Dear Eurobricks Community,

from Friday evening through Saturday evening (CEST), our site was impacted by a sustained DDoS (Distributed Denial-of-Service) attack. We can confirm that the attack has ceased and has not reoccurred since that time.

On Saturday, we implemented mitigation measures in the form of rate limiting. These changes had an immediate positive effect, restoring acceptable page load speeds across the site. However, as a side effect, some user IP addresses may have been temporarily blocked, which could have resulted in the site not loading for those affected users.

After reviewing the situation, we adjusted the rate limit rules and manually cleared the temporarily banned IPs to resolve these issues.

If you are still experiencing problems accessing the site (e.g., pages not loading at all), please send a short email to admin@eurobricks.com including your account name. This will help us further fine-tune our protections and improve service reliability.
