sachaflo Posted Thursday at 09:29 AM Posted Thursday at 09:29 AM Hi, I'm looking for someone experienced with BrickLink Studio's Instruction Maker to help me generate clean building instructions for a MOC I purchased. The model: a replica of Notre-Dame de la Garde (Marseille), around 4,070 pieces, MOC-195588 by chichikb on Rebrickable. I have the official .io/.ldr file, but the auto-generated steps are unusable (7 steps for 4,000 pieces). The author confirmed he never physically built the model and recommended a modular approach. What I need: - Clean submodel breakdown (base, nave, dome, bell tower, statue) - Logical steps of 10-30 pieces max - Final PDF export ready for physical building This is strictly for personal use (no redistribution planned), paid service of course. Happy to discuss rate and timeline. Thanks! Quote
aFrInaTi0n Posted Thursday at 09:42 AM Posted Thursday at 09:42 AM Hello @sachaflo, I can understand the autor not wanting to have the hassle of sorting 4k pieces into a sane order.. Manual-creation is always the most annoying step (at least to me) as it is super tedious in detail and one easily goes nuts while trying.. So all the best for you finding a person having the calmness to allow your request to get reality.. As it may also be topics of IP, I am assuming from your statements you were in contact with the original autor of the MOC already and asked for his approval. Quote
