Future74 Posted January 19, 2010 (edited) Great MOC It shows that you put great effort in this MOC. A well deserved thumbs up... But: Show us more pictures! More details! Maybe some features? Also I think the hangar would fit in with the republic/rebellion/Empire aswell, just some other ships/fighters and minifigures, and voilà . Big Cam Posted January 19, 2010 Incredible. I remember the first pics of this and the floor now looks great! That's alot of specialty bricks. What's next in the works.
Davor Posted January 19, 2010 But: Show us more pictures! More details! Maybe some features? well it doesn`t have much feat. exept this light behind thsi big dish in central pillar. And i`m really very very bad in taking pictures :) I will ask some friends to take proper pictures of diorama on exhibition 13.02. They got far better camers than I have and know what to do with them :) Also I think the hangar would fit in with the republic/rebellion/Empire aswell, just some other ships/fighters and minifigures, and voilà . Good point! Acctualy I already tryed that and works fine with rebels, imperials, republic and even with classic space figures. That was kind of my goal whan i started to work on this one. But on the end i decided it gonna be Separatist oriented because i really like them crazy guys Incredible. I remember the first pics of this and the floor now looks great! That's alot of specialty bricks. What's next in the works. tnx man! glad you like the final one! Whats next? well...... i was thinking of doing small scene from CW series (ep 2 seasson 1 ) whan anakin, ahsoka and plo koon talk in front of anakins BLT-B Y-wing....couple of clones workign as ground crew, puting R2 in slot of bomber, plo and gang standing in front of bomber , remodeling offical anakins y-wing to add some more features something like removing part of engine plating and adding internal pipes, hose and stuff so that it looks like its beeing repaired...something like that... Disturbia Posted January 19, 2010 It looks so shiny! Outstanding, I can never create such a beauty! The SNOT techniques and the wall are the best part of this MOC!

Legostein Posted January 19, 2010 Hello! That is a really impressive hangar diorama you're showing here. The wall construction is definitely very authentic, and you had a good choice of parts to realize that. I see some minor irregularities for the tiles pattern at the right end of the runway where suddenly 2x2 square tiles appear in the midst of long tiles. But that does not disturb the overall view of the great hangar. Cheers, ~ Christopher

Davor Posted January 20, 2010 Wow, this is great! I love it! How did you do put the blue 1x1s on the round slope in the entrance? well! i will try to explain old version of arch (from 1986 castle set) turned upside down NOTE: its NOT standard technic common in castle creations, but I had to figure out how to put it upside down and attach it to the surface. don`t know how to explain it better. i used also the same element on top corner.
