Dramatis Personae: Thank you, Sue and Eshey, for joining me as I inspect one of Octan's entries into the mech wrestling competition for the 2016 Space Olympic Games here in Andromeda. Glad to be here, sir. Thanks for inviting me. I'm just happy that the corporations in Andromeda are trying to improve their relations. So, sir, what is our strategy for this entry? Everyone thinks that wrestling is about physical strength and technique. Isn't it, sir? That's what small minds think, Eshey. However, this entry will win by completely outsmarting its opponents. Meet Octan's big head wrestling mech! What in the av...the av...av...oh my.... Something wrong, Eshey? I...I don't believe it. I've run out of avocados to give. That sounds like something you should have looked at. It comes equipped with a giant neuroprocessor made up of 1 billion parallel quantum processors capable of handling up to 500 exabytes of information every 100th of a second. Impressive. It comes with three personalities to allow it to adapt to different situations quickly, each represented by a different face. This also offers the mech 360 degree vision, meaning that no opponents can ever sneak up on it. It can be its own friend and form its own clique. It also comes equipped with a timer and headlamps for wrestling in the dark. That's my favorite kind of wrestling. This mech is just a giant head! How can it wrestle? Sigh. By outsmarting its opponents. Don't you listen, Eshey? What about physical attributes?! Don't you ever play any role playing games, Eshey? You only have so many points to allocate for stats. In this case, all the points were put into Intelligence. No one ever creates a well-rounded role playing character. How is it supposed to wrestle with such tiny arms?! You know who else had tiny arms, but dominated its opponents, Eshey? Tyrannosaurus Rex. I think it's pretty clear that this mech will be as powerful and dominating as Tyrannosaurus Rex. Comments and criticisms are all welcome!

Challenge 1 B Banana Republic by dr_spock_888, on Flickr Our pirate Susieh and her crew came upon a small island in Terra Nova. Danger appeared to lurk on the island. Upon landing on the beach, our pirates smelled a sweet intoxicating banana vapour and followed the scent to a group of natives. They seemed friendly enough. Susieh proceeded to negotiate a trade. Susieh drove a hard bargain with the native islanders. The islanders sought more bananas for their Master Brewer.

First part of the story ... Captain Ben D'Anvers was relieved when he saw a little settlement. They survived the unknown jungle they had to go through. But once arrived in the hamlet, he saw he took too few soldiers with him. He never imagined he would run into such a big community. Those vikings must breed kids like rabbits!! Somewhere in the middle of the hamlet, the longest (erm...) longhouse stood next to a campfire. It was very nice detailed with even golden accents. Based on the quality of their weaponry and those gold touches, there should be some mines around the hamlet... Very interesting... Luckily for Ben, the Vikings were very friendly and even really gratefull they saw for the first time in ages some people from a world that became a fantasy for them. A man with red horns on his helmet came outside the longhouse and started talking blablabla as Ben didn't understand a word. With hands and feet and a small chicken, they managed to greet eachother. After a few hours of making strange moves and sounds, Captain Ben understood he wouldn't come anyfurther. Time to go back home and return with a translator from Corrington! To be continued? Depends on your votes hahaha :D C&C welcome!

Challenge 1 A A band of natives on a small island in Terra Nova has a pretty intoxicating operation going on hidden in the jungle. They brew special banana juice. It is rumored to be more tasty than rum and knock you off the feet instantly. To brew this wonderful concoction large amounts of bananas are needed. Maybe more than they have on their island. Banana Juice by dr_spock_888, on Flickr Does this mean they will be raiding a planation somewhere?

