Here is my review on LEGO Marvel Spider-Man No way home 76280 Spider-Man vs. Sandman: Final Battle: THE GOOD: Sandman is great with a fun build and lots of movements. Finally getting Lizard minifigure. Able to integrate into last year final battle set seamlessly. THE NOT SO GOOD: Very very expensive. Do we really need a repeat for Spider-Man & Electro? I wish this was part of the Final Battle set released last year. On its own, it's great with a very good Sandman build. And Sandman has a lot of movements and I especially love the movements you are able to do with the neck and arms. He also looks very menacing too. Having its own stand makes it a very good and lively display. The minifigures are great, and finally you get a Lizard minifigure. While it is well done, I do wish Lizard is a big fig. Spider-man and electro are nice too but if you have bought other sets, it;s very repetitive. I wish Spider-man is also a new variant. Now, it's clear this set must have designed as part of the Final Battle set, as it fits seamlessly into it without issues. This also the main issue, because on its own, this set cost $80NZD which is very very high. I rather pay more for a bigger than to be honest and I wouldn't have bought this if it wasn't a 30% off discount. If you really want a complete scene from no way home or the lizard minifig, then it's probably a set for you with a high price, otherwise if you just a casual fan and already satisfied with the final battle set, then you don't really need to spend on this set.

Here is my review on 76261 Spider-Man Final Battle: THE GOOD: 3 generations of Spider-Man in one set! Pretty much all key characters from the movie are all in this set. Surprisingly detailed with fulfilling building experience. The scaffoldings are another surprise build with very realistic end results. Very lively display piece. THE NOT SO GOOD: Missing Lizard and Sandman (minifigure form). This set is very impressive indeed. It also turns out to be a little bit bigger than I expected based from the box art which is a good thing. Rarely you get a set from the Marvel theme which are non-D2C that is fun to build and great to display. First, the completed model looks very lively, the new curvy clear part really makes a difference here. There are lots of small detailed packed in the set which provide a fulfilling building experience. I have to admit that the head of Status of Liberty build is very similar to Welcome to Apocalypseburg one, and this probably prevented be to have an even better building experience. I'm also surprised on the scaffoldings, the way these are designed give them a very realistic feel to it. More over, this set comes with 9 minifigures, including all 3 generation of Spider-Man. And it also includes all other key major characters in the movie which is very rare LEGO do this. A bit sad there isn't Lizard or Sandman. Well, strictly speaking sandman is in this set just not in minifigure form. At $180 NZD, this is pretty good value with what you actually get. This is one of the best Marvel MCU based set in recent time and definitely recommended to everyone. A Must Have for MCU and Spider-Man fans.

