by hundreds of times and so catching orbiting spaceships in the heavy gravity field. Power generators is located in the front of the ship, and on each "wing" there is a particle accelerator, generating gravitons for the heavy weapons. The brige is located between the main shield projectors. The ships engines is made up of 4 ion engines and 2 heavy quantum accelerators. I got the idea to make a starship when I disassembled my UCS AT-ST, and here is the result! This was my second attempt to make a photoshop background, it's not perfect, but it's good enough. Oh, so it's not meant to be a Star Wars ship, then? In any case, that's pretty cool, I think! Not minifig scale, but... you can build far "larger" things that way, and include many details.