After this exciting time of dazzling festivities and glittering celebrations here in Granoleon, His Majesty and Queen Beatrice, together with their royal entourage will be touring Oleon’s colonies! Furthermore royal emissaries will be sent out to the royal courts of Halos and many cities of New Terra offering gifts and blessings on behalf of His Majesty to humbly show gratitude for the many exp<b></b>ressions of condolences after the passing of our beloved King Stéphan II. In the spirit of peace and conciliation it is the expressed wish of His Majesty to be generous to all that welcome his emissaries, and of course himself, the Queen and his royal entourage in the upcoming weeks. Description: This faction-challenge will require you to show how you receive King Philip I and Queen Beatrice, with or without their entourage, or only their entourage, in any of Oleon’s colonies. This can be on the festively decorated streets of Breshaun, it can show the royal couple attending a mass in a temple, it can be you waving from your house as the royal entourage passes by. Be creative - and friendly! As a royal gift, half of all license costs for properties, that fit the spirit of the contest, and are built and licensed in Oleon’s colonies during the contest is running, will be refunded. This offer isn’t limited to Oleanders, but all members of every faction can profit from it. If instead you choose to build in foreign lands, you can also do this and participate here. Just show how the royal emissaries are received in your city. You won’t be able to profit from half price licenses, but - like all participants - you are still eligible to win these prizes: From all entries five overall winners will be chosen, the 1st place will be rewarded 40DB, 2nd place: 30DB, and 3rd to 5th place: 20DB. Plus, there is a second category for those of you who cherish the arts: Entries here follow the same rules, but will be judged on general building creativity and most unusual part usage. The first three entries will receive 25DB each. Tl;dr: The Royal Court tours Oleon’s colonies, and emissaries of His Majesty are sent out to pay tribute to the Royal Courts of Halos, and whomever you like to depict. Show us how you receive them in joy and amity! Prizes: Category A: 1st place: 40DB, 2nd place: 30DB, 3rd to 5th place: 20DB. Category B: Top three ‘artsy’ entries get 25DB each. Vive le Roi!

Challenge 2B A long time ago many factions fought over a tiny key island outpost in the Seas of Storm. The lookout post was installed by Oleon and provided intelligence of ship movements in the Seas of Storm. Corrington, unfriendly to Oleon, seized the outpost with a small expedition force. Their victory may have been short lived though. Victory Is Short Lived by dr_spock_888, on Flickr Here's a little fun challenge: Can you guess off the top of your head which LEGO set the island base is from? No looking up or searching.

Book II Challenge 1 (Category B): Reclaiming the Fort
PenPlays posted a topic in Guilds of Historica
Previous part: Village of Sorrow Dawn of Ages Chapter 3: Wrath of the Undead, Part 2: Reclaiming the Fort Sakuseisha slowly followed as Yama and Shiro led their fellow Ringsmen up the mountain, hoping to sneak on the Undead horde marching up the mountain trail. But they were too late. The Undead had already claimed the fort as their own. Naturally, Yama and Shiro jumped into action. "The Wizard must have slain some soldiers from the Hand of Corruption!" Malivan pointed out. "Look!" The sword wielding Ringsmen watched as the Ninja made simple work of the Mallock's undead soldiers. "So, you have returned, fools of Avalonia!" Mallock was alive and well from his fall from the ridge back in Cornovaria. An eye patch covered his mauled eye. "Back away while you still can! For when I climb this peak, all of the dead, whether under Lord Savaage's control or deep in the Kelra Labrynth will be mine! The Hand of Corruption will be forced to surrender by the might of an entire Guild of the Undead! And that fool Savaage trusted me with his men. HAH!" Mallock formed a cloud under his feet and flew his way up the remaining portion of the mountain. "Secure