Hi everyone :) I'm a Star Wars guy first and foremost, but I started collecting Marvel stuff in 2017/18 in the run-up to Infinity War, and also began building Marvel MOCs. This is the first one I like enough to share it on here. It is obviously based on the Pizza building from the Sanctum set 76108. I used the tan wall-bricks and black windows as a base for the aesthetic of the building. After being a huge Marvel and Dr Strange fan for countless years I finally went out and bought the Modular Sanctum Sanctorum set as Ive been after to add in to my lego city since it was released. but once I finally got it in hand last October I found that I was really let down by the actual size of the the building and the interior as it felt really crammed in. I absolutely loved the look of the set on the outside and the different building techniques the designers used to make it but I knew that I was going to go and really try to expand on it and to make it my own. "Bleecker St" After really researching online for different shots of the physical filming sets and rewatching the films constantly to catch any small details for some good reference pictures last november, I began to build my moc. The build encompasses 2 of the original Sanctum sets as i managed to buy just the build again on ebay for significantly cheaper, and then I made a fair few different brick link orders to help me continue and complete building. "Different perspectives of the Sanctum Sanctorum" I started out building it in small sections just whenever I had some free time and now after 4 months of building on and off I feel like I've got it to a stage where I'm really happy with it. Don't get me wrong I've still got a few extensions I would like to add in at some point but I'm pretty happy with how it's all turned out. "Get Lost Squidward" "The Children of Thanos" One of the key aspects of the original set that I loved and wanted to keep true too was the modular aspect of the build so in my moc I've managed to keep it so that all 3 floors can still be taken apart floor by floor to access the different levels allot easier. Font get me wrong there is still parts of the moc where smaller sections still need to be removed to get full access but I tried to incorporate that in to the build as I went floor by floor. Unlike the original set where at the edges of the sanctum would just be a harsh corner I've added in the angled corners like the building has in the films, I've also made each floor taller by at least 1 or 2 blocks. I used some of the extra banister peices to change up the design of the lamp posts out side to give them a more intricate design and I also added in the small black fencing to the front of the Sanctum to match the films look. For the main exterior of the building I've tried to keep it in a similar way to the original set but I've expanded it out allot and added in alot more pillars to replicate the exterior look that can be seen in No way home. "Street View" "Sling Ring Portal opening" "Matt Murdock passing By the Exterior Kitchen Door" "Sanctum Enterance way" "Strange on the Grand Stairs from the Enterance" On the inside of the ground floor I've added in the small doorway space and fairly increased the floor space of the main hall. I've increased the size of the stair case to help make it look grander as its always the main focus of the scenes when it appears on film. I tries to use some angled walls and hinged areas to help give the space that more rounded feel the room has in the films as well as using the dark blue bricks to create the wall paper instead of just having the exterior bricks showing on the interior. I've done this on all of the other floors of the build as well. "Looking into the main hallway" "Sanctum front Enterance and Lobby" "Did you Seriously just say hither to undreamt of?" "Are you Seriously leaning on the cauldron of the cosmos" "Door portal enterance and lobby utility door enterance" "Sling Ring Portal to the Sanctum's Attic" "Hidden detail behind the doors" "View down the stairs to the lobby" "View on to the fireplace from first landing" I've added in a few small desks and different couches and seating to match the films. One of the main things I really wanted to do was have a portal opened up in this room with the main window from the attic showing to create the illusion that Strange or wrong had just portaled down. I also focused alot on building up the fire place area that can be seen in No Way Home. "No Way Home Scene Recreation" "Door Leading to Kitchen from lobby" "Fire Place" Some of the smaller areas that can be seen on the ground floor include the small part of the kamertaj library where the time stone was kept. I always liked this small part of the original build so I made sure to keep it hidden away somewhere so I kept it in the corner of the build where a portal could open out to an alley way. There is a door way the leads to this area in the main room of the Sanctum bit I've put the doorway portal to the dark dimension there as a small not to the door way portal that's in that area of the Sanctum in the films. "Ground level overview" - showing back rooms " "Kamer Taj Library - Portal View" "Kamer Taj Overview" "Time Stone over head view" "Alleyway View with portal and 2nd level open Monster panel" The Next small room just under the main stairs is a small access room with some piping and circuit boards to make it look like the facilities room. It has a back door leading out to the alley way as well as an open hole where I plan to eventually expand the Sanctum and build the under croft from No Way Home. "Lobby Door to Facilities room" "Sanctums Circuit Boards" "Overview of Facilities with opening to lower basement level" "Look down to the Sanctums Basement Level" "Back Alleyway enterance to the Sanctum Sanctorum" "Overview of Back Alleyway" The last room along to the back right corner of the build is a small kitchen space where I've used the fridge from the main set and have added in a cooker and some small worktops and a sink. Both of these areas have a door leading to the exterior areas as well as a door that takes you out to under the Grand stair case like can be seen in the films. "View onto exterior kitchen door" "Looking down onto the kitchen space "Looking down onto the Kitchen workspace" "Kitchen Overview" "Kitchen From the Lobby door" On to the 2nd floor I've built up the stairs that split up and off to the sides a bit more to better fit a minifig. On the first small landing I've kept the book case design that was used in the original set but I've completely changed the size and spacing of them. The main change I made here was to remove the door portal play feature as in the films its much further back so I've started to build out the corridor that leads down towards this room. "Overview of the main Sanctum Sanctorum lobby and balcony floors" "Upper landing of the Grand Staircase" "Looking down on The Grand Staircase" "First Landing and balcony Area without the Upper staircase" "Book Shelves and monster wall" "Small seating area and display cabinets on balcony area without the Upper staircase in the way"" "balcony Area with the display cases without the Upper staircase in the way" "Balcony and display area without the Upper staircase in the way" "First landing with the enerance to the back corridor and balcony Area without the Upper staircase" I've left a whole out the back as I plan on extending out to that room once I get a chance and have more money to buy the extra parts. Above this I made a small rooftop area with a small water tower and some space for another hero such as Spidey or Daredevil to perch on and jump out to action. "The Devil of Hells Kitchen on the lower Roof top" "Lower buildings rooftop with water tower, behind the Sanctum" "THWIP" Following the stairs round I've made the balcony area extend right around the room unlike the set, with some different dr strange style pictures decorating the walls and ive added in a few small trinkets in cases like the tesseract or Dr Stranges watch he got from Kristine. I kept the interchangeable wall with the large monster creature feature as I really liked how this worked in the original set. Next to that is the small seating area next to some book shelves that can be seen in the Thor ragnarok scenes where Thor visits strange to ask about odin. "Looking down onto the lobby past the stair case" "Look at Stairs in place on balcony level" "Overview of the Sanctum with the stairs added in" "General look at 2nd floor" One of the biggest bug bears I had with the original set was the lack of stairs to the attic area of the Sanctum as it was a huge part of the films cinematography and I always loved that shot of Strange walking up to the large attic window. So I built a staircase that leads from the balcony and and swings up towards the attic window to help recreate that scene. "Dr Strange walking Towards the Attic Window" This can be removed to give better access to the balcony area and the lower floors but I feel that I get it to fit in quite well with the rest of the build. "Stairway to the Attic - Removed from build" On to my favourite areas of the build the attic space. I love how this area looks in the films with the different display cases, trinkets and relics all out on display. So I tried to best showcase this as much as I could adding more in with different interesting parts I found from some ninjago sets and other different lego themes. I tried to cram in as many different references as I could from things like the Shambala WiFi password to frog Thor chilling in the back of the room. "Strange entering the attic" "Side view of the Attic" "General look at the attic space" < "Look at the Sanctums display cases' "Overview of the whole Sanctum Attic Space and stair well" I made the space at the large window larger to that Dr Strange could fit and gaze out of the window as he usually would in the films and comics. As well as the different display cabinets I added in some old armour displays a desk for strange to work from and a place for Cloakie to hang from. At the far back I built up a small staircase that could lead up to the Sanctums roof top. For the flooring I used the same technique as the ground floor to help make it look a bit more interesting and keep the connection to the rest of the build. "Look at the display cases and Cloakie's display" "Back of the Attic" "Front of the Attic" "Looking over to Strange at the Window" "Strange looking out over New York" Now up to the roof I've raised the height if the surrounding walls to make it minifig height to help recreate the scene from endgame where Dr Banner interacts with the Ancient one. I've kept the chimney builds but have added in a small seating areas with some recliner chairs and a table for the ancient ones tea. I also built the base of a disused water tower and added in the small greenery and planting area that could be seen in the back. I used the door from the original infinity war Sanctum set for the exterior door way on the roof. I know that the location of the door might not be 100% accurate but I wanted to keep the flow of the build and have a staircase connecting each floor. "Roof space in perspective" "Left side of the rooftop" "Backside of the rooftop" "Right side of the rooftop" "Look at the water tower structure" "Rooftop over looking Hulk on a recliner chair" "Side view of the roof top" "The Sacred timeline" Eventually I'd love to build onto the back of the Sanctum to create Stranges bedroom corridor that leads to the doorway portals that the original set features. As well as another building on the left of the Sanctum to add an apartment building similar in design to Peters apartment from the 2018 set. So I've left some connector bricks at each side to help me build out and connect them all with ease and ive left space to create a small alleyway that leads to the portal to kamertaj. "Exterior shot next to the Daily Bugle for Scale" "View of side of Sanctum next to the Bugle for Scale" "Ariel view of the Sanctum in Scale with the Daily Bugle" Thanks for bearing with me as I went through my build, I hope you've enjoyed taking a look at my moc as much as i enjoyed building it. I e been a watcher on these forums for a number of years now so it was pretty fun to finally take part and post something out into the community. I'd love to hear what you guys think and any feed back you might have on it. I can't wait do do something similar to this once I eventually get the Avengers tower set sometime in the future.

