  1. Yay! A Goat! This is very interesting. The sun's technique is very unique. I'm not sure I like that it's red, but hey, it doesn't come in any other colours so it's fine with me, I guess! I think if you built the sky studs-up instead of studs-out w/ tiles, it may not have as many seams as the techinuqe you used does. But that's not a huge difference. Cool ~ I like the plants on the side on the road. Looking foward to even more!
  2. Thanks very much for the kind words. I always appreicate your feedback. As for the Elvis Trooper; Kam gave me the decals ~ I looked in his shop and I don't think they're for sale, so they must be exclusive. The Elvis Trooper is the pride of my growing water-slide custom minifigure collection. Again, thanks!
  3. Hi! Wow....I've boldly gone where I've never gone before. Here's a little LDD Star Justice MOC for a Classic-Space contest: http://www.classic-space.com/plugins/forum...pic.php?69504.0 Based off of set #483. More pictures here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sirnadroj/ Thanks!
  4. This is great! Good job with the foliage. I especially like the use of that big, green "windmill" element (I always considered it a windmill blade from the Outback theme. ) Nice tiled water, too. Adds to the quiantness of this vignette. I also like how the tire is placed, and how it's coming off the vig. Very artistic. Looking foward to more from you! (Don't forget the Goat next time! )
  5. I'm listening to the final Ballad of Sweeney Todd (Lansbury/Cariou version.)
  6. Oh, cool! Can't wait to see some MOCs from you! And look, you even have a goat! Willing to sell or trade?
  7. Let's see... Yes. Pioneers. That would be cool. (I'd love a Raccoon skin cap! ) Wagon Wheels. They are some of the most useful elements in other themes besides WW (Pirates, for example. Castle, too. And 1800's Traveling Italian Barbers. ) The rest of my answers are not that important. =-D
  8. Sure, but I don't take Paypal. It'd have to be cash [at your risk] (I'd accept any currency. Anything's better than the USD! ). Shoot me a PM if you're interested!
  9. Hey! Here's a quick break from Fabuland. Actually, I started this before I did Fabuland. This is a commissioned piece by me for Kaminoan, owner of Kaminoan's Fine Clonier Decals. ( http://fineclonier.com/ ) He wanted this so he could put his custom figures in the tanks. The MOC is modular, as you will see in the pics. Thought I'd share this with you. I'm sure Kam will take pictures of the figures in the tanks when he receives it, and I'll pass those pics onto you. (Sorry for the lousy picture quality. I didn't edit these ones, I only resized them. Docking Station w/ Wheel/Spoke/Tanks and the Work Station. (Minifigure Size Comparison with the Elvis Trooper! ) Thanks for looking. Looking foward to your feedback!
  10. In regards to the Fabuland Builder's Guild, may I ask a favour of you, Hinckley? You did a tremendous job on the FBG tags and logo, but I need a logo for the icon for the FBG Flickr Group: http://www.flickr.com/groups/711902@N20/ Could you possibly make a small, square logo that reads "FBG" in the Fabuland font, or close to it? If you can't, that's fine. Thank you. Does anyone else have any ideas for a Flickr Group Icon for the FBG? (Those of you contributing Fabuland MOCs, please join our group and add em' to the photostream! http://www.flickr.com/groups/711902@N20/) Thank you!
  11. Nice little army. Must have costed you an arm and a leg. Those are really nice helmets. They're not brickarms helmets, are they?
  12. Got some more Fabuland figures: Fabuland Figure Bear 3 (Black/White) ~ I plan on turning him into a skunk. ............... Brown Bulldog w/o hat Fabuland Figure Bulldog 3 (White with ring around eye/blue hat) Elephant in Rain hat/jacket (for my twin. ) My favourite: Sinner! Yup, finally bought a Sinner, so he'll make some cameos in my future Fabuland MOCs (Along with Copmike, of course! ) Oh, and a Carpet Beater! Really excited about this order. I think I've accquired all the Fabuland figures I will need/want. Though a Brown horse would be nice..... Skunk ON!
  13. No, no flesh. These are the original, yellow ones. No bley here!
  14. Man, oh man, Hinckley, this is pure brilliance! Where do I start? First off, the landscaping is tremendous! You did an excellent job! The water is also great; it looks as if it's cascading down the rocks! The house itself is really adorable. The tudor aspect to it really fits in with the "feel" of this MOC. Also, I think the choice of colours is perfect. The blue.black with the brown roof works well! The blue turnstile base as a tudor detail looks very cool. The paths/walkways are awesome. Love how uneven it it. Personally, I like the ivy. It just fits in with the feel of this even more. Can't wait to see an interior! The only thing is I don't think this modularly fits in well with the other Fabuland MOCs of yours. Brilliant! Can't wait to see more! (The Goat's get the best houses! ;-) )
  15. Got 8 "Space Skulls" minifigures from LDD. I wanted to build a bigger army, but I think 8 is good to start, then build off from there. Also got a nice, small lot of Brickarms (Mostly Xeno rifles) to arm my Space Skull Legion! :skull: Beware Star Justice!
  16. Thank you guys! Yup. Inspired by Mount Mayday at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. Thanks! (I've had more than one red crab, but I don't know where they went, so I put my last one in, so I don't lose him. ) Ouch. I was able to push one out with no tools, and the other look me a few minutes using some clay sculpting tools. Those windows are great, huh? I was running out of ideas on how to attach it, but I used a clip in between two 1 x 1 bricks. It fit in perfectly! Thanks! Mixed browns? Curse my colour-blindness! Not the best thing to have when building with browns and frowns and grays and bleys and....
  17. Here are a few quick Fabuland MOCs: Fabuland Guillotine (Use the bucket to catch the head! :skull: ) Water Pump (Use the bucket to carry off water) (Scale Fabuland Barrels) And a quick WIP of my next Fabuland MOC: Shanty (I even put a motor in it: can you guess what it will do? ) Lookin' foward to your feedback!
  18. Great job! Looks better now! The ivy and plants look good! Wow, even a toliet! My Fabulanders have to go in the backyard!
  19. Sounds like a good time. :skull: Maybe after this competition? I trust you are not eligible to compete in this, Cap'n? (I can still call you Captain, right? )
  20. This is a good start for your first Fabuland house. The red colour is fine, but if feel that it needs something....maybe ivy crawling up the side? The roof is certainly different and interesting. The interior is really good! I really love that sink, too. I think that the light in the streetlight need to be bigger, though. Good job!
  21. Bricklink order for my next large scale (maybe functioning) Fabuland MOC!
  22. Oh, good. 'Cause I made the flickr group: http://www.flickr.com/groups/711902@N20/ (That way, we can keep a nice photo pool) EDIT: I've also got lots of 1 x 4 reddish brown tiles for trade, too (if you want. ;-) ) (for wood flooring)
  23. Well said, Hinckley. Take for instance my Crystal Skull Transport: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=17038 The only Fabuland element is the blue seat, which can easily be replaced with this: http://peeron.com/inv/parts/30149 So you really only need a figure; no wall/roof elements required! Also, my next Fabuland MOC will have more Clickit icons than actual Fabuland elements.