the fort," Sakuseisha said. "I will return." With those short words, the Sensei went from an age-slowed man to the swiftest of Ninja. His cape furled in the breeze. "Wait!" Yama said. "Sensei!" Shiro shouted. Both of the Ninja followed their master up the mountain. "Now what?" Drinnian asked. "We trade anti-climatic threats?" * Category B is the second part of my MOCs for Challenge 1. The fort is furnished with supplies in the rounded portion. I don't think that meat will stick to his ribs... C&C is welcome as always. Previous part: The Ridge Dawn of Ages Chapter 3: Wrath of the Undead, Part 1: Village of Sorrow Answering the call to aid Nocturnus, Owlan, Drinnian, and Malivan arrive at their destination: a water-logged village under a volcanic mountain within the Rakath Mountain Range. "My sources say that we'll meet our aid here," Drinnian said. The three walked up to a ruined Tori gate "It's a river village," Owlan said, his new armor reflecting the sky. "You would think there would be fishermen nearby." "Shh,' Drinnian said. A cloaked man stood still on the other side of the bridge ahead of them. They made their way toward the man. "The water is shallow," Malivan noticed. "Can't imagine anyone dying here." Drinnian ran over anxiously. "Are you Sensei Sakuseisha?" Drinnian asked. The man didn't turn around. "I am he," the man said, "but the warriors you have been anticipating... they... they are dead." The man's voice had a dark and sad undertone. "A Wizard of Eden befell our village. He carried a cane of death, and magic that robbed us of our life giving breath. His cane resurrected our fallen, and bewitched them to march for the wizard." "Mallock the Malign!" Owlan assumed. "If I may... er... Sen... sei. We fight for justice! If you join our ranks, we will help you seek justice for that villain's crimes of desecration!" "You," the Sensei started, "A man I have never met, wishes to treat me with a kindness that would only be given to a close ally?" "We all do," Drinnian added. The Sensei cleared his throat. "Yama! Shiro!" the Sensei said. "Tsukai yasu sa de de te kuru!" He smashed his staff against the stone at his feet. "If you stay true to your offer..." "... the the three of us are at your service." Two ninja appeared from their hiding places. "The one with the white mask is Yama, and the black mask is Shiro. We will lead you to a fort we established some years ago by shortcut. We will cut off this enemy there." "And I trust that you are battle ready?" Drinnian asked. "Indeed. For we are the last of the Higashino Masutaazu No Senshi*! * Category C is the first part of my MOCs for Challenge 1. There is a bridge and Tori module, two bamboo modules, and a desicrated gravestone module, all joined together by a trans-blue river of 1x1 rounds. C&C is welcome. Ralfaus walked briskly along the soft, springy green turf. "I begin to think I've mistaken the way to Nocturnus," he muttered to himself. "Here I am, trotting along the margin of a beautiful lake..." and suddenly his foot caught in a hidden creeper and he went down head foremost into the water. "Nevermind," He struggled to right his long scythe. "I guess I did take the right turn back there. Well, better get out of here..." But as he turned to go, the water began to churn violently. Suddenly a huge skeleton of a lake monster burst up through the waves. Ralfaus gasped. He braced himself to face the creature. He let out a wild roar and swung his scythe. Suddenly he plopped down into the water. Sputtering and gasping he rose to the surface. He shook off the water as best he could. But the monster swooped down on him! This time Ralfaus waited until he was sure of his strike. Then he lashed out with his pole cathing th monster right on his neck. The monster sang, writhing, onto the foamy waters, and Ralfaus, clambered onto the bank. He had vanquished his first foe for Nocturnus! Well, I wish I had got a bit more time, but unfortunately I wasn't able to start until this morning, so I was doing pretty good just to get the Category A one done. I also was working with quite a limited amount of bricks... but I hope you enjoy it anyways. C&C are welcome!

