  1. Have a great day! I hope it's full of cake, and lego, and fun! *sweet*
  2. There is a shelf full (Maybe 10 or 12) of AA for the same price in Swansea, MA, too, if anyone lives in the area. *sweet*
  3. Speed Racer and Snake Oiler! Go, Speed, Go! *sing* :-$ Great set. Well worth every penny, IMO. I'm sure I'll end up buying the whole line. :-|
  4. When will the torment cease!? *sing* ;-) Just kidding. Anyone else have any fabuland elements? I'd like some yellow wall pieces w/ blue windows and green roofs with yellow supports. And I'm always interested in figures. (Well, some figures.) ;-)
  5. Thanks for the feedback! I'm really happy you like it ~ I put lots of effort into it! And money. X-D Is this the last of TWBB? Don't know yet. The film comes out on DVD 4/8/08, so I'll have to rewatch it to see if there are any others scenes that would work well. I can think of a couple now, actually. ;-) A new film? Hmmm.... this was the last one I saw in theaters, so nothing planned yet. I'd like to go see "The Ruins" though. *skull* Sometimes I order parts, and sometimes I use my collection. If you can believe, Mrs. Lovett's Meat Pie Emporium was only from my collection! I'd didn't have to order a single piece. As for this, I ordered the brown elements, and I used the tan from my collection for the landscaping. So it's a combo. *sweet* They just rest in between the beams. It's surprisingly stable, actually. I had a really tough time with those crossbeams, let me tell you! :-$
  6. Hi brickchic! *sweet* That's a great collection you have! *wub* Looking at the pics, I'd be interested in Crow, White Bird, Cop Bulldog and the Fox w/ hat. What do you have for walls and roofs? I don't have trains or vintage town sets, but I've got some other vintage basic sets. I may be able to snap some pics. I also have tons of elements. Are you looking for anything else? *sweet* Thanks!
  7. Ohhhhh.... and after 50 years of success! :'-( Nice try. ;-)
  8. Happy Birthday x 3 = FUN! Hope you guys have a good one filled with LEGO, cake, and whatever else you like. X-D
  9. Thanks for the video! Looks like a good time. Very interactive. Do you know what company made the attraction? Sally Dark Ride Co. maybe? Or did TLG do it all by themselves? :-$
  10. No. :'-( The white fabuland goat has an all white body, though. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?M=fab5h
  11. My next project is a comissioned piece for someone. Not sure if I should say anything else, though. *skull* Then a Fabuland House MOC. It'll be a little home for a goat (I was lucky enough to score the only gray one on Bricklink. >:-) ) But it'll have classic fabuland elements (large walls/windows, doors/ roof), built into a little rocky hill. It'll also have a cracker-jack interior! (I hope! ;-) ) Hinckley's Fabuland work will certainly provide some positive inspiration! *y*
  12. Just placed another order and spent twice as much as I intended. :-$ I partly blame this due to the wide array of pieces one has to choose from. There are certain pieces you've always wanted, too. Then there are rare items that are extremly scarce. Get this: I just bought a brown teddy bear. Why? 'Cause it's rare, duh! Of course, this was the last element I had in mind. X-D
  13. I'm 50% Italian, about 30% Jewish (Yes, I consider it a nationality. :-P ), and the rest is a mix between Ukrainian, Russian, etc. *wacko*
  14. "My name's SirNadroj, and I'm addicted to Bricklink" *everyone* "Hello Sirnadroj" Seriously. I won't place an order every week, but if I have a project, and I need to place orders, it usually gets out of control really bad, and really fast. >:-) Actually, I've got to go place an order now. Seriously. :-D
  15. (Possible Spoilers) Hello! I present my minifigure scale, real working oil derrick, as seen in There Will Be Blood. Thanks to all who helped me with suggestions Flickr! This oil derrick ends up both exploding and catching fire in the film. The explosion also cause serious harm to a main character (won't say anything else) ;-) I put a motor in it so it actually works. You can see the video on youtube in the link below. See the video of it actually working here: See the scene from the film here: (spoilers) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j05bN6LmhRs More pictures here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sirnadroj/ I spent a few weeks on this baby, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Vicariously, your feedback is always taken to heart and apprecaited. Thanks for looking! *sweet*
  16. Hmmm.. this is tough. :-P Actual creation goodness makes sense, right? ;-)
  17. Thanks for the offer WetWired ~ I certainly appreciate it, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for. :-$ I'd really like to get the Gray goat figure. I know he's rare, though. Otherwise, I'll have to Bricklink him. 8-|
  18. Pretty nice! I like the black slopes as the rocky shoreline, and I love the action going on. The perspective is great, but I feel that you should have done a little more. Maybe another small house to enhance the illusion (though, it looks great now). Also not sure about the roof. Maybe a black thatched roof with your hand technique? *y*
  19. Have a good one! Hope you get plenty of LEGO to bild! ;-) *sweet* *y*
  20. What'cha lookin' for? I got the stuff. >:-) ;-) I've got an pretty good variety of elements, I'd say. Lots are in buckets, on account of my Lego workshop renovations, but I can see what I can find if you need anything specific. *sweet*
  21. Certainly a clever outlook on seemingly useless packaging, etc. Very cool. I'd love to see what else you can come up with! *sweet*
  22. Howdy folks! *sweet* As the title describes, I'm lookin' for Fabuland figures. Does anyone have any they don't want? I'm willing to buy them, or I've got lots and lots of LEGO I would trade. If anyone wants to sell or trade their Fabuland figures, or fabuland elements, for that matter, let me know! I've always loved Fabuland, but Bricklink doesn't have a wide selection, nor eBay, (In the U.S.) so I was curious to see if anyone heres got any extras. ;-) I'd like to maybe make some Fabuland scale MOCs with a combo of system and fabuland elements, when I get the time! *skull* Thanks for your time~ SirNadroj *sweet*
  23. You crack me up X-D first the Indy Jawas, now this! :-D
  24. Entry posted. *skull* >:-) Beware of Pablo Panda! *skull*
  25. V-LV-13E Here's my entry; I guess I'm first! >:-) "The Studmuffin" Pablo Panda's Fabuland Roadster Pablo customized this bad boy to inpress the lady Fabuland animals. This puppy is equipped with a chrome motor, and utilizes the notorious blue bucket as an exhaust pipe. Comes with a luxurious blue leather interior. Also comes with muffins as headlight. Why? No clue. Seriously; they don't even make sense ~ but I guess it's cute and Fabulandish. *skull* Good luck folks! *sweet*
