A long time ago in a galaxy actually closer than we imagine….

STAR WARS

Episode IX

Car Repair Shop

Things were not going well in the dark side because republicans won every battle. So George stopped paying money to commander Darth Vader, he preferred to pay animators instead.

As Darth Vader remained jobless, he restored his good old Tie-Fighter and became a galactic pizza distributor. One day on the work, Darth Vader heard a strange noise coming from left solar panel so he brought his starship to Kamil’s cheap car repair shop on earth. Under the threat of his sword and impatience, Kamil investigated the malfunctioning part.

Your vignette is very well built.

I like the way you did the TIE and the walls.

P.S Why is squidman standing there?

Very nice MOC and very funny too !

That lightsaber would be handy on 'Chop Shop' or 'Overhaulin' eh ?

Cute Tie fighter - interesting use of technic parts.

Hope the mechanic has a hydro-spanner !

Great work and I'm a conformist! 'Kamil' I'm a conformist! ! :sweet:

Great vig, I like the repair shop Walsh and floor, as we'll as the walls. That mini tie would fit right in with the line of production mins.

The TIE and the shop itself are very well done.

What I'm not getting is any threat from Vader himself. Probably because Kamil is halfway across the room. Perhaps if he getting force choked, or the lightsaber blade were near his neck or something similar. It just needs a little more "action" , in my opinion.

Nice idea;

Let me confess that I did not tell you everything. The scene you have seen above is taken after the storm. If we do a flashback, you can see how Darth Vader convinced me to repair the Tie.

So my choice was to repair it:

I like the last pciture where the mechanic/you, is in the ground a bit repairing the ship, just like a real garage.

This is pretty nice. It's funny though because overall it looks like a scen from the furturama movie "Bender's Big score" with the chuannaka zombie's tie fighter.

I love that TIE! It's so adorable!

Is your intro story an allegory for real-life Republicans and George Bush- hence the joblessness?

Great MOC!

I havent seen "Bender's Big score" movie but I found a picture of "chuannaka zombie's tie fighter" via internet. It would be funny to see it in Lego so I tried one:

Thank you,

Of course each reader may interpret my intro story from the perspective of their own.

My actual story goes within Star Wars so here George is George Lucas. After watching the seventh movie, the “Clone Wars”, I’m trying to get used to be familiar with computer graphics instead of live actors. Then I connected the story with my own life because I always try to fix broken things in the real life, especially the things broken in my childhood.

Maybe a deeper issue :)

Kamil the TIE is missing the stars!!!

Didn't Darth Vader fly a prototype TIE x1 and not a standard TIE...?

But I find the scene very humorous. I suggest not using tiles for the floor though - it looks a bit too clean for a garage.

I like how 'you' are slightly below ground level during repair, but don't they usually raise the car?

So that's where the squdman was hiding!

Is it really all right for Vader to just leave his lightsaber on the table like that?

I hope the mechanic has some alluvial dampers too! =D