Book II Challenge I Category A Dragon’s Blood The human Nimueh and her companion the Dark Horse have been traversing Nocturnus with warnings of the oncoming war. The Black Spire has spewed forth legions across the Darklands, destroying everything in their path. Very few of the smaller villages have any chance against the vial hordes. Nimueh: “They will be here before nightfall. You must leave now and make for one of the more defensible cities. Remain here and you will only meet death.” Village Elder: “We will not flee like cowards! We would rather stay and die then run!” “Wait…” a feeble voice whispered from the shadows. An old woman stepped forward and with a shaking hand held out a small vial. Nimueh took it carefully from her out stretched hand. “What is it?” With a gnarled finger, the old woman gestured towards Dark Horse, “The changeling can save us… with help from this, the blood of a dragon.” “How…?” Nimueh didn’t have time to wonder how the old woman new of Dark’s powers, the Spire horde was nearly upon them. The dragon’s blood would give Dark the extra power he would need to shift into something as great and powerful as a dragon. And with a dragon, they would decimate the Spire’s troop. Taking out her dagger, Nimueh approached Dark. He lowered his head in assent and allowed Nimueh to run the dagger along his shoulder, a small stream of blood flowed freely. She opened the vial and poured a single drop of the contents into Dark’s open wound. Drawing power from dragon’s blood, Dark’s form twisted and convulsed and stretched, black wings stretched above the villagers, and hot flames burst from his mouth. The old woman’s eyes gleamed “Go, crush our enemies and save our village.” Dark flew off to meet the horde. Nimueh and the villages followed to pick off the stragglers, and pile the burning bodies. C&C always welcome. Larger pictures on flickr.