Here is my review on LEGO Marvel 76311 Spider-Verse: Miles Morales vs. The Spot: THE GOOD: 4 excellent currently exclusive minifigures based on the Sony Spiderverse animated movies. New hair piece for Miles. Surprisingly fun build and cool looking police car. THE NOT SO GOOD: The Deli felt incomplete. High retail price. Finally we have a set based on the Sony's Spiderverse animated movies. Obviously the key thing hooked me to the set when it was first announced are the minifigures. Having 4 variants (currently exclusive) of characters from Spiderverse is great. All 4 of them are excellent, the best is probably SPOT for me. And surprisingly, LEGO made a new hair piece for Miles. To my surprise, the police car is looking really fine when finished, I like the look of it and overall slightly different to the police cars in other themes I've built. The Deli, while it has great graphic design on the stickers and look great from the front, it does feel incomplete due to the lack of roof and how little space it has. While the ATM action feature is nice, I really don't mind if it is not included and make the set cheaper. One interesting thing I noticed is the pin connection on the side, and the piece you usually use to stack of modulars, so may be there are more sets coming in the near future. While the minifigures are great and must have for marvel fans, the price tag of this set is really on the high end. although I did get a 20% discount but still feeling the hit. Overall, it's a fun marvel set with excellent minifigures, I only recommend you buy this set if you absolutely want the minifig and can't wait for a bigger discount.

