I think this is a legitimate entry for contest, isn't it? Lego technic, bike, two wheels, and even two gears are used!

Nice! Awesome use of the wishbone part as front fork And creative thinking on the wheels too.

No suspension and steering on this bike right? Seems impossible to achieve at this scale...

Great use of pieces! I think it would have a better chance if red axles were replaced with black ones though.

Technically it is, although the rules do say there should be at least some functions, like steering, suspension, fake engine and preferably a gear box.

Well it says:

Your model SHOULD implement as much functionality as possible, like steering, suspension, fake engine and preferably a gear box. But not MUST.

Despite this not really meeting the full expected basic functions criteria due to it's scale, i still think it looks really cool.

I think this should be allowed to enter, it has all the functionality I would expect at this scale 

A very cute little build which doesn't require any rare parts, I shall be building this one myself. Thanks for the instructions