Soraya of the Hashishin (presented in category A) has been sent by the Black Spire to recruit a tribe of cyclops. The cyclops matriarch has has accepted to join her forces to the cause of the Black Spire, after some persuasion and promises of freedom for her tribe from the Nocturnian yoke of tributes they have long suffered under. Soraya hands over the colors of the Black Spire to the cyclops. They will soon get ready to go to war and join the ranks of Lord Raavage, and finally get their chance to dethrone that pesky Lord Ssilyrrlith. Soraya does not want to know what is in the cooking pot. Every Nocturnian tribe with some self-respect maintains a pumpkin patch. In order to establish dominance over the swamplands of Nocturnus, the Black Spire has established outposts on well defendable locations. As the swamp is filled with way too much entangled plants, the only way to reach the tower on this rock is by a wooden walkway. The commander of the tower Edit: I would like to claim the following UoP DoH credits for this build: Architecture: Advanced SNOT (for the stairs and for the base/cliffs with studs in all directions) Landscape design: Sideways rocks Hydrology: Still water Geography: Swamp

Soraya is a member of the Hashishin, an ancient and secretive group of Kaliphlin assassins. Some even claim that the very word "assassin" can be traced back to this group. The widespread idea that the Hashishin are smoking certain plants before combat is however an ignorant misinterpretation of the name. Even though their numbers are few, they are feared throughout Kaliphlin and indeed throughout Historica. Soraya is very skilled in the use of her long single-edged sword, but she also has a few more tricks up her sleeve. One of these is her trained monkey, fiercely loyal and with surprising skills with the knife. In some parts of Nocturnus, the strangleweeds grow very thick and the only relatively safe means of transportation is on the rare stone paths with stone walls and regular patrols to get rid of the weeds. These paths are unfortunately also an excellent place for an ambush, as Soraya well knows. She therefore lets her monkey follow her on the side between the trees. When as expected a Nocturnian soldier ambushes her, the monkey is ready to deal with the threat... Without minifigures: Edit: I would like to claim the following UoP DoH credits for this build: Landscape Design: Tree (1/3, for the big one) Landscape Design: Dense foliage

For the story, see the first thread about the War of the Brothers The call for arms and the challenge are open to ALL guilds. PART ONE: A CALL TO ARMS – The Battle of the Wither Woods The battle of the Wither woods is coming. Dugal and Petera both need help to defeat the other. Which side will you choose? These battles will be fought in the same manner as the Battle of Queens Cross and the Battle of Khordeem. Meaning, you sign up your hero or squad, and I try to replicate them and get them into the battle. This Call to Arms is only for the first battle, the Battle of the Wither Woods. When you sign up, state the men you are sending and which brother they are supporting. Remember, Dugal fights for the Historica of present, while Petera fights for the Valkarian Order’s desire for a new stronger Historica. How this works: Basically, the battle will be fought out as a wargame, using rules that my brother and I have been working on for a LONG time. (This is also a playtest for us.) It will take a few days to get all the way through, but should prove to be epic. The plan is simple. The call has gone out by raven , magic and other means to the far ends of Historica. Help is needed at the upcoming battle in the Wither Woods. If you wish to join the battle, send your small troop by mage, boat, or land to either North Avalonia (Petera) or Eastgate (Dugal). Some may make it for the start of the battle, and others might join in the thick of it as reinforcements. Anyone that signs up while the battle is still going, we will try to get into the battle. All we need is a pledge of men (1-10, although 10 may be hard to represent on the battlefield; the ideal number is squads of 5). I will try to represent your figures as closely as possible, but it might be hard to accurately represent some heroes or your actual men’s uniforms. (we can always chalk it up to artist’s interpretation) We will then give your men (or women!) stats and bring them into battle. They will then fight in the battle to see if they can help win it for their side. If your hero or your men are known for a certain weapon style or ability, include it in your pledge. We will try to accommodate this in your character’s stats. You may want to also show us a picture of who you are sending, if you want us to try and replicate them. WARNING: The soldiers you send may die – if you send a hero, you might want to tell us you would prefer they fell wounded or are likely to retreat. It is all luck of the dice (much like the tournaments that have been held) The battle won’t start until Later in May, but I will keep checking the forums for new recruits and can add people all the way until the battle is done. So if you don’t make it before the battle, sign up at any point during the battle. Anyway, I hope some of you will heed one of the brothers calls, and join them to defeat the other. Post below your men and who you are pledging to help. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The contest thread has been moved to here. The text is the same as below though. PART TWO: Bringing the pain We are going to try something new this time around; we are going to have other people “build” weapons of war that will be used in both battles. The builders will build LDD models that we can use the show construction mode on. (Alternatively, a builder could photograph “instructions” to participate in this battle). Then, we will build some of these models for the battles. This is what you have to do: Create a separate thread for your weapon of war, then link it in a post on the registry thread. The title tag for the LDD contest is {WotB} In your thread you should have a completed picture of the siege weapon. You should have the capability to email us the design or “print” it. (Links to this material in your thread are highly appreciated!) You can add story to your weapon (maybe what company / person built it, etc…) You can also tell us what side you hope will use your weapon (Petera or Dugal’s). Is it a one of a kind weapon that has special properties? Or could there be multiple on the battle field? There are two categories, and each builder can enter both up to three times. The first category is Field Pieces. These will be used at the Battle of the Wither Woods. This battle will most likely take place in a lightly wooded area, but overall very few fortifications will be present on the field. The weapons can range from catapult to ballista, from twirling death machine to cow crusher… the limits are endless, other than it really should not be a siege engine. The second category is Siege Engines. These should be the heavy duty battle machines that are designed to take down walls, assault fortresses, and get men in close to fight the enemy. The siege engines will be used later on in the year at the Battle for Eastgate. One caveat -- the portion of the battle portrayed at the end of summer will be an invasion from the sea... So, any siege weapons that fold up nicely, may have the upper hand in the judging. (MAY HAVE) Specifications: Since we are going to try and build these, we are going to set a 400 piece limit. You don’t have to use 400 pieces, you can use fewer. We just won’t be able to build anything larger than 400 pieces. The one thing I do not have in my collection is a lot of technic gears and pieces, staying away from these would increase the chances of seeing your weapon in built form during the battle. However, containing many technic pieces won’t hurt your chance of winning. Just like the call to arms, anybody in the Guilds of Historica can participate. Deadline: Field Pieces: May 15th Siege Engines: September 30th The winner of each category will be forever known as Artillery Captain of Eastgate or Siege Commander of Eastgate