Ever since I first saw 76108 at the beginning of the year, I've wanted to make the Sanctum and Peter's apartment two distinct buildings. I picked up my first copy of the set when it released, but didn't want to spend full price on another one when I already had the minifigures. Recently, there was a sale on Amazon and I finally was able to pick up a second one and combine them! It was a fun challenge to make this new set and ten transform it into the back half of the buildings. I was able to finish the build with only the two sets and about two dozen or so pieces I had at my disposal, and there was a lot of trial and error. I hope you all like how it turned out! The only thing I'm not crazy about is the large window in the back of the bottom floor of the Sanctum, but I didn't have to pieces to really do much else. http://imgur.com/d3LMHRa http://imgur.com/euqCv4O http://imgur.com/YevYdqy http://imgur.com/UNjL8Ff http://imgur.com/Zb3u2QZ

file:///C:/Users/Cole Kennedy/Pictures/iPhone Pictures/Building Instructions [Spider-Man 3 Final Battle].html# <-- Here is the link to see the build. The reason I joined this site was so I could show off this build. This build was inspired by a build I found on here that was created by CM4Sci. His was a bit smaller, but still looked very good. However, I wanted to try and make one that I thought would fit the set better. This build contains 471 pieces and features 5 minifigures.

Another set, another review. 76129 Hydro Man Attack. THE GOOD: Exclusive Peter Parker figure with a half pulled up mask! Great design for the bridge and the building on the side. Love the tower build and the use of new piece to create the arch. Capture the vibe of Venice most importantly. THE NOT SO GOOD: Would love to have a more distinct figure for MJ. (especially hair piece) May be a variant of Mysterio? Too much angular edge on the small canoe/boat. Another great effort from LEGO. Would be even nicer if the RRP is $10 cheaper but having a set with such a great bridge and building on the side (and the build experience was fun too), take my money! I wish they include an unique hair piece for MJ but having a Peter Parker minifigure and the use of the beanie piece is brilliant. Highly recommended even you are not a Spider-Man fans.

