Wow, I influenced the Master of Fabulands! This is a truly beautiful MOC, Hinckley! It certainly gives the feel of the "lumberjack". I love the choice of the door and walls/windows. Just like my Goat's house! I must also say, the exterior of the house has a great amount of detail. I adore the brickwork (no pun intended ) around the building, as well as the ivy climbing the wall! That tree is gorgeous, BTW. Really gives off the lumberjack feel even more! I also like the interior: you fit all the essentials! Perhaps a tiled floor, or a floor of plates would look good? I do like the table and the choice of tiles; gives off an organic, wood feel. One thing I meant to add to mine, which you put in, is a chimney and fireplace. It does get cold in the winter. I guess poor little Goat will have to stay cold....or will he? (Enough of that! ) Overall , this is a great MOC, and I'm very glad I've inspired you to keep on MOCing (Fabuland) and hopefully I've inspired others to do the same! (Oh, and I like the sound of this Fabuland Builder's Guild! Perhaps we could take this to the next level? Make a flickr group? (Something! )

No need to apologize! Some excellent suggestions! Thanks for the input ~ I'm sure it'll look more consistent and better this way! The spear, unfortunately, is a required part. There are four required parts: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3028/241590...4b4efc9.jpg?v=0 My Racers would look a lot different if it wasn't for the requirments. I'm working on a Crystal Skull Racer ~ my Akator skellies just arrived, so that'll be completed and photographed probably tonight!

Thank you very much ~ I'm glad you like it. I totally disagree, though I appreciate your responses. Any constructive critism? That's what MOC Feedback is about. The Cave Racer fad was developed by Builder's Lounger Gambort, I didn't come up with the idea. There are certain requirments to a racer, please look here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/727410@N21/ As for the book idea, I didn't know Moko originated it. Suggestions for improvment appreciated! You need ideas to back your opinons, you know!

Titles says it all. I'm sure this little MOC has been foreshadowed by some previous MOCs of mine. (Particularly: Fabuland MOCs and Cave Racers. ) Looking foward to your feedback!

LEGO is on frontpage of my local newspaper

Cool new ~ always good to hear good ol' LEGO is getting publicity! In the second pic, on the top right, is that a person in a minifigure costume? -
Thanks, but I think they're being discussed here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?...t=0&start=0 http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=17018

Super weird. Scary, too. I went to a Wal-Mart in Attleboro, MA, and they had the River Chase (only that one, though) and I was able to buy it no problem. I'm really sorry to hear this happened to you. What part of the country are you in? (East Coast/West Coast/etc)?

Hi! I recently purchased a new Indy/Crystal Skull set and wanted to make a Cave Racer for the Soviet figure it came with. Here's what I came up with: Not that fancy from this view. And since he's a commie, he gets a generic smiley face ;-) (Brickarms weapon, too!) Here's a bird's eye view, though: Looking foward to your feedback as always! Thanks!

WOW! Thank you all for the kind words! I really do appreciate it! Your feedback is what drives me to keep on MOCing! Let me answer this question now. To start....he's a goat. Keep in mind this adorable little animal still keeps his animal instincts. Plus, I always pictured Fabuland animals a little.....suspicous? They are just too innocent looking. Plus, the whole MOC was really, actually, too cute for me. I had to add some edginess. Thanks very much, Sinner! I put the staircase in there to fill up the dead space. A ladder probably would have done the job, but I wanted the interior to be more furnished, and have a little more class. A ladder may not have fit in with the china cabinets, latticed bed, and the other furniture. Walrus? Shoot, I should have bought one when I bought the goat. I swear, I had your sigifg in the cart, but the BL order was too expensive. Sorry, there just wasn't room in the budget. Thanks for pointing this out. I can't tell you who exactly came up with the mushroom designs. I, for one, didn't. I have seen the technique in a few other MOCs, too. It is hard to determine who comes up with a technique, Wow.....really? That means a lot coming from a Fabuland expert! Thanks!

