With this car model building kit, kids can take control using the steering knob on top, then check out the working suspension on all 4 wheels, the rear-wheel drive with differential, 6-cylinder boxer engine with correct firing order, opening doors and boot and synchronised air jacks. And with its fierce T. rex-themed livery, this model car looks just as awesome on display as it does on the racetrack.

Interested on how they manage this. Can't see anything of the engine on the images.

Realistic firing orders for L3 and L6 fake engines should also be possible now.

Yeah it seems the engine is really burried in there:).

At least is has a new function. Otherwise for it's scale... hmmpf.... without stickers it would look very plain.

The new transparent oval headlights is a little step forward from the frogs eyes on 42096.

I highly doubt this, or they need new piston parts. My guess is, it will be a flat V6 (180°) again.

Oh boy, for a moment I got so excited for all the new green parts, until I realized it's all bright green.. Other than that, looks like a good panel pack.

What's that? You mean the lifting gimmick?

Here is the front axle construction:).

Do you see the lame way of 'creating' 4L suspension arms to match the 4L steering links?

Does this have suspension?

Yes, you can see red shocks

I think the parts on top of the front wheels are tapered right and tapered left 3x9 curved panels, which is new.

Well spotted, it was just a matter of time!

I wonder if the spoiler can be adjusted like in the ford GT.

If not then that's a MOD I wanna do,

Say, aren't the technic 2026 sets meant to be C+ up-gradable out of the box? I heard they will be, maybe it means for 2h only and with the new electronics system

Where did you hear that? I don't see TLG making this an option ever again, they are reluctant to sell any electronic parts separately. Also, considering that the 2026 train still has PU, I don't expect any new electronics for next year.

Oh it was mentioned somewhere in the '2026 Technic sets discussion' thread.

Perhaps 1:10 scale was silently written off by TLG

It's quite ironic that the two 1:12 cars so far has more functions than all the 1:10 cars.

This looks offensive, in the sense that overall it's a too simple representation of a 911. I think Milan could have done much better, especially compared to his previous work. This being said, I appreciate the extra function, that's unique.

While I like normal green as well, I like seeing bright green return in Technic since the Le Mans car all those years ago. I'd definitely consider picking one of these up as a parts pack.

Agreed it feels like its 2015/2016 again with light green and purple being available again. Anyone happen to know what parts are used for the lights? They look a bit like minifigure shields or so, but I'm not familar with them.

The oval minifig shield has a bar handle, so this is a new piece I think and I love it

New parts

That's too many new part in bright green so I passed that thing.

plate round 3x4 in trans clear

Rare parts

That's too many rare part in bright green so I passed that thing.

If rear light's flex axle is 16L, it is rare in red - last release is 2011, 21 in 7 set

Milan is designer of this set.

The scale is 1:12, same as Skyline and Ford GT.

I can't say I mind. 1:10 offers more room for functions, obviously, but if Lego isn't going to put more functions in anyways, they might as well keep the scale and price down with 1:12