The Lair of the Green Goblin Hidden within the dark rafters of Osborn Manor is the devious home of the twisted Green Goblin! Here, in this "renovated" open-concept attic space, the Green Goblin can plan out his attacks on Spider-Man. Upon discovering the true secret identity of his web-crawling nemesis, Spider-Man, to be that of his son's best friend--Peter Parker--Norman Osborn (the alternate identity of the Green Goblin) is overtaken by rage! With the Goublin-Green formula racing through his veins, Norman pushes through the hidden mirror door and claws his way though the rafters; all while his hideous transformation takes hold. Tearing off his human form and applying his emerald armored skin, the Green Goblin emerges--to destroy not only Spider-Man...but Peter Parker too! With this build, I really wanted to show not only the home of Spider-Man's greatest enemy, but the transformation and creation of that enemy. This included showing not only the Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde inspired transformation scenes, but also the process of fully becoming the Green Goblin through the creation of his pumpkin bombs, various suits, and his iconic glider. Also, this is the first time I've used multiple minifigures in one build to depict one character throughout multiple scenes--and while it meant that I had to end up buying a bunch of extra goblins!--I think it turned out well. Interestingly the build is read right to left; the bottom half shows the creation on the equipment, while the top half shows the creation of the man (or goblin as it were)...which was totally planned from the start ( ) which is why it works so well. Not a coincidence at all. As I build primarily for canceled conventions now, I made sure with this build to cover every side and every face with as much detail as possible. Partly because I'm normally, generally, embarrassed by how basic my stuff seems at public conventions. Everyone builds way more detail than me! That's not a joke, I do feel my stuff is sometimes boring. But not this I say! Yes that is a hidden Venom reference! --- So anywho--thanks for checking this out! It was a rather fun build to put together.

Hey, everyone. Here's a tribute to my favorite hero, that I made out of my favorite toy. I built this in very early January, and it took me about one and a half weeks to complete. I just realized that the cheese slope at the bottom of his right-hand eye is facing the wrong direction, and it's bugging me out. The head is movable via a small ball joint. It may not be the most articulate thing ever, but I think it's pretty neat. Size comparison with a minifig: The model disassembled (and my very messy desk): The model also has attachable spider-sense tingles: And, last but not least, here's a much earlier version: Pete's come a long way, hasn't he? Thanks for reading!

Hello, everyone! LEGO really likes making mechs for Marvel, so decided making two mechs who are actual from Marvel lore: SP//dr and the Leopardon! SP//dr is the mech created by Peni Parker in an alternate universe, and takes design notes from Evangelion units. I based on the comics design, not in the one from the animated movie: It can fit one spider-man minifigure inside, as you can see: Here's a close-up of the face: Leopardon, on the other side, is the giant mecha of Supaidaman, the hero from a tokusatsu series. Leopardon is actually the first mecha in this kind of shows ever! I design this based on LEGO line of small mechs: Fully articulated, Leopardon wields an energy sword on the right hand, and fits one minifigure inside its cockpit: Additionally, you can attach theTurning Arc in its right hand! Finally, a comparison of both mechs to my Spider figures: Thank you all, I hope you enjoy!

Having recently bought the Spider-Man Bridge Battle set, I thought it would be amiss not to display it and make a chaotic diorama out of it. IMG_9275 by J G, on Flickr I'm not much of a MOCer (at least not anymore), so there's not much modification apart from the Sandman's 'sand hands', taken from that awful Sandman/ Rhino set. IMG_9282 by J G, on Flickr I'm glad the bridge comes with a birds nest on top, so I could make this lame joke with the Vulture. This is a discussion relating to everything regarding the Infinity War lego sets that are to debut next year along side the release of the Avengers: Infinity War movie, releasing May 4, 2018. I can confirm that the Spider-Man minifigure in the IW line will in fact be his Iron Spider variant as seen at the end of Spider-Man Homecoming. This was confirmed by Mario_Power on Instagram, he has proven to be an incredibly reliable source in the past, so I trust him.

A stop-motion video I have spent month on making. I has been a great deal of fun and I hope that you will like it. It is a version of the comic book Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe, witch I wasn't fully satisfied with. Please share your thoughts. Anyway, Deadpool wakes up after a beat down and realises that he has to kill every other superbeing in order to become the one.

