A_Goodman Posted November 1, 2019 (edited) With the celebrations of Oktoberfest coming to an end Hernan Orellana sets out from Weelond to begin his planned economic endeavors. Prior to his arrival to Weelond Orellana had tasked his right hand man, Gonzalo Carvajal, with constructing an outpost on the island of An Toli. Intent on establishing a sugar plantation on the Island, Carvajal learned the regions north of the Bardo River were perfect for sugar cultivation. At the foot of the western mountains Carvajal built a Presidio to serve as an outpost for the plantation and the other industries that would follow it. After some time, Orellana finally lands on An Toli and heads into the interior. For the first time he arrives at what will become his home. Captain Dee Posted November 1, 2019 Beautiful build, yet again. You're making quite a start here in BoBS. The mass of solid white could perhaps be broken up slightly with some more bits of tan, or perhaps it would look better all white, without the dark tan, but otherwise it looks great. And the story is getting things off to a good start. But I keep expecting to see Zorro and maybe the Commandante come bursting into the scene at any second... Professor Thaum Posted November 1, 2019 Another great built from you... that presidio is beautiful, with some cool details like the bell and the roofs
Ross Fisher Posted November 1, 2019 It's a fantastic praesidium. Are you planning on making Orellana an Aplynician? You could build some fantastic colonial churches in that style...

Kai NRG Posted November 2, 2019 Really nice roofs! I like that way of keeping them on too, with the telescope pieces.