After the fall of Victor Revolword and the Hand of Corruption, it is time for rebuild. Valholl suffered great damage during the war, so there is much to be done. The Hall of Commerce was basically destroyed to the ground, so a completely new building has to be built. The whole population of Valholl takes part of the construction. For lifting heavy stone parts, a giant wheel was built. A strong volunteer (or who lost a bet last night in the Inn) has to pull the stone pieces up, using a wooden frame and a pulley. The kiln is for making roof-tiles. The raw tiles are put inside the kiln at the side. A lady in the background is making a fine job on the new window! The roof is built bit by bit, row to row. A new piece is just being pulled up by a smaller pulley. But who is down there? Lasvor is here to help! He is not a building expert, but even he can lift some wooden boards. The arches of the windows are built using wooden supporting. They hold the structure until the whole arch is ready. After it, the wood is removed and the arch should hold. Those dwarfs are good at what they are doing, the other arch behind him is holding for days! The stone ornaments are made by a handy stonemason. The stone floor is almost ready, nice job Red! The minifigs, who accomplished this tremendous job: Acknowledgements: I would like to thank for the Guédelon project for their unintentional help. I came across them while searching for suitable images about medieval building construction. Their photos helped me a lot by learning the phases of a construction, what side-works are necessary, etc.. .

This is my first build for Challenge VI, used quite a few techniques I've tried before and a new one that I haven't seen used by anyone else before. On the top floor windows I used plate modified with ring to attach the tiles at the sides of the windows because I'd ran out of headlight bricks. The neat thing is using those you can put tiles on the inner part of a 1 wide wall, the SNOT tiles also sit farther into the wall than those attached to headlight brick. Daydelon castle was built recently under the supervision of Glorfindel. After the elemental attacks his old castle was destroyed and not wanting to leave the town defenseless: Glorfindel ordered the construction of a new castle. Now he has rallied several clans that live in the mountains nearby and is riding out to attack Revolword: (scored build 1) And tons more pics including interiors here: http://www.brickbuilt.org/?p=73 After gathering as many men as possible, including Erikur and Sigolf Brimbane, Glorfindel headed for Cedrica. As the troops were passing through northern Avalonia they came across a small group of Avalonians. The group huddled together with the men on the outer edge when it first saw the army . Upon seeing the Mitgardian flag one of the two soldiers in the cluster stepped forward and adressed Glorfindel: "Will you give us aid? The fortress of Cameria was taken by The Hand of Corruption and Cameria has been ravaged. Only we managed to escape with our lives. You have enough soldiers to take the castle back, the army that took the fortress was not large and it is only several days travel from here." Glorfindel answered after some thought: "We will help you, we are on our way to Cedrica but every fortress is valuable." More pics: http://www.brickbuilt.org/?p=278 Glorfindel quickly planned the attack on the fortress and three days later the assault on the Fortress of Cameria began: (scored build 2) Defender's view: The dwarves and some clansmen attack the doors: Looking up the river, as far as I know the bridge design is new: waterfall: Armed with the element of surprise and outnumbering the defenders, the Mitgardian army soon had the fortress captured. Only a couple of the defenders were left alive, and only for questioning... This build was heavily inspired by Sirens-of-Titan's incredible Vostok Fortress.Lots more pics here: http://www.brickbuilt.org/?p=285 After taking control of the fortress Glorfindel and his officers interrogated the two Hand of Corruption soldiers that had survived: (scored build 3) The interrogation: The story these soldiers told was almost unbelievable... Only days before Revolword, with two bodyguards, had come to inspect the town and congratulate the Hand of Corruption forces on another victory: Little did the fool realize how near his doom was. As Revolword left, his own guards and the Hand of Corruption betrayed him: The two bodyguards left at once to tell Rellik Nam of the success of his plans. Revolword never realized Rellik, his supposed ally, was really using the wizard to further his own plan of dominance over Historica. The Hand of Corruption has grown strong while Historica has been weakened... Glorfindel realizing the importance of this event, after confirming the truth of the tale, quickly wrote to Elon Chorian: Then he gave the letter to one of his most trusted soldiers and sent him to find Elon: Revolword has fallen, yet the Hand of Corruption is stronger than ever before and seeks total control of Historica... Here are pictures of some of the other rooms not directly involved in the story: More detail pictures and pictures of the whole thing together here: http://www.brickbuilt.org/?p=399 And yes all these rooms are only one build, they all hook together to form the complete interior. All C&C welcome

Master Architect Challenge There are many wonders of architecture throughout Historica: massive dwarven halls, lofty elven towers, elegant cathedrals, and impregnable fortresses. But Revolword and the Elementals have laid waste to many of these structures. Now that Revolword has been defeated, craftsmen across Historica have started taking up their tools to rebuild the former glory of Historica. Show your character assisting in either the building of a new architectural wonder, or assisting in the repairs of a building damaged by the Hand or Elementals. The main focus of your MOC should be on the architecture of the building and construction work on the building. Maximum size 48x48 (2304 studs in any configuration), minimum size 8x8 (in any configuration). Deadline: August 1 (as long as it is still August 1st somewhere in the world, entries will be accepted) Prizes: There will be a winner selected from each guild and they will earn a guild specific parts pack and GoH title: "Master Architect of Historica" Prize packs: Builds will be scored in 3 categories 1. Guild style - How well does the build work with the overall styles and theme of the Guild? Are you incorporating your Guild colors? Does this look like it would fit well within some region of your guild? If your build is actually set in the lands of another guild, explain where it is and why you're building it. 2. Technique - Is your build very original? How does your build stand apart? Have you utilized some new techniques that you haven't seen before? Did you have a very intriguing storyline or did you show entertaining interactions between the characters in your MOC? Creativity and originality will help boost your score here. 3. Presentation - Does your presentation pop? Are your pictures crisp and clear? Did you provide different views of you build? Did you provide a good description of the build to accompany your pictures? Photo quality is a key aspect. Post a pic of your entry here, and a link to the topic. If you have any questions please ask

Fortifying Falhaven Master Architect Challenge Entry Black Falcons of Nocturnus Dearest Kestrel, I write to you now, my love, to inform you of our growing nest... Sir Tercel has served me well, and has returned just recently from Port Wrath with men and supplies; to which we now construct Falhaven. We are deep now within the old forest by the road; but I’ll ensure there’s a path that can hold your beloved carriage. I know you ask, as always, but until Falhaven is complete we cannot meet. I cannot risk you or the children leaving your safe nest to fly into the wild without Falhaven holding power for us. Soon you will have the power you wish, but soon takes time. Falhaven is only early in its construction, but the Minotaur and Cyclops labor yields quick results. We’ve started construction of a great tower that will look far over the forests, a perch for a Lord and Lady. It will be a simple fortress of course, but the forces that flow from it will be strong. I will soon be sending Sir Tercel to flight once more, as I see the need for alliances, and more specific supplies for the future. In the meantime, while you wait, keep the children close. I suspect treachery from the surrounding guilds, and change can only come from that dark wizard. Rest assured though, we will have our revenge. Fendrel ----------- Enjoy ~Nemo
