  1. Thanks! *sweet* Yeah, I agree. But I really wanted to use the Henry Jones Sr. head, so I didn't have much of a choice. ;-) Thanks! I'm glad someone interpeted that! :-D
  2. Hmmm... probably the best use for a Duplo elephant. ;-) But I like em' all, especially Blackbeard. Nice use of the dwarven beard! *y* And his little lantern is great! *wub*
  3. Original Trilogy minifigure scale Endor Bunker. Period. ;-) Maybe we'd even get new ewoks, or different coloured ones at least! 8-
  4. Hmmm... interesting to say the least. I'm glad LEGO has taken a different approach to space. Space skulls seem interesting. I would, however, like to say that the large skull needs a little refining, IMHO. I'm really liking the small skull, though! *wub* The Star Justice sets seems nice. Hopefully not too expensive, though. But quaint, small, compact, with a classicy feel. *y* Way to go! *y*
  5. Luckily nothing was damaged since only a portion of the carpet was ruined. I had to break a lot of my sets and MOCs in order to store them in buckets. I salvaged a lot of MOCs though. My old workshoppe was nice, but very, very disorganized. I'll be a little more neat this time around. ;-) The tree may seem a little square due to the fact it's only 2 x 2 studs wide. I tried to use lots of little peices for the tree itself ~ ewok legs, piraka spines, legs, etc. I didn't have a black clip on hand, so I used a regular minifigure hand. I looks 100 times better than a clip, but is 100 times less stable. X-D Thanks!
  6. Welcome to EB Mr. Natman4000! *y* I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay here! *sweet*
  7. Thanks for the feedback! Glad you like it. I'm hopefully gonna start another little vig with what I have available to me tonight, based on the Third Impression of Karn Evil 9 (song by Emerson, Lake and Palmer [one of my favorite bands of all time. ;-) ]) But that's if everything goes accordingly. X-D Yeah, sometimes I go crazy with the contrast. I just like the look of the bright colours against a white background. I get that suggestion all the time, and I always forget when I clean up ma' photos. :-$ Oh, thanks! :-)
  8. Nice! I like it very much~ especially the drawbridge and iron gate. The flag is nice, too. But I'm not really feelin' the barrell. Maybe replace it with 2 x 2 grey round bricks?
  9. Nice. I'm diggin' the cloak and the dwarven helmet! *y*
  10. Ah, Norrinton! Have a great birthday! I hope it's filled with LEGO and meat pies! ;-)
  11. These are all great! But the first one with the use of the piraka head is pure brilliance! *wub* The best use of a bionicle element, IMO! *y* Keep up the great work! *sweet*
  12. Yikes. 8-| Same thing happened with by bed. I'd go to bed with socks, and I'd wake up barefoot. But the bed would puke the socks up, and I'd find them under the covers at the foot of my bed! ;-) :-D ;-) One time my dad swore he saw a UFO. He was so freaked out, he called the cops. The cops thought he was nuts. :-)
  13. Hey! I may have mentioned this, but I'm not sure. My lego workshoppe got flooded (AKA my basement), so the whole thing is being torn up and re-done. So at the end of this project, I'll end up with some nice new furniture and shelves to work on. Unfortunately, I'm away from my LEGO. :-( It's been about a week now, and if you know me, you'll know that's WAY to long for me to go without building something. ;-) So I made this vignette, loosely based on a poem that struck my fancy. Here's the poem by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow: A Psalm of Life: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Psalm_of_Life Again, this is only looesly based on the poem. I was really inspired by only one stanza to make this vig: "Lives of great men all remind us We can make our lives sublime, And, departing, leave behind us Footprints on the sands of time;" So ture, indeed. But what this particular vig represents, since it's really only based on this stanza, is to live life to the fullest and make your positive mark on the world, because life's too short. And death surrounds us, but that should not be what we live to do. To die. Does that make sense? ;-) Any-whoo, this vignette may have individual interpetations, and I hope to make some more vigs based on poems, songs, etc in the future! :-) (The vig is supposed to be multi-level. The top level is the ground, where the skeletons are is supposed to be underground.) More photos can be found on my flicr, of course! http://www.flickr.com/photos/sirnadroj/ Thanks ~ looking foward to your feedback! :-)
  14. Once I took a photograph of an old, haunted hotel. After looking at the photo, I saw what looked like a glare. It was an orb, but upon closer inspection, there was a face in it! 8-

    VBBN.COM???

I'm the only Sir Nadroj out there! Hopefully I'll be able to start the production of my website soon, though. But it's not gonna be Sirnadroj.com. Can't reveal the name I have in mind, but it's pure gold! *wub* :-P ;-)
  16. Sounds promising is all I can say until more pics come. *y*
  17. You've got a nice little city/town going there. And I see you have the Sheriff's Lockup. Truly a classic, great set! *wub* Keep adding on! *sweet*
  18. Ah, congrats guys! All three of you had splendid entries! *wub*
  19. Keep workin' on it! *y* Those chains really do have a brutal effect! I don't know if I meantioned this, but I also like the detail on the back! *y*
  20. That's very nice! great job for your first vig, too! 8-
  21. Cool! He looks even better with the custom armor! *wub* I need to get myself some brickforged goods! X-D
  22. Thanks for the feedback! :-) Thanks! There's lot's of blood! :-D Thanks very much! I appreciate it! *sweet*
  23. Thanks! A ramp to the furnace would be too cool! But I don't understand myself how the bodies slip through the building into the bakehouse. Wouldn't they fall into the dining parlor? *wacko* :-D
  24. Thanks. :-) Clips may work, but the paddle-wheel really doesn't scoop up water like the large wheel does, it pushes the boat along. X-D