SirNadroj replied to Vader's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Wow, great! I personally like the face and hair, and wouldn't change em', but if you wanted to change the face, maybe make the mouth bigger/wider? I like the eyes, though, don't change them! -
Hi! Here's the finished product of my last WIP you may've seen on flickr. It's a Fabuland Goat's house. Turned out a little more contemporary then I first planed, but I think it's good, anyway. ;-) Also, I added an interior. And if you know me, I usually don't. I planned on putting a lot more furniture/kitchen/etc. on the inside, but it was a little cramped, as you'll see. Hopefully the Goat will be my new, permenant sigfig. You can see him in his castle attire now, in my avatar. Looking forward to hearing your feedback! Thanks!

Awwww... priceless! :pir-skull: Kind of reminds me of my Black Fantasy creature, with all those inside tires! Good job!

New Brickarms Items Now Available!
SirNadroj replied to the enigma that is badger's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Brilliant! Thanks for the update! I'd love to get some more in the immediate future..... Which gun would go well with the new Russian Guard minifigure? -
Hi guys! I've had a large collection of stormtroopers for some time now (the original ones). There are about 70 (approx) Stromtroopers and 70 (approx) Imperial Officers. The stormtroopers come with their original blasters. They have never been played with, only displayed. I need to sell them now, because I'm out of space, plus I want to build up a Commie Army (new Indiana Jones set "guards" ) With that said, I'm willing to sell them: Each Stormtrooper: $2.99 USD and Each Imperial Officer: $1.99 USD Or, like I said, I need lot's of Commies, so if anyone has the new Indy sets, and is willing to trade some Commies, let me know! That's $1 off Bricklink retail! If there are an army builders out there, that's a steal! I'd prefer to sell them in one or two lots, it'll be easier to pack, etc., but I guess I can sell them in smaller quantities, if somebody wants. I haggle, too. That's a feature you won't find with anybody else. I think that's it. If I can't sell em' here, I'll put em' on eBay, and you know what can happen to eBay prices. So help me and take advantage of this now! Ok, enough of my blabblin'! Thanks for your interest!

I meant because they are orangy coloured.

Thanks for sharing your finds! They're all great, but I gotta say the first is the best, IMO. Then again, I've always been a sucker for a good vehicle with shark teeth and eyes!

Aren't Space Skulls and Star Justice supposed to be out today?
SirNadroj replied to KDog's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Cool! Thanks for the update! Out of curiosity, will the sticker sheets be available seperately? -
Bender looks a little chunky, but they're all excellent! My favourite is Dr. Zoidberg! Great job!
-
This is great! A small detail I like is the pirate using the chest as a floatation device! Way to go!
-
Thank you! The legs are from Avatar: http://peeron.com/inv/parts/970c00px48 It'd supposed to be like a loin cloth, like the tribal people from the opening of Indiana Jones: ROTLA. I think it works better than just plain orange hips. Thanks Asuka!

Thanks guys! Never noticed. But I know what you mean! He was shot in the head. The only problem is he doesn't have a hole in his head. O was going to drill one, but.... I don't think it was nessacary to quote the entire first post, pics and all, but the suit is from here: http://peeron.com/inv/parts/973px497 I etched out the airplane logo. I agree. I'm not sure what's gotten into me lately.

Functioning Oil Derrick (Possible Spoilers)
SirNadroj replied to SirNadroj's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Thanks! The music is a score called "Convergence" from the Bodysong soundtrack, by artist Johnny Greenwood. He did the music for TWBB, too, but he reused the score for the scene when the derrick explodes. It is a bit annoying, isn't it. I can't even sit through the whole thing! I saw it once, then got reference pics online. I've seen it again since this, though. It came out on DVD last Tuesday. Thanks! -
Thanks for the feedback! Actually, it's the suction cup from the aquazone gun: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=x199