The newly discovered TASM2 Electro figure has inspired me to create one for the Green Goblin! Only torso done so far, but I'd like some feedback on that, I'm not sure about the lower section and whether I simplified that area too much. With the release of the Spider-Trike vs. Electro, many fans have been overwhelmed to see a minifigure of Electro. However the main build in the set has garnered a substantial amount of negative publicity. So, for those of us who do not plan to build the set once we get it, what would you say would be a good alternate build for the set? You may use up to 2 copies of the set (the vehicle alone should not cost a lot) and perhaps use a couple of other parts (nothing too rare please) Hope to see some great builds! -Godtshep.

Since it is Comic Con weekend, here's my follow-up to my DC Superheroes Racers: Marvel Racers! In order to be able to compete with DC, all the Marvel heroes and villains built racers for themselves too! First up, we have the racers of three of the Avengers. Since the Hulk is a larger than life hero, his racer is equally as big and strong. It's a military jeep that has been turned into a monster truck! Hulk gives a whole new meaning to the term road rage, so other racers would do best to stay out of his way unless they want to make him angry, and you do NOT want to make Hulk angry. Thor's racer in the colors of his costume while Captain America's racer is an American flag on wheels. Cap's racer has a clip on the back that allows him to attach his shield there, giving him ultimate protection from the back! Meanwhile, the Hulk has a spare tire. Here we have the fourth Avenger Iron Man together with a friend and a foe. Much like their armors, Iron Man's and War Machine's racer are very similar aside from their colors. The Mandarin's racer is a smaller version of his flame-throwing bumper cart from the Ultimate Showdown set. Even from the back, Iron Man and War Machine's Racers look very similar. And just like in the Ultimate Showdown, Mandarin has a flame thrower on top of his cart. Rounding out the Avengers team are Nick Fury and his shield agents. Hawkeye's racer is inspired by his truck from Loki's Cosmic Cube Escape. Fury's racer is a smaller version of his hovercar in the Spider-Cycle Chase. And Black Widows kart is, well, black. While Black Widows racer is sleek and fast, Hawkeye's is powerful and heavily armored. Fury's car can't transform, but it's still made up of state of the art SHIELD technology. Look out, here comes the Spider-Racer! Along with his friends, Iron Fist and Nova, they make an unbeatable racing team! Spidey's racer has the same patriotic colors as his costume as well as a big spider logo on the front. Iron Fist's racer is partly shaped like Shou-Lao, the dragon he slayed to get his powers. And Nova's is in the same colors as his costume. Iron Fist's spoiler even has the shape of dragon wings! Hot on Spider-Man's trail are three of his worst enemies! Venom's racer, much like his appearance, is a black and white version of Spidey's. Doc Ock's kart is a smaller version of the vehicle he had in his Lab set. Green Goblin's racer is made of the same Oscorp technology as his glider. As you can see here, Green Goblin's racer has a similar exhaust as his glider and Venom's spoiler is a bit more spiky than Spidey's. Here we have a few more, somewhat obscure villains. First, there is Thor's brother Loki whose racer is made out of Chitauri technology. Doctor Doom's racer has the same colors as his plane and bears the Latverian symbol. Riding alongside him is his henchman, the Beetle. His racer's headlights resemble big bug eyes. The Beetle's spoiler is made out of the same material as his wings and Loki's racer has the same exhausts as the Chitauri ships. Wolverine is the best at what he does, and what he does is make his rivals eat his dust! His racer is made out of adamantium and has the typical X-Men colors. That makes it indestructible, but also susceptible to his main villain, Magneto, whose racer has magnets mounted onto it of course! Meanwhile, Deadpool is just in it for the prize money. His racer has his signature colors and a big "D" on the hood. Magneto's racer even has a magnet in the back. Wolverine's spoiler resembles a certain haircut. And Deadpool's racer has his logo on the back. Let the race begin! Vote for your favorite Marvel racer above and let us know who you think should win, Marvel or DC?
