  1. Possible Spoiler Warning Hi! I've had this done for some time now, but the bowling pin pieces I needed just arrived. So here it is: The Bowling Alley, from the final scene of "There will be Blood". If you've seen the film, you know what's going on, but I don't want to leak any spoilers, so I won't go into detail. MAJOR SPOILER WARNING: "I'm finished." http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x222/sirnadroj/3-42.jpg So there you have it. Feedback's appreciated!
  2. 27 + A minifigure, right? 8-|
  3. My last entry is posted. But I just noticed only one animal is allowed. Would you consider clams and starfish elements or animals? Because I have a clam, starfish, and crab. :-$
  4. Theme: Pirates Name: Coral Reef Refuge Piece Count: 31 pcs./pzs. MSRP: $3.49 Quick, the imperial soldiers are coming! Head straight for the Coral Reef Refuge! Here, there is plenty of rum stocked and the reef and surronding rock pools are teaming with diverse sea life! Comes with reef, crab, seaweed, and pirate babe. ;-) Thanks! :-)
  5. :-D Thanks! Here are another couple of figs from the movie. Daniel Plainview and Eli Sunday, from the final scene: And I have no where else to show this, and I figured it'd fit here. A teaser pic for my first There will be Blood MOC. It's almost done, just waiting on some last minute details to arrive. ;-)
  6. Wow, this contest really turned out big! So many fantastic entries! My favourites were LuxorV's, Granyar's, and Slyowl's! But everyone did a great job ~ those are my top three. ;-) Thanks to anyone who voted for me! :'-) And a special thanks to Hinckley for hosting the contest! *y* *sweet*
  7. Got my second entry up for the Space category: Ice Planet 2002 themed (probably one of my favourite, if not my favorite themes of all time!) It's the Ice Babe's Jacuzzi. The Ice Planet chick is probably in my top 5 favourite figures ever, so I wanted to incorporate her. My entry is a little edgy, but heck, I'm happy with it! :-D ;-)
  8. Theme: Ice Planet 2002 Name: Ice Babe's Jacuzzi Piece Count: 31 MSRP: $3.49 USD How else do you warm up after working in the snow all day? Why, just hop into the jacuzzi and warm up! Inculdes jacuzzi, Ice Babe, and Ice Babe's uniform (torso/pants/airtank/helmet for added fun!) :-$
  9. Thanks guys! *sweet* http://peeron.com/inv/sets/5994-1 Here's another: The newest steampunk technology in portable music; I give you: The I-Phonograph! X-D ;-)
  10. Thanks for the feedback again! *sweet* You guys know I don't build many large MOCs. They're pretty rare for me. Well, one is in the works now, and I'm awaiting a Bricklink order. So in the mean time, I thought I'd put together some nice, small, steampunky MOCs for Reasonably Clever's SP contest: http://www.reasonablyclever.com/lego/conte...team/index.html That's an explanation for my little punk spree. X-D I present yet another: The Steampunk Barrel Organ (Monkey Grinder) Pieces used to make it: Thanks! :-) Always. ;-)
  11. Oh, don't worry about it! I took no offense! :-D I actually took it as a compliment. ;-) I wish I was rich.... I've just built my collection up slowly over the years. Well, more like fast, but.... X-D
  12. Here's another entry I whipped up: The Bi-Penny. Based on an old, classic penny-farthing bicycle, 'cept this one's been steam-punked! ;-) Riding right into a barrel of fruits! Always a fruit cart! *wacko* And the pieces: Thanks guys! *sweet*
  13. Awwwwwww.... *wub* How cute. X-D That's a nice little collection of Jawas, BTW! 8-
  14. Well, change is good. i'm sure I'll get my copy in soon, so I have a visual. ;-) Certainly sounds odd... X-D
  15. Do you have any pictures? And by 'open in a strange way', so you mean they open horizontally like a calendar? X-O
  16. Thanks for the feedback, guys! And a special thanks to IS and Staudie for interviewing me! *sweet* *y* My sigfig has changed since the interview: It was Sweeney Todd, then my Brickarms Medic, and now...that's right: Daniel Plainview, from There will be Blood! ;-) (He's been known to drink your milkshake ;-) ) Sure! ;-) 1. My favourite past MOC has to be either my Stagecoach: Or Mrs. Lovett's Meat Pies Shoppe: OR Pirell's Miracle Elixir Wagon: 2. Favourite theme, eh? Hmmmm... Ice Planet 2002, Imperial Soldiers or Dragon Knights 3. That's just Chuck, my twin's ventriloquist dummy. My twin adores puppets of any variety. He scares me.... 8-| 4. On EB? Well, I enjoy everyone! :-P Nah, that's a promo sign from a toy store I bought from someone online. ;-) A LEGO logo out of bricks would be cool, though. *y* I wish I knew. :-D
  17. And my entry is UP! *y* I was gonig to break my Peruvian Cave Racer MOC, but I loved the idol head on it, so I modified it a lot so it would fit within the piece limit. It's made up of 25 pieces, 2 pieces for the treasure = 27 pieces + Indy. :-) Thanks, and good luck! *sweet* *y*
  18. Here's my entry! Theme: Indiana Jones Name: Peruvian Treasure Pcs. Cont. 32 (Exactly 27 pieces for the statue/chest, plus Indy himself) Price: $3.49 USD Can Indy beat the Germans to the treasure? YOU decide! Comes with Peruvian Statue/Idol, treasure chest, and Indiana Jones! Good luck! *sweet*
  19. Thanks for the feedback! *sweet* That's what it looks like, doesn't it? ;-) Steampunk Thok. X-D
  20. That's reall nice! I'll certainly be getting one, thanks for sharing! *wub* Do you know if it'll come in any other colours? 8-
  21. Happy birthday ~ take it easy! *sweet*
  22. Hello! As some of you may know, Reasonably Clever is holding a steam-punk contest: Make a SP MOC like an impulse set with 50 pieces or less: http://www.reasonablyclever.com/lego/conte...team/index.html And Fine Clonier is also holding a steam-punk contest: http://www.fineclonier.com/Forums/viewtopic.php?t=697 So I present my entries! First off, Fine Clonier: This is for the first category: Automatons. This is the Clockwork Laundry Automaton. It's only job is to do laundry (wash and fold clothes, etc.) This will revolutionize homemaker's jobs completely! Yes, those are scala clothes (except for the HP Troll outfit. You'll see why I gave the bot clothes soon....) Next up, my first entry for Reasonably Clever's Contest: Dr. Monkeywrench's Fantastical Tailor Contraption Dr. Monkeywrench is a tailor for robots. Why? Because robots are people, too. Kinda. ;-) Consequently, they deserve clothes. To make Dr. Monkeywrench's job easier, he invented his tailor contraption, which can sow any article of clothing in 3 seconds flat! ;-) Pieces used: Lastly, a variation on my automaton. Unfortunately, my first version (the v. for Fine Clonier) had over 50 pieces. I was really happy with the design, so I decided to enter the first version into FC's contest, and fix it up afterwards so it fits the piece out limit for RC's contest. He basically looks the same, but there are some changes I had to make, which I'm not happy with. But overall, this lil' fellow has quite a few points of articulation, allowing for some cool poses! "PUNCH!" There you have it: three steampunk contest entries! Thanks for looking, and feedback's always appreciated! *sweet*
  23. This is one of the funniest scenes! Well done. This is a great vig with some great figures, too! *wub*
  24. Have good one, take it easy! *sweet* Hope your birthday is filled with LEGO and fun (that's redundant! ;-) ) *y*
  25. Welcome! :-) Good to see some more 12V fans! *y* I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay here! *sweet*
